It was early in the morning. The sun was just creeping(爬) out of the eastern horizon(地平线)and golden red was penetrating (穿透) through the white clouds and across the sky. The Laba Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the eighth day of the twelfth month of the lunar Chinese calendar. "La" is the name given to the 12th lunar month and 8 is pronounced as "ba" in Chinese, which translated is "Laba." There are several legends about the origin of this festivity and we could not tell which one is true. But what we know today is that this festival started as a sacrificial offering to ancestors. 我曾经听过一件真事，一个大约十二岁的女孩，带着比自己小两岁的妹妹，骑着自行车去上学，当时是早晨，天气有点雾，使人看不清前方的车辆，然而正当她过马路时，前面一辆大货车，撞向了她，然而左边也有一辆货车，因来不及刹车，也撞向了她，她的妹妹被甩了出去，而她却被两辆车夹在了中间，一瞬间，这个阳光美丽的女孩，凋谢了。而她的妹妹，也因头部受伤，而永远成为植物人。后来经过警方的调查，发现第一辆货车司机是酒后驾驶，才导致这个悲剧上演。让两个还未绽开的花朵，从此就凋谢了，这是一次血的教训。

上帝是公平的也是吝啬的，他只赐予每个人一次生命，所以我们必须珍惜。生活中交通安全与我们的关系是非常密切，它就像我们的朋友。日日夜夜都守在我们的身边，教育我们，劝诫我们。

今天早上，当我还在睡懒觉的时候，妈妈就把我从梦中扯了出来，让我坐在电视机前等这个节目，当时我很不情愿，但当节目开始的时候，我被深深的触动了。

在这个节目中，通过案例分析以及专家的讲解，让我了解了在灾难来临的时候应该怎样自救。比如火灾来临的时候，我们应该迅速找到安全通道，尽量是身体贴近地面;有浓烟时，应用湿物捂住口鼻;若身上着火了应在地上打滚，将火扑灭。在农村，许多孩子的父母都外出打工，把自己的孩子交给年迈的父母照看。所以许多小伙伴都在没有父母照看的情况下私自结伴去河边游泳。在这时，溺水的情况就常常发生。由于溺水者缺乏自救知识，不知道应该把自己的口鼻露出水面，因此导致悲剧的发生。所以，当溺水情况发生的时候，我们不应该盲目的下水营救，应该呼喊大人相救。

随着节目的深入，也更加让我了解了交通安全的重要性。如在马路上行走的时候应靠右边行走;在过马路的时候应走人行横道;“红灯停，绿灯行”，“宁让三分，不争一秒”。

我们是祖国的未来和希望，安全教育对我们非常重要。通过这一次节目，使我们树立了安全意识，了解了很多的安全常识，学会了自我保护，提高了应变能力。这一次节目也更加让我明白了生活是美好的，生命是值得珍惜的。生命只有一次，让我们珍惜生命吧!

Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

当然对于对于交通文明习惯和素质的培养，应该从每个人做起，特别是作为一名处于弱势地位的行人，更应该引起注意。因此，只有全社会都行动起 来，以人为本，从我做起，加强“交通文明”意识教育，才能真正的使其得到改进，才能真正的实现交通安全秩序整治“四知”和交通文明“四让”，才能真正实现 和谐的交通环境。

说起“认真”这个词，用在你身上可一点也不假，看，一辆卡车和一辆面包车正飞快的向前驶去，突然，一个不守规矩的成年人，夹在这两车之间，这下可糟糕了，出车祸了该怎么办啊?幸运的是，交警叔叔一直在侦查，当他们看到这样一个情况后，二话不说就开始执行任务。开始焦急的吼叫，拉笛。最后在交警叔叔的精心帮助下，那两辆车以最快的速度停了下来，成年人获救了，人们夸赞的目光齐刷刷的向交警叔叔投去。成年人也很有礼貌的向交警叔叔道了歉。啊!那么认真，无偿的你，你是人们心目中的榜样。

严肃的你

你，是非常严肃的!在你面前，不能有一丝丝的马虎。否者就会造成一系列的损失和伤害。更不能在你面前讲情面，在你面前所有的人都是平等对待的。当有事故发生时，交通警察会严厉的处理事情，会给双方一个合理的解释，保住他人的合法权益!啊!那么严肃的你

微风的香气依然在我的心里回荡，在这时，天已黑过半，在时光与年轮的反转转动下，让我们一起在心中立块碑──交通，是我所依恋的。交通，我们永记在心。

My hometown used to be a backwardplace, because it was deep in the mountains, where there were no nice buildingsand the roads were so narrow and dirty. People lived a poor life.

我的家乡过去是一个落后的地方，因为它在深山里面，那里没有漂亮的建筑物，公路也是又小又脏的。人们的生活都很贫苦。

While in recent years, with thedevelopment of society, my hometown has been greatly changed. Now the roads aregetting much wider. There are many different cars and buses running on theroads. Trees and flowers are planted on the two sides of the roads. They canprovide us with oxygen and fight against the pollutants. So the sky becomescleaner and brighter. Whats more, you can see many modern and beautifulbuildings everywhere, and the living conditions are improving. People areenjoying a comfortable life now.

近年来，随着社会的发展，我的家乡发生了很大的变化。现在的路是越来越大了。有许多不同的汽车和公交车在道路上运行。道路两边种满了树木和鲜花。他们可以为我们提供氧气，与污染物抗争。现在天空变得更清洁、更明亮。更重要的是，你随处可见到许多现代和美丽的建筑，人们的生活条件也得到了改善。现在人们在享受舒适的生活。

今天阳光明媚，我和妈妈一起到美德档案馆参加小记者活动。今天不是水晶老师或石头哥哥带我们去讲课，而是交警叔叔给我们上课。

开始上课了，交警叔叔给我们看了视频，还讲了好多知识，分别是：机动车不能走非机动车道路，要礼让斑马线，晚上最好穿闪亮的衣服，这样就可以让车子里的人注意到你，就可以停下来让你先行，不许闯红绿灯，进入车内时第一步系上安全带，下车时，要看看车门外有没有人，再缓慢的把门打开等等。还提了好多问题，有些题目我能回答，还举手了，可惜交警叔叔把机会让给别人了，不过没关系，只要记住知识就行。

这节课很快就结束了，我们也学到了很多知识，挺开心的。
