当怀揣着激动和梦想走入大学校门，生活和学习了一段时间之后我渐渐地意识到现实和当初的想象是那么的不一样。从周一到周日每天都安排了课程，而且每一门课程都要比中学时的课程更加枯燥乏味。课程安排的时间还让我变得懒散、生活变得不规律，课上听不懂老师讲地课，课下又感觉无事可做，所以我整天感到特别难受，有些落寞、孤独甚至绝望。每一天的生活是那么的空虚、无聊，我好像迷失了自我，行尸走肉般地活着。

我独自一人静静待着的时候，我都会陷入深深的沉思：难道就要这样昏昏噩噩地度过四年的大学时光吗?难道青春就是这样碌碌无为、没有生气吗?不，不，不是这样的，不能再这样下去了，我要振作，我要奋斗，我要把这四年过得有声有色、意义非凡，我要为我的青春负责!

记得军训前一天晚上首长安排的任务：每人写一份军训决心书！我就说其实我挺害怕的，因为有听哥哥姐姐们说过军训很苦。不过我不会当逃兵的，我会好好配合连长，认真学习每个动作。我决心挑战自己！结果我真的做到了，虽然最后因为个子低被刷掉了，但我还是被评上了优秀个人。我很骄傲！不仅是因为这个奖，更是因为我学会了勇敢面对，而不是以前那样只是逃避。

众所周知，军训是大学生活中一项十分重要的活动，是每个大学生都必须经历的。其实，说到军训，同学们想必都不陌生。初中、高中入学时，学校都会组织新生参加军训。现在回想起来，当时的点点滴滴都还历历在目。那些可爱的人，那些有趣的事，当时的辛苦与欢乐。都依然生动而清晰，一切都仿佛就发生在昨天似的。

然而，眼前的大学军训对于我们，却又都是完全陌生的。面对这未知的挑战，不知同学们此刻的心情如何呢?是对即将来临的艰苦训练怀有一点小小的恐惧，还是在忐忑不安中又跃跃欲试?我想，更可能是两者都有吧。

纹丝不动地挺直身子，站在空旷的操场上接受炎炎烈日的暴晒，间或伴着魔鬼教官的口令，重复枯燥乏味的立正、齐步走、跑步立定等动作，想必这就是大多数同学对于军训的印象吧，坦白说，这些内容的确是无趣并且折磨人的。也正是因为这样，有些同学就会在心底产生对军训的不理解甚至抵触的情绪。

想来也是，这仅仅十天的军训对个人的成长能产生多大的帮助呢?高温酷暑中的短期高强度训练对青年的身体健康是利大还是弊大呢?简单得不能再简单的队列操练，对于祖国的国防建设，又能起到多大的实际作用呢?

既然存有那么多的疑问，我们为何还必须接受军训，军训的意义又究竟何在呢?

大学生军训的重要意义，首先在于它是履行法规的一种形式。

大学生接受国防教育，参加军事训练，学习军事科学知识，是法定的公民义务。我国现行的《中华人民共和国兵役法》第43条规定：“高等院校的学生在就学期间，必须接受军事训练”。我国新颁布的《中华人民共和国国防教育法》第15条规定：“高等学校，高级中学和相当于高级中学的学校应当将课堂教学与军事训练相结合，对学生进行国防教育。” 这些规定从法律的高度明确了高等学校学生在就读期间接受军事训练，学习军事科学知识的责任和义务。国家兴亡，匹夫有责，自觉接受军事训练，努力学好军事科学知识，正是青年学生履行保卫祖国的神圣义务的具体行动。大学生应自觉地承担起这一光荣的职责。

大学生军训也是培养人才素质的重要措施。

当代大学生，尤其是独生子女、来自大城市的同学，或多或少都有诸如：以自我为中心，缺乏吃苦耐劳的意志品质等这样那样的缺点与不足，而这不仅妨碍了个人的成才，也不利于社会的发展。通过军事训练，着重提高学生的思想政治觉悟，激发爱国热情，发扬革命英雄主义和集体主义精神，增强国防观念和组织性、纪律性。掌握基本的军事知识和技能，为造就社会主义四化建设所需的各类人才，为把学生培养成为有理想有道德有纪律的社会主义新人打好基础。

军训的重要意义还在于它是加强国防建设的需要。国防观念是一个国家现代文明的标志之一。它不仅是保卫国家利益的思想基础，而且是增强民族向心力、凝聚力的强大精神力量。大学生接受国防教育，参加军事训练，学习军事科学知识，有利于提高全民国防意识，振奋民族精神，也有利于加强国防后备力量建设。大学生是我国人口文化构成中，科学文化素质较高的群体，抓好大学生军事教育与训练有利于国家重点储备一大批既掌握一定的军事科学理论和军事技能，又精通现代科学技术知识的专业人才和后备军官队伍。这对于国家在未来高技术战争中夺取反侵略战争的胜利，有着特殊重要的意义。

t was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an Englishdaily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired. Should we help strangers

Recently,accroding to the report that is a child to help a older man who fall down.unfortunely,the older man is a bad cheater,he pretented.The report pays a lot of people attention.

There are different opinions among people as to   should we help strangers,some people suggest that is a virtue.As we all know a words said that help others is help yourself.

Another thinks that it likely would take trouble to their life.Its very dangerous.They rather than accept social critizise.

As far as I am concerned,I agree with first opinion.I believe that someone should be help with me.Whatever the social change,I still do that I think right things and never change.We help strangers,on the same time,we would potect ourself.

大一的我们，刚从紧张而沉闷的高三生活中解脱。在洋溢着喜悦与好奇的同时，内心深处还是不可避免的有一丝恐慌与茫然。如今，已经没有班主任那恨铁不成钢的眼神，家长那“喋喋不休”的教导了。可是一个人总要走一些陌生的路，看陌生的人，听陌生的歌。此刻，我们要铭记，蛹能脱困于茧，自有一番天地供它翩跹。大人们常说，进入大学就一只脚踏进了社会，要对自己负责，自己的大学负责。从一个只管高考的学生，转换到有担当的青年，需要我们每个人对生活无尽的热爱，对未来无尽的向往。太极分阴阳，世道分正反。大学在给初来咋到的我们带来了对生活微妙的恐慌与茫然的同时，也给我们带来了无穷的新鲜与好奇。大一在时间上相对宽裕，我们应该在对大学生活的探索中学习，在掌握好学习的同时，积极参加学校，系里组织的活动。充分利用大一的空闲时光，开拓创新，张扬青春，发展个性。学业方面，考虑是否修双学位，提前做好准备。锻炼自己的能力，抓住天赋，找准梦想，默默地奋进，才是获得掌声的先决条件。

大二：自我定位，承前启后 大二要面临许多专业方面的考试，放松散漫就渐渐的成为奢侈了。日渐成熟的我们应该回顾总结大一的弯路，与挫败。收敛张扬，因为，真正的成功，不见得就张扬。将过去的挫伤，化成前进的动力，鞭策自己，磨砺自己，证明自己，实现梦想。把大一时模棱两可的梦想清晰化。就像歌德所说的：“把精力集中在有价值的东西上，把一切对你没有好处和你不相干的事情抛开。”根据自己的能力，正确的定位。切记，梦想离得实际越远，摔的就越重。继续做好大一做的至今仍然有益的工作。提升自己的思想与境界，俗语有云：源静则流清，本正则末茂，内修则外理，外端则形长。稳抓基础，沉淀自己，做好向大三平稳过度的准备。参加有益的社会实践活动，累计知识，体贴父母。心底的那份美好是父母一辈子操劳而累弯的脊柱所形成的一道弧线像彩虹一样美丽。

大三：宁可笑着流泪，也不哭着后悔。

曾经被一句普通的话所感动：只有在没有人涉足的地方，甚至是泥泞中前行时，才会留下深深的足迹。大三的我们应该更加深刻的体会到“懦夫哀叹昨天，懒汉坐等明天，强者征服今天”的道理。此刻的埋怨只能让我们永远的生活在怨恨与落魄当中，在此时追求梦想已经是义务了，用我们强大的信念做支撑，再付出百倍的努力，平凡的我们一定能取得成功，创造奇迹。来到大三，我们的另一只脚也将迈如社会，学习依然是作为一个学生的首要任务。如今，考研已成为趋势，大三的时候，我们也该全身心的投入考研的备战当中。主动加深对专业课的认识，积极表现自己，将两年的的积累慢慢释放，大胆提出自己的见解及创新，注重培养自己独立解决问题的能力。了解社会动态，以便更好的选择出路。树立“咬定青山不放松，立根原在破岩中”的精神。

大四：奋力起航，扬帆千里

所有的辉煌都不是一蹴而就的，无论此刻的我们将何去何从。行者无疆，大道无痕,即使身后留下的只是深深浅浅已然不清晰，我们依然行走在消逝中，消逝在行走中。永远也不会停止。我的大学就像一把伞，撑了很久也不肯收，是你，我的大学，风雨无阻的陪伴我走过每个花开花落，每一个寒冬酷暑。

在学业即将结束的时刻，我们应该淡定的面对那最熟悉的陌生人：社会。时刻警醒自己，机遇偏爱有准备的头脑，为自己制定进入社会以后的第一个5年计划。回顾总结整个大学旅程，秉着“外物围我千万重，我子岿然不动”的心态，面对社会上的各种诱惑。积极面对毕业后的生活。
