The other days, there is a hot concern on whether we should help the old up when they fall down. Opinions vary from person to person. Generally speaking, two countryside thoughts make the most majority. Some hold the ideas that helping the one in trouble is a virtue in Chinese traditional culture. For we can’t deny one fact, that nobody proceeds smoothly without a hitch all his time. However ,the other people have opposite views, in their perspective, giving a hand not only bring them trouble, but also catch them in danger. The people of Hong Kong take their food seriously and many top chefs make their way to the city to show off their talents to these discerning diners.

While Hong Kong is a global centre of trade, perhaps the citys most famous export is its entertainment industry, particularly in the martial arts genre. Several top-notch Hollywood performers originate from Hong Kong cinema -- Bruce Lee, Chow Yun-Fat, Jackie Chan, Michelle Yeoh, Jet Li and Leslie Cheung, to name a few. Last week, I received a post card from my friend, which was from Thailand,

I felt so excited, because I always wanted to travel abroad. So I was so eager

to talk to my friend. She showed me the sceneries. I found different sceneries

in different cities. For the first time, I saw the outside world so closely. I

want to explore the world and know more about this planet. I realized the

importance of learning English. If I master more words, then I can communicate

with the local people and learn about their culture. From now on, I must study

hard. When I have the chance to travel abroad, I can have a trip.

During last summer vacation I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle a closed friend of my father transferred from Shanxi to Yantai a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea the clean and soft sand on the beach the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there the sky was turning grey little by little the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries then suddenly in the faraway horizon golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. At last the entire sun lay on the horizon so big and so red it looked like a huge ripe orange or a tender half-boiled yolk. It hesitated and shivered a moment then said goodbye to the sea and rose into the air. The scene was very beautiful touching and magnificent which I’ll never forget.

My father is a gentle man.My father has small eyes,wears a pair of glasses,looking more gently,the daddys hair are not many, he said "the intelligent head does not grow hair".He usually educates me that the person must to be honestly,friendly to other,and working diligently. This is my father, I love him forever. My family has 5 people: father, mother, grandparents, and I. My father works as an engineer in a company. My mother is a primary school math teacher.My grandmother used to be a good student in college. And after she graduated, she became an account.

My grandfather used to be a worker in wood factory. He always worked a lot with those woods. Mother is 35 years old. My father is 5 years older than her. Grandparents are both 60 years old. We just celebrated their 60th birthday for them. To talk about their hobby. Mother likes dancing. Father loves singing. Grandparents prefer Chinese writing. And I love chess.
