解救之后，去了车库休息纳凉。惩罚就这样结束，半天的活动也结束了!

下午又是看电影，自从前天看了那场史上“最恐怖”的电影之后，我们都恐惧看电影了。

晚上，今天的站军姿有些特别。

This stresses the need for orderliness, which also applies to college students searching for seats in the reading rooms of a library. However, in China, things are somehow complicated. Instead of occupying seats with their own persons, students tend to use books, backpacks or other personal objects to stand for their “legitimate” ownership of the seats.

Its really a tiring day today!

As usual,all of us gathered at the square at 7 oclock.But as soon as I get there,I felt the air temperature is higher than yesterday.I think itll be a very tough day! Our first task is to practice the shooting skills.First,the commander talked to us about the right gesture,then he bent down and set an example to us.After that,we began to practice the shooting gestures by ourselves.And he went about to correct us if we didint do well.After a while,all of us passed the commanders test. At about ten,we had to pracitice walking.At that time,it was very hot,all of us were sweating greatly.However,all of us insisted to the end!

Even though Im very tired,Im very happy.Because I have strengthened my will,which will be very useful in my future life.

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

14天军训结束了，我苦过，累过，但我没哭过!我想家过，想朋友过，但我没想退缩过!

14天，我从没有找任何理由请假，即使嗓子疼，即使感冒，即使发烧。

14天，再难吃的饭，我吃了;再脏的地，我坐了;再凉的水，再热的天，再不好的卫生条件，我忍了;再苦的累，我受了……

14天，我始终以班助训练的标准来严格要求自己，站军姿，我可以一动不动，走正步，我永远把腿踢到最高，臂摆得最直……是想要证明什么，还是不想要证明什么，我说不清楚……

14天，又懂得了些什么，又学会了些什么，又看开了些什么……每一次经历，都是一种成长。

人生中，这应该是最后一次军训了，应该不会再有军训了。该高兴，还是沮丧?都谈不上!以后将没有这样的机会去磨练，但将有更多更大的困难等待着自己去克服。不会再军训，意味着一种蜕变，一种成长，进入了另一个阶段，意味着将要承受更多……

我将会慢慢彻彻底底地走出自己的小世界，慢慢学会融入这个大社会，慢慢学会接受更多，慢慢将自己的棱角磨平……该看开这一切，还是该继续坚持?嘲讽!有一天，不要变得自己都不认识自己就好。

始终相信创造天堂的力量，始终坚持拯救世界的梦想!童真的思想不要忘记，简单的生活，自己才不会那么累!

希望有一天，回过头来看今天写下的这些文字，不会觉得好笑，觉得太过幼稚!无论怎样，我曾经用我的方式，快快乐乐，无忧无虑地生活了18年。不管坚持也好，执着也罢，我还是想要这样的生活下去，这才是真真正正的我，简简单单，不带任何杂质!

8月末，火热的太阳吸取着我们的精华。往日暑假在家美美的一觉到午饭的待遇算是say goodbye。多少有些可惜。每天依旧是(7点30)的到校时间在我眼里真的是相当的折磨。老师却说这是百年不遇，想想到也是这么一回事。

说自己因为这项光荣的任务而神采奕奕，精神焕发那是溜须拍马。堆积了一个学期的困意汹涌而来，一发不可收拾。几次在军训的原地站立练习中，悄无声息的闭上了眼。同样也是几次被教官嘹亮的声音从浑浑噩噩中惊醒，吓得直打激灵……

原本应该在高一年级就来承受的痛苦的军训，因为震惊中外，举世无双的北京奥运会而一再推迟。今年。今年这个夏天，中国60年大庆，作为志愿者，学校就把国庆训练的体能训练和军训结合在了一起，这个创意好了，一举两得。

第一天军训，原本以为多少会轻松一些。但最终是转眼成了空。教官磅礴的气势在这个400米跑道的操场上无一遗漏的展现了出来，震慑四方……

哈哈。内容还是简单了些嘛。正中我这身体不协调的人下怀。立正。稍息。左右转法。跨立。正步走。就这么几样。内容少却不失精悍。

教官也是有很可爱的时候。

拉歌大赛在绿色的“草地”上开展得有声有色。教官的那什么口号好有古典风范啊……好古老啊……比如说：“X教官，来一个。来一个，X教官。让你唱，你就唱。扭扭捏捏不像样。像什么，像姑娘……”(这个口号叫我此生难忘啊!)

快结束的时候，所谓的成果展示，选出个一二三来，搞个评比。这一比，热爱团集体的我们都鼓足了干劲。欣赏着“猛男”教官的精彩摔跤表演，女生们尖叫连连，此起彼伏。校长不忍失去展示自己的机会，小试牛刀，同样引来阵阵口哨声。

这一天的训练我是掰着手指头过来的。不是不喜欢，是身体太脆弱，不堪一击，站的腰直疼，回家瘫床上就起不来了。但从心里却溢着不舍，这也许就是那种人生一次，一去不复返的经历吧……

弹指一挥间，动人心弦的两周军训过去了，带去的是那飒爽的英姿、朗朗的笑声，留下的却是永远的怀念、心与心通融的温存和永不褪色的友谊。

军训是很苦很累的，却又是很充实的。自踏入军营的第一天，我就被部队铁的纪律和雷厉风行的作风所深深振憾。军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。苏轼有句话：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志。”这句话意思是成功的大门从来都是向意志坚强的人敞开的，甚至可以说是只向意志坚强的人敞开。

心目中的军训充满教官的训斥;心目中的军训是紧张与艰苦的合奏;心目中的军训更是无常地响起那集合手哨音，还有那瓢泼大雨下的大集合、严训练;心目中的军训生活成百上千次地浮现在我的脑海，闪现在我的眼前。但我还是满怀欣喜与信心地去拥抱我向往已久的军训。

在军训中，很苦很累，但这是一种人生体验，战胜自我，锻炼意志的最佳良机。心里虽有说不出的酸甜苦辣，在烈日酷暑下的曝晒，皮肤变成黑黝黝的，但这何尝不是一种快乐，一种更好地朝人生目标前进的勇气，更增添了一份完善自我的信心吗?一遍又一遍枯燥乏味的动作，一句又一句不得违抗的命令，一套又一套令人生畏的纪律……一天的军训终于把同学们原本种种美好的设想一一击碎，取而代之的是眩目的阳光、咸咸的汗水、酸痛的四肢，这就是军训对我们身体素质、意志信念、组织纪律的考验。“不经一番烈日烤，哪得钢铁意志成”，想想正在戍边保卫的英勇战士，想想正在拼搏的奥运健儿，想想所有为我们今天幸福生活努力的各行各业的普通人民，我们的这点苦算得了什么?

我满怀信心地开始了真正的训练。教官一遍遍耐心地指导代替了严厉的训斥。训练场上不但有我们整齐的步伐，也有我们阵阵洪亮的口号声，更有我们那嘹亮的军营歌曲。

站军姿，给了你炎黄子孙不屈脊梁的身体，也给了你龙之传人无穷的毅力。练转身，体现了人类活跃敏捷的思维，更体现了集体主义的伟大。不积滴水，无以成江海。没有我们每个人的努力，就不可能有一个完整的，高质量的方队。训练的每一个动作，都让我深深地体会到了团结的力量，合作的力量，以及团队精神的重要，我相信，它将使我终身受益，无论在哪个岗位上。

其实在自己的人生路上，也应该印满一条自己脚步的路，即使那路到处布满了荆棘，即使那路每一步都是那样的泥泞、那样的坎坷，也得让自己去踩、去踏、去摸索、去行进!我想那样的路才是真实的自我写照，决无半点虚假伪装之意。

经过十天的训练，我懂得了团结就是力量，打破了外国人“中国人,一人是条龙,几人是条虫”的看法。最先，大家走得参差不齐，而训练以后，动作一致，那场面是壮观的，事实胜于雄辩。

军训只有十天，但是我们受益匪浅，困难像弹簧，看你强不强，你强它就弱，你弱它就强，这是强弱相对论，没有不可占胜的困难，把军训中的精神用到生活中去，行动出奇迹，把我们的生活变得更美好，更有意义!
