3、高考将不再分文科、理科。高考考试科目除了语文、数学外，另外还会有目前文理科考试科目中的其他几科。具体考试科目会从目前的政史地理化生6科中选择。科目会减少，不会都考!

二、对于复读生有什么影响?

1、对于2014年、2015年高考复读生来说，没有任何影响。2017年高考之前，高考考试科目和现行考试科目保持一致。如果2014年高考、2015年高考没有考好的考生，可以选择复读这条路。

2、如果你所在省份2017年高考实施高考新政策，那么如果你应届高三是2016年高考的话，那你如果复读，可能会有影响。毕竟一旦文理不分科了，文科生要学理科内容，理科生要学文科内容，很多考生会头大。

3、2017年部分省份开始实施新高考，2018年全面铺开。那么对于2018年高考才实施新高考的省份来说，2017年高考是最后一次文理科分科。如果2017年高考没有考好，一旦决定复读，会出现上述第2条情况。

三、其他(复读生政策问题)

现在离2017年高考还有3年，2014年高考、2015年高考如果没有考好的考生，还是可以复读的。复读生除了不能填报军校国防生外，其他政策和应届高考生是一模一样的。不用担心复读政策变化。复读生的高考录取分数线和应届生是一样的!不存在对复读生减分录取的政策。

5月18日上午，石家庄市民王丽(应被采访人要求化名)和多位工商银行储户向中新网记者讲述了自己在工商银行建南支行存款“失踪”的经过。

拿着厚厚的一沓银行对账单，王丽沙哑着嗓音告诉记者，从2014年5至2015年1月，短短8个月间，她在工商银行建南支行陆续存入了1080万元人民币，而在今年5月7日，她突然得知，自己的千万存款只剩下了124元。

“那是我经商20多年的全部心血啊。”谈起自己的遭遇，王丽欲哭无泪。她告诉记者，自己在石家庄经商，因业务需要，在公司附近的一家工商银行营业网点开了户，将自己的金融业务和存款全部交由这家营业网点办理。

“从2014年初开始，这家工商银行营业网点的一名负责人梁某就开始向我推荐，说是工商银行有一项高息揽储业务，一年的定期存款可以拿到10%的年息。我根本没有意向存款，但梁某不仅三番五次地劝说，还给我的公司介绍客户。”王丽说，经不起梁某的软磨硬泡，考虑到对方是工商银行正式员工的身份，她最终同意办理这项业务。

据王丽回忆，第一次存款时，梁某把她带到了建南支行，在门口和建南支行的一名员工范某进行了简单交接。王丽在范某的指引下，办理了定期存款业务。

“范某让我办理U盾，我说不办，因为我从来不用网银。可范某说办理U盾是为了方便汇利息。”王丽称，在范某的全程陪同下，她办理了U盾并设置了密码。此后，U盾便一直在家中保管，而她也从未用过网银。

据王丽介绍，在2014年3月份办理第一笔100万元的存款业务时，她曾向范某询问，10%的利息何时能到账。“当时范某的回复是最晚第二天就能到账。”王丽说，第二天，她确实收到了10万元“利息”。此后的8个月里，她分多次陆续向该银行卡内存入了1080万元。

据王丽提供的她和梁某的录音显示，当她办理此项业务的存款达到300万时，也曾产生了担忧，但梁某不断用“没事”、“办了好几笔”、“做这项业务不是一次两次了”来打消王丽的疑虑。

王丽称，今年5月7日，她从网上看到了有关存款“失踪”的报道，随后来到工商银行查询，才发现自己的千万存款仅剩124元。

“这怎么可能呢?U盾我从银行柜员手中拿到后，一直都是自己保管。”王丽称，不仅自己从来没用过，U盾也从来没让其他人看过。“银行柜员出的单子，让我签字，我出于对银行的信任就在上面签字了，要不是他们行长说上面有U盾号，我到现在都不知道U盾还有编号，更不要说签字前一一核对了。”王丽称。

和王丽的遭遇几乎一样，从2014年3月开始，市民田某、韩某、蒋某也都是在得到年息10%的高息承诺后，才来到建南支行存款。据这些储户介绍，田某存款606.5万元，韩某和蒋某分别存款100万元。

“我当时也说不要U盾。”韩某称，发现存款“失踪”后，他同样被建南支行的员工告知，他手中的U盾是假的。

据一名储户介绍，当时她并不想办理U盾，而且营业员称办理U盾需要收取费用，她提出能否免费办理，工商银行客户经理带领她来到另外一个窗口后，该窗口营业员为她免费办理了U盾。

蒋某和韩某也向记者表示，他们从未向外人透露过相关密码。“我的U盾从银行拿回家后，都没有开过封，怎么会成了假的?”韩某称，为他们办理存款业务的均是建南支行客户经理范某。

贾某是多名工商银行存款人的“中间人”，她表示自己也是受害者，由于听信了朋友的蛊惑，她向多名亲朋好友推荐了这项业务，致使多名亲戚、朋友存款“失踪”。

据贾某介绍，她当时听朋友介绍工商银行这项业务时，先后带领十几名储户到工商银行石家庄九里庭院、车站街、东风路、建南等营业网点办理此项业务，但有的网点因为某些原因没有成功办理。

让这些储户感到最不能理解的是，即使手中的U盾是假的，但是网银密码和U盾密码他们从未告诉任何人，存款是如何转走的呢?是不是工商银行的网银系统不安全呢?

律师称工商银行应承担相应责任

18日上午，对于众多储户的怀疑，中新网记者来到了工商银行石家庄建南支行。自称是建南支行网点负责人的冯先生告诉中新网记者，为王丽等储户办理存款业务的范某是该行正式职工，但是她暂时不在银行，有关情况可咨询中国工商银行石家庄市分行，详情他不便透露。

当日下午，记者来到中国工商银行石家庄分行，该行办公室主任孙石峰告诉记者，高息揽储是违规行为，受到人民银行及银监会的监管，中国工商银行石家庄分行下属支行从未有过高息揽储的行为。事情发生后，分行下属各支行已经就此事报警，银行内部也对范某做过调查，并让其暂时回避。

孙石峰告诉记者，截至目前，有多少储户存款“失踪”?涉及多少钱?石家庄分行尚未统计，但已就所知部分报警。

储户余兵称，他曾经向石家庄市公安局长安分局河东刑警中队报案。18日下午，石家庄市公安局长安分局向记者证实，关于储户余兵在工商银行300万存款“失踪”一事，该局已经立案，目前案件正在调查中。

中国太平洋人寿保险有限公司河北分公司向中新网记者表示，经过调查，余兵300万存款失踪一事中的存款业务介绍人孙某并非该公司工作人员，而是其他保险公司工作人员，此事与该公司无关。

针对石家庄工商银行多名储户存款“消失”一事，河北三和时代律师事务所律师齐胜接受中新网记者采访时表示，如果这些储户所述无误，工商银行应当承担相应责任。

齐胜称，第一、储户在工商银行办理定期存款业务后，储户与工商银行之间形成了一种储蓄合同的法律关系。工商银行作为储户存款的保管机构，对存款的安全有法定的监管义务。第二、根据储户陈述，工商银行大堂经理或者银行其他工作人员，指导储户办理网银，封存U盾、银行卡等物品，甚至充当金融“掮客”。作为银行的工作人员，他们的行为是代表银行的职务行为。银行工作人员可能会存在盗窃、诈骗的行为，银行不能因为工作人员个人的行为推脱其应承担的民事责任。
