根据统计，每年人类因交通事故死亡达到七十多万人，也就是说每5分钟都有人死亡。全国每年死亡人数达一个县，每六分钟死亡一个，每一分钟就有人受伤。多么惊人的数字!人们盲视交通规则而发生惨剧的事例，在我们周围也经常发生。有的骑着摩托车“疾驰”在马路上不要命的人，红灯亮了，在他眼里根本不存在，结果与货车相撞，车毁人亡;还有行人过马路时不按交通灯指示，不守交通规则，最终成血案也不是个案。

从一件件血的事实中我们体会到：驾驶车辆不能马虎，不能超载、无证、超速、酒后、疲劳驾驶等违规操作;路人过马路时，应按交通灯的指示，走人行横道，注意车辆，不应有横穿马路等违规行为。
