Spring is coming. It is the season for planting trees. On Sunday, our

teacher led us to the suburb to plant trees. We brought some spades, pails and

saplings with us. On arriving there, everybody went into action in no time. We

dug square pits first. Then two persons were needed to plant a tree. One held

the sapling carefully and the other put the soil in. I wish the saplings would

grow up quickly.

Now many students of Grade 9 are under too much pressure. They always feel too tired to listen to the teachers carefully in class.

It’s important for students to relax. Only in this way can they study well and be healthy. Here are some different ways to relax themselves. 我在大山上还望见过一种十分稀有的昆虫，此时他生活在水里。当时，我正在正常的行走着，忽然发现水底下有东西在动，我一看，那只昆虫正在把肚皮朝上游着泳呢!阿!这就就是书上写的仰泳虫，在以前很常见，但就是此刻少了，因为它们居住需要很清很干净的水。

在我们小区门口小池塘里，还有一些比较少见的昆虫，那天，我在一遍朝里面看，就发现了蜻蜓的幼虫，还有一些我见也没见过的昆虫，越看它越像就是古代的虫子，但就是我近几天去找，什么也找不到了。

Instant Noodles

Two years ago, I like to eat instant noodles very much, the instant noodles smell so delicious, because there are tasty flavor in it. When my mother was not at home, I would buy the instant noodles, as the time went by, I found my skin became bad and I would not like to eat rice. I felt so bad, my mother told me that I should not eat so much instant noodles, they contained no vitamins and also frustrated my appetite. I realized my problem and started to stay away from instant noodles, then my appetite became good and I wanted to eat rice again. Instant noodles are junk food, we’d better eat it less.

climbing The Great Wall

During the summer holidays， my fahter and I visited Beijing. On the second day after we got to Beijing， the guide took us to climb the Great Wall. On that day， it was sunny. I was depressed because I couldnt understand an English book after I bought it. I could understand nothing. I thought maybe I should study English hard and only by this could I learn a lot of knowledge and understand English aw well as communicate with others in English. I told myself, ‘just go’.

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should
