一、要善于模仿

一些同学的办法往往是背一堆范文，然后再到考场上进行一个“剪切”、“粘贴”的工作，真正的模仿重点永远要放在一定的句式结构上，而非个别的词汇。有一个句式说：“…for the simple reason that…”表示某种现象的原因是什么，用在高考(课程)写作中，我们就可以拿来解释为什么自行车在中国如此的流行：“The bicycle is very popular in China for the simple reason that…”。然而，很多同学一谈到原因仍然是“…because…”。如果要表示“总是能够”的概念，很多同学提笔就会写can always，但理想的句子应该是用双重否定表示强烈的肯定，用never fail to。

二、要灵活变通

在批改过上万份同学们英语(课程)作文中，经常能发现一些将中文生硬地翻译成英文的表达法。有一句话叫做“立志如山，行道如水”，写英文作文，一定要有决心把它写好，有信心把意思表达清楚，这是“立志如山”;但关键是遇到问题时要有个灵活的态度，能像流水一样变通解决问题。有个翻译界的故事说：在某大型国际会议的招待会上，一道菜是用鸡蛋做的。与会的客人问翻译：“What is it made of”本来是非常简单的一个问题，结果翻译太紧张，忘了“egg”这个词，但是他急中生智，回答：“It is made of Miss Hen’s son.”这里，就是一个灵活变通的范例。绕道表达，是写作中应该常常运用的一种方法。

三、要细心观察

注意英语中一些表达上的习惯。比如在正式文体的写作中，很少用 “it isn’t”这样的略缩形式，而往往是一板一眼地写作 “it is not”。同理，在正式文体中的日期一般不缩写，阿拉伯数字一般会用英文表达(特别长的数字除外)。

许多同学在写作文时，习惯于把 “since” “because” “for”这样的词放在句首引导原因状语从句。事实上，在我们见到的英语报刊杂志文章中，这样的从句一般都是放在主句之后的。另外, “and”也常常被误放在一句话的开头，表示两个句子之间的并列或递进关系。其实，经常留心地道的英语文章能发现，如果是并列关系，完全可以不用连词;如果是递进关系，用 “furthermore” “what is more”更为普遍。

四、要心有全局

从频见报端的新闻来看，这些年，“强行乞讨”的事情并不少。有人一开始利用的是同情心，比如装成残疾人、或是抱着婴儿、亦或是打扮成学生模样，一旦你不给钱，就开始骂人恐吓;也有人直接来硬的，比如抱着你的大腿，拉着你的衣服，亦或像杭州这些乞丐一样，趴在你的车上，不给钱就不让走;还有人假扮成和尚、道士，利用宗教的力量来吓唬你……为了要钱，一些乞讨者的确已经达到“无所不用其极”的境界。

我国的法律，对行乞并没有明确禁止，这意味着，乞讨也是一种权利。不过，任何人发挥行乞权的同时，都不能侵害他人的权益，这是最起码的常识与底线。遗憾的是，类似杭州“马路丐帮”一般的行乞行为，则违背了最起码的底线，一则，强行乞讨给其他人带来不适感，并侵害了他人的财产安全与基本权益;二则，在马路上强行乞讨，不给钱不让开车，还有影响交通秩序、扰乱社会公共秩序的嫌疑;三则，乞讨没有错，但强行乞讨怎么审视都是文明城市的污点。

对于“马路丐帮”，法律并非无解。比如，根据我国《治安管理处罚法》的规定，反复纠缠、强行讨要或者以其他滋扰他人的方式乞讨的，可以处五日以下拘留或者警告。以此审视，杭州“马路丐帮”的当事人，完全可以拘留五日。可遗憾的是，法律是这样规定的，但执行却并不严格：一般情况下，只要没有引发社会强烈反响，或是引发重大交通事故，警方基本只会对“马路丐帮”进行警告，不会拘留。对“马路丐帮”的从轻处罚，就是一种间接的纵容。

从个体的角度来看，很多人遭遇“马路丐帮”，也基本上不会选择报警，而是选择妥协。一方面，一些人有事情要办，时间上耗不起;另一方面，因为“马路丐帮”索取的金额并不高，最多也就五块十块什么的，一些人便选择“花钱消灾”，懒得跟“马路丐帮”们一般见识，当然，也有人是害怕为几块钱较真让乞讨者采取过激手段，一旦“马路丐帮”是有组织的，那自己便可能吃不了兜着走。这些对强行乞讨者屈服的行为，是“马路丐帮”滋生的土壤。

当“马路丐帮”严重危害到公共安全，治理便应提上议程。对此，公众早有摇旗呐喊，即“动嘴”，但行动却是缺失的。因而，真要从根本上治理“马路丐帮”的行为，一方面，需要公众“动手”，当然，这不是要打架驱赶，而是选择报警，绝不姑息纵容;另一方面，则需要政府部门“动法”，不能再以批评教育为主，而必须以惩戒震慑为主。唯有全社会在共同努力，“马路丐帮”才能得到更好地整治，也才会“慢慢变少”。

今年的3.15晚会让某酸菜企业折戟沉沙，诸多方便面品牌受其牵连，销售下滑。

形成鲜明对比的是，白象方便面直接宣布：没合作、放心吃，身正不怕影子斜。

同时它还亮出了全年30次质量抽检100%合格的数据，白象这一原本不太火的品牌迅速火爆出圈。

事实上，在北京冬残奥会期间，白象就曾冲上过一次热搜。

作为冬残奥会的面食供应商，白象公司受到了人们的关注。

大家发现，在该公司的员工当中，残疾人竟然占到三分之一。

在白象，大家把残疾人员工称为“自强员工”，让他们与正常人同工同酬，平等享受一切福利待遇。

为了方便“自强员工”，白象还花钱改造生产线，设置无障碍通道，让他们干得舒适，干得有尊严。

这些事实被媒体挖掘出来以后，大家都被企业的爱心感动，随之引发了一波白象方便面的“野性消费”。

而在此之前，白象这个品牌其实不算响亮，许多年轻人甚至不知道还有这种方便面。

其实白象当年也曾辉煌过，在大约二十年前，白象曾被称为国内初代方便面霸主。

后来，康师傅、统一、今麦郎三家巨头陆续被日本企业参股，而白象，自始至终不肯让日本企业渗入半分。

白象的掌舵人姚忠良是位退伍军人，他内心热血未凉，在他看来，饭碗还是端在自己手中保险。

白象因此受到日系品牌合力挤压，所占市场份额越来越小。

2020年，白象方便面的市场份额已经低于7%。

然而，就是这样一家被人逼到墙角的企业，在武汉遭遇新冠疫情的时候，第一时间捐出了500万。

在去年河南洪水时，又悄悄捐了500万元，还不惜搬空自家库房，把方便面送到了救灾一线。

更为可贵的是，公司做出这一切，纯粹是出于一种责任和担当，而不是为了炒作和营销。

在河南洪灾期间，白象公司内部下发文件：

“不得为了宣传去救灾，救助了也不一定要宣传。涉及到总裁捐赠及到一线救灾的文字、照片，均不得对外宣传。”

为什么我们一直说要支持国货，就是因为在这样的关键时刻，只有自己人才会真心诚意地帮自己人。

姚忠良曾经说过：“哪怕销售少一点，利润低一点，也没有关系，要坚持做正确的事，充分地满足消费者的需要，才能获得企业应有的利益。天道酬勤，商道酬信！”

当然我们并非借此否定感性之于人类的意义。人作为一种社会的动物，缺乏感性恐怕是难以在这个世界上长久生存的，更不用说在陷入黑夜时发出光亮照亮自己和他人。所有那些毅力、勇气和情感，都是由感性赋予，它会使我们在困境中更好地发挥自己的理性。生活黯淡的时刻，我们需要的可能并不是成功学，而是让理性思考和判断发挥作用的激情和信心。当然，在缺乏理性思考的情况下，澎湃的激情或丰富的情感可能都无助于问题的解决，只有怀着感性的激情，朝着理性的启明星执着前行，我们才有穿越黑夜的可能性。

所以我们才需要强调理性之于人类的意义，特别是在遭遇困境的时候，在悲观情绪的驱使下，自暴自弃是不可取的，依赖虚假的消息来满足幻想也不过是在麻醉自己。培根说“的谄媚者就是一个人的自我”，便是对这些单纯依靠感性的酒来灌醉自己的人的一针见血的批评。所以，在今天这样一个特殊时期，我们不能满怀“冷气”封闭自己踟蹰不前，等待世界抛弃自己，而是要观察，要思考，要做事，在理性、思考和行动的支持下，激发出内心深处正面的、积极的情感和信念，让它引导我们向上走，向前去。
