Among all means of transportation, I like bicycle most. It’s cheap as well

as popular.

There are many advantages to ride the bicycle. In the first place, riding

bicycle makes me feel independent. I can go anywhere by bicycle. Especially

during rush hours, I can still move freely. Secondly, using a bicycle is good

for environment protection, because it wont emit any waste gas. Moreover,

bicycle riding is also a good sport. While riding a bicycle, I can exercise

myself, which is healthful to me.

In my free time, I often ride my bicycle to get around in the downtown area

or in the countryside, so as to relax myself. Its really a nice outdoor

activity for me, I think.

我早早就起了床，为的是能够看到节目，八点零五分我准时坐到电视机前，打开TVS2。《安全教育课》主要分成四大事故总结，但令我最难忘的还是第一个地震事故。看了之后我体会到了：万一遇到了地震，首先不好慌张，要冷静处理、应对。同时也知道了：遇到地震时，要尽量蹲下，用手保护好头部，逃跑时，不好贪恋财物，要有秩序地逃跑，不能拥挤。第二，火灾事故，但我们遇到火灾时，就应拿湿毛巾捂住鼻口，迅速逃生。万一身上着火，千万不能害怕，就应就地打滚，把火扑灭。要是堵在房间里，就应用水淋门口，以便降温。再到窗口大声呼救，那些显眼的东西挥摆，引起路人的注意，方便他人及时救助。

透过看了以上两大事故，我明白了：无论发生什么突发事故，首先第一件事就是不好紧张，就应冷静应对，要把之前所学到的安全知识学以致用，并且要学会利用身边的工具自救，或利用它引起别人注意。是他人能及时通知并且救助，逃跑时要走安全出口，不好贪恋财物，还要迅速、有秩序地逃到安全的地方，同时，我也感受到：生命是宝贵的，因此我们更要好好珍惜、保护它!

一天，妈妈带我去逛街。

第二天，我叫来几个同学来我家。我对他们说了整个活动小组的计划：我们先在一个长方形牌上写着“遵守交通规则，人人有责!”等的宣传语，然后将它挂在有红绿灯、有斑马线的旁边。如果看见有人要违法交通规则的，我们要立刻跑上去提醒他们。我的同学听了我的活动计划，个个都举手赞成。

说干就干，我们马上开始行动!组员们开始实施我的计划。只见他们站在不同的红绿灯旁，督促行人注意交通安全。而我也站在有宣传语的红绿灯旁站岗。这时，我看见一个妇女拖着个小孩，她正想过马路，小孩立刻说：“妈妈!你看看现在是红灯，红灯是不可以走的，你看这个牌上还写着：‘遵守交通规则，人人有责!’的宣传语呢!”这时，小孩的妈妈不好意思地低下了头，并赞小孩子懂事了。我看见这一幕真是高兴!

啊!我真希望全世界的人都遵守交通规则呀!这样的话，就不会有那么多无辜的生命为此而失去了!

星期五那一天，我们四年级一起听了《交通安全知识讲座》这一堂课对我们来说非常有意义。

说的也是：人让车，让出一片温情，让出一片秩序；车让人，让出一片安全，让出一片理解。只有人与车互相谦让，才能尽可能地避免交通事故的发生。

其实，交通事故也不全是人造成的。有的是因为司机酒后驾车，因神志不清导致交通事故，在此提醒广大的司机叔叔阿姨们，希望您少喝酒，酒后一定不要逞能，要坐公交车或出租车回家，避免交通事故给您带来麻烦。

还有的交通事故确实是行人造成的，主要是行人不注意交通安全所造成的。有的是闯红灯或横穿马路造成的，前人发明红绿灯是有原因的，不要怕麻烦，有句话说的好“红灯无数次，生命只一次”，红灯会闪烁无数次的，而生命只有一次，用完了就没有下一次了，在红灯没有灭的时候，我们绝对不可以冒险过马路，哪怕两边没有车，也绝对不可以冒险过马路，小朋友们也不要在路上玩耍，也不要在马路上打闹，那样可就太危险了。不如果正好有一辆车经过，那后果可不堪设想了。

在以后的日子里，我一定要遵守交通规则。做一名维护交通安全的“宣传员”这一堂有意义的课我会记在心里。

通过观看这段20分钟的短视频，让我的内心触动很深，光是2019年晋城市因为交通事故失去生命的人高达186人之多，这是多么惨痛的一个数字呀!这么多鲜活的生命都被无情的车祸夺去了，多少个家庭都生活在悲痛和思念亲人之中。

我发现造成死亡的交通事故主要有几种：醉酒驾驶机动车、无证驾驶、超速驾驶、逆向行驶、未按规定让行、行车中不注意盲区、存在侥幸心理等违法行为。

其中，酒驾、醉驾占到53%之多，从中我也感到酒后驾车是非常危险的行为，是对社会、对家人及其不负责任的表现，酒后驾驶思维变得迟钝，手脚变得缓慢，从而失去对安全的判断。有些未成年人法律意识淡薄，经常酒后骑车上路，他们的心理是不成熟的，一旦发生意外，由于害怕承担责任就会逃避，但他们也有自尊心，在家人的劝说下，都会去自首，许多案例都证明了这一点。酒驾、毒驾不仅给社会带来不可估量的损失，同时也给亲人们一辈子的痛苦，给自己是一辈子的悔恨。俗话说：“喝酒不开车，开车不喝酒”。可是还有许多人明知故犯，现在酒驾、毒驾已经列入刑法，犯罪记录将伴随终身，其子女报考公务员、入党、军校等都会受到限制，所以我想对那些常常喝了酒还在开车的人说一句，为了您和家人的幸福，请您喝酒不开车，开车不喝酒。

另外就是盲区，每个车都有盲区，尤其是现在的拉货车、半挂车，它们号称“大祸车”，它们在右转弯的时候，内轮差达到一米多，所以要远离大货车。我想说的是，在我们过马路等红绿灯时，一定要注意观察周围前后的情况，避免发生危险，如果大家的安全防范意识都提高了，我想交通事故的死亡率会下降到零的。

今_，也是3月最像个星期的周一，今天是第26个全国中小学生安全日，老师让我们回家了解一下安全日的资料。

我回家查阅了资料发现了很多安全危险，有溺水危险、交通危险、防火危险、网络危险等很多，危险无处不在。我经过查阅资料找到了很多事例，有的因为成迷网络游戏死亡，有的则是溺水身亡，最可怕的是电梯事故导致死亡，这些都是真实的事情，一个个生命都死在了危险中，是多么可惜啊!

我从中感受最深的一个故事就是网络危险而死亡，一个小男孩园沉迷于网络游戏“和平精英”，因为这个游戏中的人物跳下楼，喝一瓶饮料或打一个急救包就可以把血补回来。他长时间玩，而导致出现幻想，他便认为自己成了游戏中的人物，而从四楼跳下，把自己送去了人另一个世界。看，沉迷了网络游戏，出现幻想让自己离开了人世。多么可惜啊!

人人都说危险很可怕，我还有一个事例，就是溺水危险。一个小男孩，他学过游泳，一天，他看见海里掉进一个人去，认为自己可以去救他，自己下了水，可他平时在那无障碍的水池里练习，并没有到那么大的海域中救人，导致他在水下被海草缠住，无法上岸去呼吸，而溺死在水中，和那个掉海里的人月同归于尽。在生活中可能我们的一点小骄傲就会使我们像这个小男孩一样丢去失生命，而不能再见到明天的太阳。

我们的家人在做饭时总把手机放在火灶旁，但大人们并不知道这样的危险性，我想她们看了这个故事以后她们不会在那样做了。一位母家在家给子做饭时，把易燃的手机放在火灶旁，正好锅中煮着滚烫的热水，水煮沸腾了，使小小的火苗与手机接近，最后手机爆炸了，小火苗触到了煤气，煤气又发生了大爆炸，那位母亲被炸死了，看一个小火苗产生了两次爆炸，危险离我们很近很近。

“知险避险，守护安全成长”这句话有很重大意义，我们应该增强安全意识，保护好自己，不要沉迷游戏，不要独自一人下水游泳，文明乘坐电梯，做好自身防护。

星期五，我和妈妈约好去河南省博物院参观，并且让我去当导游，我兴奋的跳了起来。

我们一起来到12路公交车的终点站，发现12路公交车终点站有很多很多的人，有80岁的老爷爷，三四岁的小朋友，抱着婴儿的阿姨……

过了一会儿，一辆新的双层12路公交车缓缓进了站，可是12路公交车还没有停稳，人们就一拥而上，你推我我推你，乱成一团，大家可以想像一下，如果八十岁的老爷爷摔倒了怎么办?三四岁的小朋友摔倒了怎么办?婴儿从阿姨的怀抱掉下来怎么办?所以，大家以后一定不能这样做，要按秩序排队上车，不能拥挤。

我和妈妈上了车，在车上看到了一个小女孩儿，她抓住一个把手，在地上围着把手转圈，我想：如果双层12路公交车紧急刹车，那么小女孩儿的后果不堪设想，多么危险呀，所以大家以后不要在车上乱跑乱跳，一定要做稳扶好。

下了车，我和妈妈一起去河南省博物院参观，看到了象牙白菜……

参观完博物院，我们一起去公交站坐车，透过窗户看见六七个人一起翻越栏杆，如果有辆车正好从那里经过怎么办，我们一定不可以学他们那样做。

通过这次的实践活动，我感受到生命有多么重要。珍爱生命，安全第一，交通安全，从我做起。
