俗话说：万事开头难。可是开学仅仅一周，咱班就已经呈现出非常好的状态，孩子们很快的适应了学校生活;咱们家长在家委会的英明领导之下，有条不紊的开展着丰富多彩的课外活动，让孩子们更加充实快乐的成长。感谢大家，希望咱们将热情持之以恒的坚持下去，让每一个宝贝都可以在学习之外不断地拓宽视野，感受生活。

在三年级的语文学习上，我们注重阅读习惯的培养，孩子们共读了很多优秀的书。可是我们的阅读不单单为了丰富阅读量，我们更要落点于孩子的写作，争取让丰富的认知能通过他们的大脑组织起来，通过他们的笔尖表达出来，让阅读为写作服务。

本学期我们从写日记入手，顾名思义，记录生活的点点滴滴，不但提高写作能力，还能培养孩子善于观察和感知生活美好的能力。可是每天都写的话，量大，任务繁重，孩子们可能会产生逆反情绪。针对这样的现实状况，咱班的日记是以如下程序完成的：

1、全班分为8组，每组6人，每人都按照座位分好组号(1-6号)。

2、暑假期间我为全班准备了8个日记本，每组一个。扉页由组长带领组员共同绘制而成，要求有本组特色、要有向日葵元素。

3、按照组号每天写日记。比如今天是1号同学写，明天2号同学，后天……

(这样的目的是减轻孩子的压力，每周只有一次写日记的机会，而且后面的同学都可以看到前几天同学写的日记，这样不仅能督促后面的同学认真观察生活、记录日记，还能让前面的同学可以更加认真，为后面的同学树立榜样。)

4、日记得分分为两部分：自我得分和附加分。

自我得分规则：每天我都会对这8本日记进行阅读、反馈，根据书写的认真程度和日记的写作质量进行评级，一颗星为合格、两颗星为良好、三颗星为优秀。每周将组内6名同学的得分加起来就是本组共同得分。届时，班级进行奖励。

附加分规则：组内成员可以邀请家长写日记，要求字迹认真不潦草。家长日记保底分数是两颗星，书写与质量兼备的就可以得三颗星哦!家长得分均记录在本组共同得分之内。

5、连续两周总得分为全班冠军的组，作为奖励，语文老师在对应组的日记本上书写日记一篇。要求字迹认真不潦草。

6、每天孩子写完家长都要阅读，并进行过关签字。如果有时间也可以对孩子的本次日记进行评价，写在日记后面。(刚开始的一个月，大家一定要严格要求。)

7、每次孩子将日记本带回家，都可以阅读前面同学的文章，家长可以和孩子讨论其优点和缺点，进行取长补短。利用同伴的榜样力量进行激励，让孩子更有动力完成更优秀的日记。

8、由于今天是第一天写日记，所以我要求今天的日记由组长进行撰写，为全组树立良好的榜样。

我喜欢画画，喜欢运动。

画画，它对我来说，是一种享受。美术老师布置下什么作业，我哪还有心思去做闲事，赶忙去完成。不论是水彩画，还是线描，我都乐意去画。画笔握在手中，蘸上颜料，直接开始画。先用细笔勾勒出人物及背景的大致轮廓，再用粗点的笔蘸上淡淡的橙色，往纸上某处一画——漂亮!一记完美的涂抹!正好把那个人物与物品之间涂上色。接着，我又开始“渲染”……说起画画，怕是几张稿纸也诉说不完我与它之间的故事。画完了，我还会去观察画的角角落落，就怕哪个色块多图些，让原本不错的画，失色几分。最后嘛，当然是“大功告成”喽。

你可别以为女生就只喜欢这种艺术活，我也同样喜欢“体力活”——运动!

运动，对我来说，是一种体验，而且是一种快感体验。去跑步，去跳绳，去投篮，在脚跨过终点线的那一刻，在绳子飞快的跃动时，在篮球跃到了篮筐里的时候，我真正体验到了来自运动的快乐。真的，快乐难以言表。与此同时的是，它见证了我的能力，见证了我一次又一次的成功突破自我!
