我 没有任何引人注目的特长，也不善于领导人，所以三年多来只是通过尽心尽职地学习和工作而得到了大家的认可，但有一点我绝对可以保证，了解我的人也定会认 可，那就是只要我接手的事，我一定会付出百分之百的精力去做好，凭着这股劲儿和几年来的知识经验，我的第一次试讲被指导教师作为典范讲评，我在今年九月的 实习中获得优异成绩。
