First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

I have a big family. There are six people in my family. They are my

grandparents, my parents, my sister and I. Though my grandparents and my parents

are in different generation, they respect each others lifestyle, so I barely

see them have conflicts. I feel so lucky to live in a harmonious environment.

Today, the TV shows always present the negative relationship between different

generations, but it is not happening in my family. I learn to respect each

other. My parents set the good example for me. So sometimes when my sister and I

have argument, I wont shout at her. When we calm down, we can talk to each

other peacefully. I love my family.

In a night, : in the evening, I sit at my window desk alone, double album, sections of the past emerge in the bottom of my heart, in the end, my eyes stay on a photo of a bit too yellow. That is a picture of I and my grandma in the buddhist temple, looking at, the tears will not flow tripped over wet skirt...

My grandma died in our country during his first year in small. Love me very much, when she had any delicious food, also loathe to give up myself to eat, always leave me to enjoy. Now I’m studying in Hunan First Normal College, which is Chairman Mao’s former school. I major in English, because I find it so fun and interesting. And my classmates are nice, friendly and helpful. Thus, I have a good atmosphere to study. When I have difficulties in study, I always ask my teachers for help or discuss with my classmates. College life is much different from high school life. In college, we should acquire knowledge as well as improve our integrated abilities. There are a lot of English classes for us to learn, such as Basic English, Oral English, Listening, Reading, Writing, Translation, Grammar, English Literature, and so on. I enjoy these classes very much. Except English, we have many other subjects to learn. Life seems so busy here but it’s so fruitful for me.

After class, I usually go to the English Corner. There I can practice my oral English by talking with foreigners or chatting with my schoolmates. Now, I’m able to communicate with foreigners well. Sometimes I also take part in some social activities. For instance, last weekend I attended an interesting play. As it was my first performance, I felt a little nervous at the beginning. But when I appeared on the stage, I made every audience laugh happily. I was so proud of myself at that moment, because this was my first achievement.
