My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

今天第3——四单元考试(是突击考试)，我觉得今天的考试会考的不好。开始考了，我粗略看了眼试卷，还行，不是很难，还是比较简单的，我蛮有信心的开始了考试。

第一部分：听力。

我慢慢的的有一点听不懂，但是我还是勉强听懂了。我正好一抬头，看见张子涵正愁眉苦脸的思考一题，我估计他心里想“这题怎么做?”我看了心里暗暗偷笑。

第二部分：笔试。

笔试一题的火车“train”我忘了怎么拼，并把它留到了最后。终于写完了，我便思考这一题，我怎么思考都想不出来，想啊，想啊，想啊。。我后来不想了，就1分，我不管了。在我检查的时候，突然看到听力一题有train，便仔细一看，“哈哈哈哈，真是天助我也!”我立即把它填上去。便慢慢检查。

Scores are undoubtedly important for students. So today when I saw the score, 96,on my Chinese test paper, my happiness was beyond words. I believed that mum would also be very happy and perhaps she would reward me.

虽然在考前每位同志都竭尽全力进行了精心的备考，但成绩与上次相比是极度缩水，这对我们备课组来说是空前的考验，初三语文期末教学反思。面对此情，我们组每位有经验有干劲的同志直面现状，做了如下反思和打算：

根据期末考试的各项数据，分析语文成绩可用“悬殊”二字来概括：1.与上次期中考试在全县的进入率相比退步较大。我们组沉下心来挖掘其中的必然因素。我们组采用了口头讨论，书面总结的方式来追根求源。总的来说很坦诚，很深刻，很具体。现将其概述如下：

一、经过多年的历练，我们语文老师已经能意识到不能从阅卷上找原因。否则，就像自己的错误，从别人身上找原因，找理由，是不负责任的行为，也是影响进一步提高的推卸。所有这些是语文老师认识上的一大进步，基于此，我们每个人首先反思了自身在工作中的不足。“一枝独秀不是春，百花齐放春满园”。大家都要行动起来，而不是把担子、压力都压在辛苦的班主任身上。每一位语文教师都要在要在今后的工作中突出学科教学，要进一步加强备课组合作，发挥集体智慧，群策群力，把语文成绩搞上来。

二、要有足够的空杯智慧和精神。我们语文组每个人身上都闪烁着独特的优点：留晓干劲大，经验足，利落能干；我能因自己的个性特点施教（jiāo），有开创不盲从；晓香认真柔韧，虚心上进；张辉像愚公，憨厚的外表下有大智慧。但在我们的反思中都提到缺少足够的空杯精神。经验是好东西，但走向经验主义就会让我们碰壁，所以应清空自己的自足，少说几个从来没有过，根据学情多想几种方法，多讲一点效率，教出个性教出风采。

在我们的反思中还有个性上的：留晓认识到应在认真、落实上下功夫；我认识到应在细心和周密上下功夫；晓香认识到应在速度和力度上下功夫；张辉认识到应在条理上下功夫。我相信只要我们扬长避短，语文组一定能完成学校交给的任务。

三、新学年的展望。

1.详略得当完成九年级下册书。因本学年比往年缺少补课时间，而我们却要在一个学年学完一本教材，复习一至六册古诗文、基础知识、课外记叙文、说明文、议论文，时间紧任务重。这就要求我们应根据中考指挥棒大胆取舍，详略得当。

2.专注高效。本学期我们语文组每个语文老师要高度重视本学科教学，这和管理好班级并不相悖，甚至可以提高班级管理的信心和向心力。

3.用力并用心教学。在用力教学上，九年级老师已经不需要提醒，所以只有用心才能比出高低。用心教学绝不是一招一式就解决问题，它贯穿在我们教学的时时处处，点点滴滴。例如，昨天林老师做中考题时念叨一个词“山清水秀”，说此词常考、常讲、常错，我就说你这样讲就容易让学生记住：此词可看作互文用法，意为“山水清秀”，学生大多是知道“清秀”的“清”是三点水旁的，出错的几率就大大减小了。有此一小例，体现了用心教学的高效性。总之，有志者事竟成，“有心人”才天不负。

我想经过这次讨论总结，我们语文组定能发挥团结合作的优良传统，再次打造黄金组合，再创佳绩！

Last summer vacation， I went to Chengdu with my parents. We took the plane to Chengdu . It took us about two hours to get there . Chengdu was one of the biggest cities in China . the weather there was neither too hot nor too cold . My parents thought I was very tired and busy in school ， so they wanted me to have a good rest . There were lots of mountains in Chengdu . At first ， we climbed the Longquan Mountain . It was too high. The trees were beautiful and birds sang songs in the trees. I felt very happy and relaxed. The next day we went to Chuxi Road ， which is the most famous road in Chengdu. My mother bought lots of clothes . My father bought a watch . I also bought a pair of shoes. We were all very happy .
