岳毅对记者表示，在离岸人民币市场方面，境外机构可利用离岸人民币市场进行货币兑换和资产配置，利用各种离岸人民币衍生产品配合实体经济需要，为离岸市场带来更多资金。此外，在“一带一路”对外开放战略及实施跨国合作中，人民币加入SDR可便利离岸市场与新兴市场加强合作，推动人民币的第三方使用和离岸循环。

岳毅强调，香港目前是全球最大离岸人民币中心，人民币纳入SDR将会刺激香港人民币交易量的增加。香港银行界也会因此获得更多人民币业务机会，增加香港国际金融中心的活跃程度，提升香港人民币清算体系的处理能力。中银香港作为香港人民币业务的清算行，将持续提升服务，推动产品创新，支持离岸人民币业务健康发展。此外，将继续深化与母行中国银行及其海外分行的合作，扩大服务范围，为客户提供更全面的金融服务。

香港上海汇丰银行有限公司副主席兼行政总裁王冬胜表示，IMF宣布将人民币加入特别提款权货币篮子，等于确认人民币已逐渐发展成一种储备货币。这对人民币在国际金融市场的地位，具有非常深远的意义。

王冬胜表示，目前全球不少中央银行已持有人民币资产。预计，无论央行或主权基金等投资者对人民币的需求将持续上升。企业和机构将更有信心采用人民币作为贸易结算货币，并投资人民币资产。香港作为全球最大离岸人民币中心，拥有经验丰富的专业人才和发展相关产品的能力，人民币加入特别提款权货币篮子后，能够相辅相成，继续推动中国融入国际金融市场。

德意志银行香港分行首席经济学家及股票策略部主管(中国)张智威表示，人民币纳入SDR后，资本流入(人民币资产)的速度会加快。随着内地市场的逐渐开放，对香港基金公司而言也会有正面影响。

The Hero in My Heart

As we know， most peoplehave heroes in their hearts. For me, Dr Norman Bethune is the hero in my heart.He was a great doctor from Canada.

路上飞来烟头引燃货车，车上万只小鸡幼崽变烤鸡。近日，一辆小型货车拉载满车小鸡幼崽在昆磨高速玉溪段行驶，突然，路上一只烟头“飞来”，掉在货箱内点燃了里面的棉被，引发车辆起火。驾驶员抢救货物时受伤，车上10000多只小鸡幼崽幸存下来的所剩无几，损失约30000元。高速交警提醒广大驾驶员朋友，车辆在高速公路上行驶时驾驶员及广大乘客请不要随意往车窗外乱扔垃圾。(1月11日云南网)

好好在高速路上走着，突然就着了火，真是“飞来横祸”。一个小小的烟头，却带来了不小的损失。车主无辜“躺枪”，肯定很郁闷;最可怜的是上万小鸡崽，尚未长成就变“烤鸡”。而事故的始作俑者，也就是那个扔烟头者，截止目前仍“逍遥法外”，令人忿忿不平。期待警方通过调查及早将其揪出来、依法处置，让其为自己的劣行付出代价。

高速扔烟头，缺德带冒烟。高速抛物，看似小节，其实却隐患多多，是一种非常恶劣的违反交通法规的行为，不仅破坏了环境，更是给其他车辆和人员带来了不少危险。郑州就出现过13天4位环卫工被撞身亡的现象，而据媒体报道，沈阳几乎每年都有多位环卫因清扫机动车道垃圾被撞身亡。记者调查发现，悲剧发生并非偶然，当前环卫工作安全隐患较多，车窗抛物就是危险之一。对这种行为必须予以严查、严惩。

胡双钱就是其中一位拥有非凡技术的匠人，至今，他都是一名工人身份的老师傅，但这并不妨碍他成为制造中国大飞机团队里必不可缺的一分子。

2006年，中国新一代大飞机C919立项，对胡双钱来说，这个要做百万个零件的大工程，不仅意味着要做各种各样形状各异的零件，有时还要临时救急。一次，生产急需一个特殊零件，从原厂调配需要几天的时间。为不耽误工期，只能用钛合金毛坯来现场临时加工，这个任务交给了胡双钱。

岳群至今记得，在节目中，胡双钱所讲述的任务难度之大，令人难以想象：“一个零件要100多万元，关键它是精锻锻出来的，所以成本相当高。因为是有36个孔，大小不一样，孔的精度要求是0.24毫米。”

0.24毫米，相当于人头发丝的直径，这个本来要靠细致编程的数控车床来完成的零部件，那时只能依靠胡双钱的一双手，和一台传统的铣钻床。

仅用了一个多小时，36个孔悉数打造完毕，一次性通过检验，也再一次证明胡双钱的“金属雕花”技能。
