Take the spring festival as an example, traditionally, in the evening of the Chinese New Year eve, the whole family usually would have a reunion meal. Many of the family members are not really be at home quite often spending time with others especially with their old parents, so this reunion meal is very important for every family to have a chance to talk, enjoy the together time. But today all has changed. The most common look of the reunion meal now is that all young people eat quietly meanwhile the eyes are staring at their cell phone, checking out their “Friend Circle” to see if anyone update the status. 然而，硬币的声音强烈反对对方，说互联网有很多缺点。首先，它导致了心理上的问题。一个沉迷于网络的人往往是孤立的，以自我为中心，不合群。另一方面，在网络犯罪数量急剧上升，越来越多的金融犯罪通过互联网。此外，它还具有对青少年的负面影响，因为在网上有很多淫秽和暴力的内容。

这两种观点可能都有点道理，就我而言，我完全同意，互联网弊大于利的观点。它增加了人们的心理问题，导致各种各样的电脑犯罪。更重要的是，它是对年轻人的成长是有害的。应该尽快做好保护人们不受网络的负面影响。

说起消防知识，大家都知道小孩子不能玩火，要在安全地带燃放烟花爆竹，使用煤气时要开窗，以免发生中毒，爆炸等事故，虽然这些道理我们都懂，大家做得怎么样呢?

有新闻报道这样说，一位老太太在家中使用煤气，发生了爆炸，爆炸原因是因为老太太使用的煤气管道接线老化、漏气引起的。我想连接线老化肯定是使用的时间太长的缘故，我记得有次听科普知识讲座说连接线每半年就应该换一次，平时也要经常检查是否漏气。这起事故的原因是老太太所住的老式居民楼只有一个楼道，大家一窝蜂的全都涌向楼梯口，造成了二次事故，年老体弱的人根本就无法逃出去，还有些更荒.唐的人已经出去了，竟然回头想回家抢救一些的值钱的东西出来，这种人是正宗的要钱不要命，悲剧啊!

过春节的时候本来应该高高兴兴的过节，可是医院里面的人却比往常多了好几倍，这又是为什么呢?还不是因为人们安全意识不高?燃放烟花爆竹是过春节的传统保留节目，虽然电视报纸上多次申明要注意安全防止引起火灾，但是还有好多人不能引以为戒，今年年前有家商场为了迎接新年，在商场门口放爆竹，结果把商场给烧掉了，好在没有人员伤亡，这是不幸中的万幸了。

最后，我想说：关注消防，安全至上!这句口号不应该只在嘴上，它应该深深刻在我们每个人的心上，体现在我们的日常生活中!

wite-collar criminals. Thus, information security becomes an impending important issue.

In case of information breach, the victimsgovernment department, an organization, or an institution, or a company will inevitably suffer great or small loss. Government may be threated with national security. Companies may lose opportunities to develop new projects. And the publics and users will be damaged.

Then how to deal with this issueTechnology is only a partial solution to information security. Whats more important is that organizations and companies should promote the awareness on information security to its staff. However, since no system can ever be 100 percent secure, a

prevention-only approach to information security mangaement is not enough. Companies and organizations should adopt a dual approach to information security management by combining prevention and detection techniques.
