运动是让人快乐的方法，运动可以让人活力充沛、精神满分!运动不只是我的好朋友，它还是我的救世主，因为有它，我才可以长得很健康、很活泼、很有活力!

运 动有很多种，有打篮球、羽毛球、桌球、、、等，都是有益身心健康的运动，其中，我最喜爱的运动是：”游泳”，游泳不但可以治好气喘，还可以减肥，真是一举 两得。游泳有很多方式，像是：自由式、蛙式、仰式、水母漂、、、等，都很有趣喔!但是，游泳也是要注意一下，像是不要没有做暖身操，就先下水，不然就不能 避免抽筋;下水时先确认水深不深，浅不浅，水深不好，因为你跳水时，有可能水太深，造成溺水;水太浅跳水时，就会受伤，容易发生危险;还有不要在湿滑的地 方追逐嬉戏。我们要快快乐乐的玩，平平安安的回家。

游泳是个很好的运动，连平常都不怎么有精神的弟弟去游泳回来以后，精神都来了。可见游泳真的很棒!我们也可以多多尝试看看喔!

四季的颜色 Colors of Seasons

Seasons have colors. What are the four seasons colors like?

季节是有颜色的。四季的颜色是怎么样的呢?

Spring is green. When spring comes, trees begin to bud and grass begin to grow. It is really a green world, and it is also the color of hope.What about summer? When I look at flowers of almost all kinds in blossom, I know that the color of summer is red.Compared with summer, autumn is totally different color, especially in the north of our country. The rice in the fields and fruits on the branches are the signals of autumn. It is the color filled with ripeness. Gold is the symbol of harvest.Winter is the world of snow. Therefore, white is the color of winter.春天是绿色的。当春天来了，树木开始发芽，小草开始生长。春天真是一个绿色的世界，也 是希望的颜色。那么夏天呢?当我们看见各种各样的花含苞欲放的时候，我们就知道夏天的颜色是红色。和夏天相比，秋天是完全不同的颜色，特别是在我国的北方。田里的稻谷和树枝上的水果都是秋天的标志。秋天是成熟的颜色。金色象征着收获。冬天是雪的世界。因此，冬天是白色的。

There are four seasons in a year.winter,spring, summer, and autumn.Different people like different seasons, my favourate season is the spring.Beacuse it is warm and beautiful .Spring is the season of hope.Spring is also the season of life.All things started to recover at this time .It is a symbol of the beginning of life.So i like the sping!

我喜欢生机勃勃的春天，喜欢骄阳似火的夏天，喜欢五谷丰登的秋天，但是，我最喜欢的还是那粉妆玉砌、宁静祥和的冬天。

梅花穿着玫红色的芭蕾舞裙，在寒风中翩翩起舞。你瞧，她多神气啊！骄傲着她美丽的容貌、优美的舞姿。

天气越来越冷。夜里，忽然下起大雪。天亮时，已是白雪皑皑。美丽的冬姑娘给小路铺上了一层白花花的地毯，还给松树穿上了一件银色的衣服，可能是怕把它们冻病了吧！

当积雪越来越厚时，我和小伙伴们欢叫着，来到小区的广场上。我们玩起了打雪仗的游戏，你追我赶，是多么的快乐呀！

后来，我们又一起堆雪人。雪人的眼睛和嘴是用小石子做的，鼻子是一根长长的胡萝卜，塑料桶变成了雪人的帽子，模样十分有趣。

我们还在雪堆上写字，准备送给为我们带来快乐的冬姑娘。它轻轻抚摸着我们红通通的脸蛋，表达谢意。

冬天的雪给植物们带来了温暖，也给我们带来了无穷的快乐，我喜欢洁白的雪花，更喜欢这银装素裹的冬天。
