每次考试前既开心，又忧伤。要放暑假了，很开心。考不好怎么办，很忧愁。我也不要求打百分，打个九十分以上我就心满意足，加油，努力！

回顾这半个学期来自己的数学教学工作，感觉无论是课堂教学效果还是学生的学习成绩都不容乐观。尤其是在本次期中考试中，暴露出学生对计算题掌握不牢，练习不够，运用知识点十分不熟练，思维缺乏想象能力和创造性。为了寻找差距，弥补不足，现对半学期数学教学总结如下：

一、试卷分析：

1、从整体上看，本次试题难度适中，符合学生的认知水平。试题注重基础计算，内容紧密联系生活实际，有利于考察数学基础和基本技能的掌握程度，有利于教学方法和学法的引导和培养。

2、不足之处是有些学生在答题时，从答题上看，不会具体问题具体分析，缺乏举一反三、触类旁通能力，缺乏灵活性。不能够认真审题。在运用数学知识解决生活实际问题上不足。

二、原因分析：

结合平时上课学生的表现与作业，发现自己在教学过程中存在以下几个误区。

1、思想认识不够。

相信学生的能力，而忽视了学生在学习过程中和解题的过程中存在的问题。直接导致在课堂教学过程中没有很好的结合学生的实际情况进行备课，忽视了部分基础知识不够扎实的学生，造成其学习困难增加，成绩下滑，进而逐步丧失了学习数学的兴趣，为后面的继续教学增添了很大的困难。

2、备课过程中准备不足，没有充分认识到知识点的难度和学生的实际情况。

通过调阅部分中等生的期中考试试卷，发现中等生在答题的过程中，知识点混淆不清，解题思路混乱，不能抓住问题的关键。

3、对部分成绩较好的学生的监管力度不够，放松了对他们的学习要求。

本次期中考试不仅中等生的成绩下滑，部分中等学生勉强及格甚至不及格。究其原因是对该部分学生在课后的学习和练习的过程中，没有过多的去关注，未能及时发现他们存在的问题并给以指正，导致其产生骄傲自满的情绪，学习也不如以往认真，作业也马虎了事，最终成绩出现重大危机。

4、没有抓紧对基础知识和基本技能的训练。

从本次期中考试来看，相当部分学生存在着计算方面的问题，稍微复杂一点的计算错误百出。

三、改进措施：

1、提高课堂教学效率。根据年级学生的年龄和思维特点，充分利用学生的生活经验，设计生动有趣、直观形象的教学活动，激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生在生动具体的情境中理解和认识知识。

2、重视知识的获得过程。任何一类新知的学习都要力争在第一遍教学中让学生通过操作、实践、探索等活动充分地感知，使他们在经历和体验知识的产生和形成过程中，获取知识、形成能力。另外，课堂上教师应为学生留下思考的时间。好的课堂教学应当是富于思考的，学生应当有更多的思考余地。学习的效果最终取决于学生是否真正参与到学习活动中，是否积极主动地思考，而教师的责任更多的是为学生提供思考的机会，为学生留有思考的时间和空间。

3、关注学生中的弱势群体。做好后进生的补差工作要从“以人为本”的角度出发，坚持“补心”与补课相结合，与学生多沟通，消除他们的心理障碍;帮助他们形成良好的学习习惯;加强方法指导;严格要求学生，从最基础的知识抓起;根据学生差异，进行分层教学;努力使每位学生在原有基础上得到最大限度的发展。

妈妈鼓励我说，一次考试考的好与不好都没有关系，只要你能找出错的原因，克服不良习惯，以后加倍努力，学习成绩就能保持在前列。经过反思，使我知道了学习不能松劲，只要一松劲，学习成绩就会一落千丈。

我就期末复习的问题，给同学们提几点希望和建议。

一、调整心态，积极应考。

提到考试很多同学的第一反应就是皱眉头，以这样的心态面对考试只能是很被动。而期末考试是一个学期以来老师教和学生学的一个总结，通过期末考试可以反思老师教、学生学的过程，发现问题，研究方法，进而改进和调整教与学的策略，提高教与学的质量，以达到师生共同进步的目的。

古人曾经说过：竹子之所以能节节升高，是因为它每走一步，都要做一次小结。人的前进又何尝不是如此呢?只有不断小结，才会不断进步。当我们每个人都抱着这样一种心态来面对考试时，相信大家都会平和很多，也相信每个同学都愿意认真对待期末考试，为自己下学期的开始奠定良好的基础。

二、讲究方法，注重实效。

复习是对学过的知识重新学习的过程，是巩固和强化所学知识必不可少的手段。期末复习在本质上是对一学期学过的知识进行相对集中的再加工的过程，目的在于融会贯通，理解和掌握知识的体系，而不是机械的重复。在复习阶段提高学习效率，须注意以下两点：

1、动手要早

谁动手早，谁就会拥有学习的主动权;面对考试，要周密安排，及早动手; 动手要早，就意味着在思想上和行动上都要跟得上。学习不是一件很轻松愉快的事情，也不是一朝一夕一蹴而就的事情，它必须付出艰苦的劳动。

2、落实要准

在复习时，要加强对知识的理解和运用。要统筹安排，整理好各种学习材料，制定好复习计划，也要有侧重点，不同学科应该采取不同的复习方法，并适当地做些纲要性的笔记。重要的是要学会复习功课，要达到复习的效果，注重提高复习效率。

冬季天气寒凉，希望大家注意身体，让我们师生携手努力，在复习应考中并肩作战，让期末考试成为对同学们的历练和学习上的一次升华。请相信，老师是你们坚强的后盾。

这大周，我们进行了期末考试。

考试前，我们一个个心浮气躁，状态一点都不好，上课没精打采，下课谈天说地，丝毫没有前考试的样子。为此，老师牺牲了紧张的复习时间，老师是经常给我们说，要重视学习，重视考试，重视一切。虽然有同学听进去了，但还是有大部分同学当作耳边风。

考试那天，有大部分人集中了精力。语文考试我们精神抖擞，认真审题；数学考试我们认真答题，仔细分析；英语考试，我们认真翻译，仔细做题。总之，大部分很认真。

考试结束了。

“你没有努力，考试就不会回报你一个好成绩；你不把考试当回事，考试也不会把你当回事。”老师一直这么说。

我们努力了，所以，晚上老师说，我们英语考了第一名。

现在，我终于懂了：幸福，是要靠你自己奋斗出来的。

My ambition is to become a teacher. As a child, I had many dreams, but

becoming teacher is the most thing I want to be. During the class, I pay more

attention to teacher‘s instruction, and act as teacher ‘s helper. I think

teacher has more influence on children‘s mind and behavior. There are many

crimes and disorders in our society, as many of outlaws come from broken family

and human‘s greed. If I can be a teacher, I definitely will ask my students be a

honor and useful person. The goal of our life is to help each other and reach

the harmony happiness. I hope my ambition and dream can come true. I am willing

to study hard and become a teacher in the future.
