那是2015年冬天的早晨，新城区实验小学1年级的小学生正坐在他外婆的电动车上，急匆匆地向学校赶去。当车子行驶到离学校最近的那个十字路口，看见绿灯在一秒一秒地减少，老人心想着孙子要迟到了，便赶紧加速准备拐弯。没想到当车子行驶到路中间的时候，一辆装满沙子的大自卸车也抢道准备超车，大车由于惯性没有来得及刹住车，就在一瞬间，祖孙俩就被大车无情地压在车底，鲜活的生命之花瞬间凋零。闻迅赶来的亲人们痛不欲生，泪流满面，可再多的眼泪也换不回他们的亲人！

当我从手机里看到围观的群众发在朋友圈的视频时，我的内心受到了强烈的震撼，“宁等3分，不抢1秒！”让我真正认识到了交通安全对我们每个人的重要性。天呐，就是因为他们没有交通安全意识，抱有侥幸心理，所以才会有这场灾难事故的发生，如果当时他们都能停下来等一等，也许就能避免悲剧的发生。

“红灯停，绿灯行，见到黄灯等一等。”这句交通安全的顺口溜幼儿园的小朋友都会背得滚瓜烂熟，但是又有多少人能做到呢？生命对我们来说只有一次，我们要珍惜它，可还是有些人视生命为儿戏，对交通安全不屑一顾，有些家长自己带头闯红灯，孩子在马路上追逐打闹也不闻不问，难道那一件件血淋淋的交通事故，还不足以引起重视吗？多少家庭为此痛悔一生，难道还不能让我们警醒吗？“遵守交通安全，文明出行。”这不仅是我们必须做到的义务，同时更是一种责任，让交通安全永记心中，让文明出行陪伴我们一生！

Traffic safety is everybodys business. We must obey the rules. For example, we must walk on walk side, when we cross zebra – crossing, stop and look right and left, then go across fast. Don’t play football on the road .we can tell our parents not to drink before they drive, not to run through red lights, not to talk and laugh while driving etc。

We can say cars are coming into our life, but only when everybody thinks traffic safety is everybodys business can we be safe driving on roads and walking on sidewalks.

As we know, water is very important to man, we can’t live without water.

The amount of water which is suitable to drink is less and less. But some people

don’t care about it. They waste a lot of water in their daily life. Even worse,

they pour dirty water into rivers. They throw rubbish into rivers, too. Many

rivers and lakes are seriously polluted. Something must be done to stop the

pollution. And I think it’s agreat shame to waste while millions are in great

need of water. I think what we can do is that we have to save every drop of

water as possible as we can. For example, we must turn off the tap immediately

after we use it. We can use a basin to wash our hands and faces. It’s also a

good idea to encourage my friends and family members to join me! Only in this

way can we live happily. If we don’t save water, the last drop of water will be

a tear-drop of us. I believe if everyone makes a little effort, we can make a

big difference.

现代交通的发达虽然给人们带来了无尽的便利，但同时也增加了许多安全隐患。有时，一些人因有急事，常常闯红灯。而就在那刻，一个生命就从这个世界上消失了;有时，有人骑自行车，在机动车位上行驶，看见汽车从身边过去，想不愿服输似的，便飞奔起来，有的汽车鸣笛警示了，他却听不见，就撞上了迎面开来的汽车……

当我们坐在小汽车上时，一定要记得系好安全带。虽说一般没有什么事情，但如果遇到紧急刹车，我们就会撞到头，甚至会飞出去。不怕一万，只怕万一，平时不重视安全带的我，通过警察叔叔给我们看的交通事故的图片和讲解，我就感到我一定要改掉不系安全带的坏习惯，我还要提醒爸爸和妈妈也一样要系好安全带。

我们在公共汽车上，不能把头伸到窗外。我听了一个关于19岁女孩由于把头伸出窗外的死亡事故。虽然我不会这样，但我突然感觉很恐怖，知道一定要提醒大家都遵守交通法规。

我们都要遵守交通信号灯的指示。千万不能闯红灯，要知道;“绿灯可以再等，生命不能重来!”我们应该珍惜生命。

当我们行人要过马路，我们要走斑马线。不要有：“不要紧的，汽车会让我的!”这种思想。同时我们要观察好马路两边的汽车。大家都注意一点，礼让一点，就能减少交通事故的发生了。

是啊!这些交通安全知识，可能有些人知道，有些人不知道。既然大家现在都学习了，那我们就一起遵守交通法规，珍惜自己生命。

我曾经就看过这样一则交通安全事故：那是一个晴朗的日子，我和妈妈在街上散步。突然，一辆自行车“唰”地一下擦肩而过，我定睛一看，原来是一个男孩骑着自行车，不知要去哪儿，由于他骑得太快了，差一点就撞上了斑马路上的行人。行人劝他不要骑得那么快，可他不听劝告，继续骑他的“飞车”，脸上不时露出得意而急促的神情。我想：这个男孩可能是有什么急事吧!要不然他怎么会骑得那么快呢?但这样很可能会发生交通事故。果然不出我所料。我和妈妈在一个拐弯的地方，看见许多人围在马路中央，我们就带着好奇心走了过去。“啊”我不禁惊叫起来。这不是刚才骑“飞车”的那个男孩吗?他怎么被车撞了?我听见旁观者议论纷纷，“唉!这孩子真可怜啊!刚才不小心撞了一辆大卡车，连人带车一起飞了出去。”我想：如果这个孩子车骑得慢一点，如果那个开车的慢一点，如果……，可是，再多的“如果”也不能使这朵已经完全凋谢的蓓蕾重新开放。这个男孩的父母不知为这个倒在血泊中的孩子操了多少心，可现在只能眼睁睁地看着自己的孩子离去，让父母悲痛万分……

现在城市交通繁忙了，像这种悲惨的交通事故在车内多如繁星，因为我国交通事故死伤率居世界第一，所以，无论交警在不在场，我们要自觉的遵守交通法规。例如：过马路要看清信号灯，红灯停、绿灯行，要走人行横道，不得翻越交通护栏;未满12岁的獐不得在马路上骑自行车;不能在马路上三五成群的玩耍和嬉戏……，我们小学生不仅自己遵守交通法规，而且发现有人违反了，应及时地批评、劝阻。

and ends on the the full days later. In china,people regard Spring Festival as

the most important thing.People studied and worked throughout the year.No matter

how far and how busy, they must do their best to go back home.Thats a tradition

and now becoming a habit. During this time,transport is extremely busy.Although

the way is difficult,it cant reduce the urgent feeling of going home.I cant

describe this feeling,only the people that experienced it can

understand.Actually,on one hand,people miss their family,and they need to get

comfort in the family.On the other hand,getting together is a symbol of

blessedness and auspiciousness.People in other country dont have this

consciousness that going home is necessary.For example,American could celebrate

the Christmas in everywhere they like or with anybody.This diversity is

occasioned by different culture between two countries.

On Spring festivals eve,the whole family prepare the dinner.Of

course,dumplings is essential.In the

evening,family members always sit at the television and watch Spring

Festival Gala.At 0:00,people set off firecrackers and fireworks,at the same

time,children pay New Year,s call to old people.The old people give money to the

children as a lunar new year gift.Usually,people stay up late or all night.

On lunar New Years Day, the Chinese family eat vegetarian dumplings which

imply they will plain and neat in this year. People change their new

clothes,this stands for a new beginning.Next,people visit relatives with some

gifts.The second day is son-in-laws festival,the husband and married women

visit their side of the family.In a word,Chinese attach great importance to

Spring Festival.

高速公路，这是一个再熟悉不过的词汇，也是一条事故高发的“死亡线”。随着经济的发展，一条条高速公路横贯东西，构成了一张张繁密的交织网。每天有多少人，要开车，从一个城市到另一个城市，高速，是必经之路。高速上大都是货车，这些车通常都是从很远的地方把货物运到另一个城市，中途漫漫长路，他们又要讲时间讲效率，往往违法超载，再加上长途驾驶的疲劳，很容易发生事故，也许司机开着开着都要睡了，但为了利益，只能继续用生命去拼，记得那是我们从武汉回__的路上，那时夜已深了，我们正在汉宜高速上行驶，我们正处超车道准备超车时，身旁的一辆大货车，一直往我们这边靠，这个司机一定是疲劳驾驶。我们在最左边，赶紧打方向盘，那时我和两个朋友正在睡觉，被一个紧急刹车惊醒了，我们努力想逃脱，也许只距防护栏有几十厘米时，司机估计发现了，把车身回正，我们才侥幸躲过一劫。回想起那一幕真是胆战心惊，现在我们有时在高速上依然心有余悸，如果那时司机没有惊醒，那我们会怎样？我们是幸运的，但那些不幸的人呢？在生活中，许多人抱着侥幸的心理，想着：这种是怎么会发生在我的身上，不可能的。其实，这些危险时时潜伏在我们的身边，只要你不注意，他就会伺机要去你的性命。

屡见不鲜的高速公路交通事故无时无刻不在为我们敲响生命的警钟。这些事故的主要原因，我认为是：有一些公司，受利益的驱使，为了达到自己的目的，致使长途司机，加高车厢，超载货物……罚款，在他们眼中就像只蚂蚁，微不足道。这些人被金钱和利益蒙蔽了双眼，这些人是自私的、极端的、无耻的。虽然，这些不良现象仍然存在，但我相信，经过我们大家的努力，一定会让这个世界充满正能量。所以我们在高速上，首先要从自身做起，开车不疲劳，疲劳不开车，我们要做起榜样，给予那些对生命没有安全意识的人一个好的警示。同时我们还应该自觉遵守交通规则，保护好我们的生命。相信大家，只要能够遵守交通规则，我们就能用正能量去感染无视交通规则的人，让我们的交通不断变得更加和谐，我们的社会就会不断的进步。

My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is

rich in fish and rice.

But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had

no work. They lived a hard life.

In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken

place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals,

cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is

greatly improved.

I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard

so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.

这学期，爸爸带我到万山上学了。我们每天早上在西门停车场乘车，下午放学再乘车回家。您一直担心乘车安全，我们可注意啦！我上下车都很小心，车停稳了，让爸爸或售票员扶着。以前我喜欢坐副驾驶座位，现在都尽量坐中间座位，爸爸说这样更安全。我不坐没有座位的车，也不把手和头伸出车窗。有时坐在爸爸腿上，晃着晃着就睡着了，有一次还梦到您哩！

Nowadays it is common to encounter a scene when people want to see things

happen but can‘t make things happen for various reasons. The most important

reason is that they just refuse to create and innovate. With the accelerated

pace of our society,more and more people recognize the importance of creation

that is bound to make a difference in social productivity.

As far as I am concerned,we should all have the notion of being the

participants of supporting creation. First of all,creation is the most vital

factor to improve the inner competitiveness of our nation. For another,it is

certain that creation is so essential that enables many people to find their

positions in the company and careers in their lives.

Measures are also needed to encourage creation . First and foremost,the

government should establish certain rules to sweep up the obstacles of

invention. Some people have already complained much about complicated procedure

我给大家讲一则交通事故的事情。有一天，我在家看电视，电视上说：“有一位女士开车还是新手，结果，一不小心，把油门才成刹车了，车便像离弦的箭一样快，“噌”得下窜了出去，前面刚好有一辆汽车刚刚停了下来，正好撞到那辆汽车上了，后面又来了一辆轿车，没有看到，也没踩住刹车，就也撞了上去，三辆车中见又来了一辆车，因刹车不灵，撞了上去。结果，出现了这个城市的第一起“连环车祸”。我要提醒所有开车的同志们，千万不要疲劳或酒后驾车，这样很容易出交通事故，所以，开车的司机们，象这样一幕血的教训，历历在我们眼前出现。我们大家一定要遵守交通规则。

我还要提醒那些司机朋友们，开车时，注意红绿灯，思想集中，不违反交通规则。一定要把这几个字切记在心：安全第一，平平安安回家。

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who don’t live in Beijing. On the hill, you can breathe the fresh air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red bayberries. It was enjoyable. It is said there are wild pigs in the hill. What a beautiful natural.

January 22

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I had something necessary to do.

January 23

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me. Finally, I was ill.

前段时间，我大队按照中心部署，组织全体队员观看了“安全警示片”。看完后第一感觉是震撼。血淋淋的场面带给我们的不仅仅仅是视觉上的冲击，更是一种心灵上的荡涤。想想吧，一个个鲜活的生命瞬间告别人世，一个个家庭随之解体。听着伤亡者家属凄惨的哭喊，看着那一双双无助的眼睛，我们每个队员的心都被揪紧了。这些教训的是惨痛的，仅2015年一年全国因交通事故就死亡10万余人。这不单纯是一个简单的数字，安全牵扯到众多的家庭。据统计，自二战以来，交通事故已成为人类最大的杀手。

如果是因为天灾等不可抗拒的力量而发生的事故倒也能够理解。但是看完短片后，我们发现很多事故都是人为引起。疲劳驾驶、超速行驶、开车精力不集中构成三大杀手。这些人为因素能够避免吗？能，绝对能够，为了避免“篮球女孩”的再次出现，我们每个人都要努力做到下面几点：

首先，每个人都就应在思想深处敲响安全警钟，牢固树立“安全出行”观念。遵守各种交通法规，严格做到“动车不饮酒，饮酒不开车”。平时多反思自己的行为，做到礼貌出行。

其次，要学习一些道路交通法规知识。多了解一些标识牌的正确含义。做到明白出行，不做门外汉。

最后，我们要加强自身修养。调整好自己的心态，不开英雄车，斗气车，宁停三分，不抢一秒，个性是具有特殊性的押运车辆，绝对不能有特权思想，更要认识到职责的重大，时时刻刻做到谨慎驾驶、确保安全。

相信只要我们做到上述几点，就能避免一些事故的发生，对自己，对家人，对社会都有好处。为了个人家庭的幸福，为了社会的繁荣安定，遵章守纪，留意谨慎才是正途。

It is useful to think of relaxation as a quality of heart that you can

access on a regular basis rather than something reserved for some later time.

You can relax now. It’s helpful to remember that relaxed people can still be

superachievers and, in fact, that relaxation and creativity go hand in hand.When

I’m feeling uptight, for example, I don’t even try to write. But when I feel

relaxed, my writing flows quickly and easily.

我觉得车子是一个很神奇的发明。有了它可以到想去的地方；有了它大家可以免受风吹雨打和日晒；有了它大家可以透过窗户看到不一样的景致。

虽然爸爸的车不是顶级的名贵车，但我最喜欢搭爸爸的车到处走，一路上大家有说有笑，不知不觉就到达目的地，每次出远门爸爸总会养精蓄锐、整装待发，他说唯有精神好才能够安全的开车，只不过有些驾驶人不遵守交通规则、爱开快车、任意变换车道等，好几次后头的驾驶人捏了一把冷汗，这时候爸爸就会机会教育跟我们说说交通规则的重要，更重要的是喝酒千万别开车，不只容易造成自己的伤害也会影响他人。

Summer holidday is coming.I have a good plan for it.My best friend Tony who

is from Britain will spend the holiday with mw.Tom is 17 years old ,he like

There are many traditional festivals, such as Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival China.

But I like best is in the traditional festivals -- the Dragon Boat festival. The Dragon Boat Festival custom is to eat dumplings. Come to the Dragon Boat Festival, each and every family began to busy zongzi, adults take two Take Ha together, and then add the rice and other spices, pack into a three-dimensional triangle, then string wrapped tight. There are a lot of, dumplings taste such as: sugar, meat stuffing, add egg yolk and so on Even the shape of zongzi is various, such as: round, triangle.

Let me see see things in a blur. After a while, my mother put the package dumplings and steamed, after half an hour, my mother put the dumplings on the table, I saw the dumplings like a fat baby, I am unable to hold oneself back to pick up a zongzi, poke it leaves, I saw inside the rice from the color change to yellow color, I be overcome by ones feelings. A taste, ah! Delicious unspeakable.

Suddenly, I heard outside came the waves of "hey hey", "Hey" slogan, I quickly looked out of the window, I saw the dragon boat on a person in the drum, there are eight people in the oars, and the players were regularly shouting, rowing, one and all full of vigor and vitality, and be in fine Fig. See that a boat like a branch launch out of the arrow as rushed forward. Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

这里，我想向同学们作个现场了解，请每周必须要搭乘机动车上、下学的同学举手!既然，你们中有这么多同学要乘车，那么，你们是否也了解社会公德和掌握应有的乘车常识呢?

1、乘车须在站台或指定地点依次候车，等车辆停稳后先下后上。上车后主动让座给老人、病人、残疾人、孕妇或怀抱婴儿的乘客：下车后，应立即走上人行道，千万不要在车前或车尾急穿马路，以防被车撞倒。2002年的一个夏天，一名乘客因为客车未停稳，就匆忙跳下车，结果站立不稳导致后脑着地，命归黄泉。

2、不准携带易燃、易爆等危险物品乘车。这些物品容易因受热、挤压或意外情况起火爆炸，造成人身伤亡和车辆损坏。

3、机动车在行驶中要坐稳扶牢，防止紧急刹车，不得将头、手伸出窗外，以免被来往车辆擦伤。

爱护公路与交通安全设施

我们中小学生，是祖国的未来，新世纪的接班人，不仅要自觉遵守交通法规，而且要做护公路及其设施的好少年。因此，大家必须努力做到：

1、保护道路上的安全防护设施。不要跨、跳、蹬、钻、翻越人行道护栏和车行道护栏，不要在护栏上倚、坐或晾晒衣物等。

2、道路上的交通标志都是为保障车辆、行人安全服务的，不得推、摇、扳、拆，发现有人损坏要坚决制止，并及时向交警部门报告，使之得以保护和修理。

3、不与同学在公路上逗打，不向行驶中的车辆弹弓或投掷杂物。告诫父母不在路上打场晒粮或放养牲畜。

上述违法行为都将危害交通安全，希望同学们不仅自己能够自觉遵守交通法规，还要积极向身边的所有人宣传交通法规，让自己父母、亲戚都来维护交通安全，预防事故的发生。
