11月20日,我随小记者团一起走进了宝鸡市交警支队，参加了“文明交通伴我行”采风实践活动。使我了解了交通安全知识，知道了平安交通背后的故事，学习了很多知识。

走进市交警支队122指挥中心，映入眼帘的是一堵超大“电视墙”。“电视墙”上还有许多小显示屏，上面是我市各个路口的实时监控画面。指挥中心工作人员向我们介绍说，指挥中心集视频监控、GPS定位、指挥调度等16个功能，是全市交通的“大脑”。这时，我明白了122指挥中心监控系统的摄像头就像很多双眼睛，在十字路口处盯着来往的车辆和行人，将实时路况传到中心。通过这次活动我学会了左转弯手势，停止手势，直行手势。看到了以前的巴士车是什么样子的，以前的警服又是什么样子的，还欣赏了特技警车和无人机。

我想告诉小朋友的家长们，开车不喝酒，喝酒不开车。雨雪天请慢行，雪天要绑防滑链，十字路口请看清慢行，遵守交规，不抢行。只有文明出行文明驾驶才能使交通畅通，减少车祸和交通事故。

今天下午学校组织我们观看了交通安全宣传片，我目不转睛地盯着电视看了一个多小时，通过观看这次的节目，我的感触很深。

这个宣传片主要讲了八个内容，通过道路交通常识我首先认识了马路上的一些中心线、虚实线和边缘线的作用。还有交通信号灯和交通手势以及一些交通标志的识别，特别是行人上街行走的常识。以前我经常看到一些行人跨越隔离墩，还有一些小学生放学后在街上追逐猛跑，在马路上嬉戏打，确实应该学习一些交通安全法律常规，遵守交通规则。

另外我们还观看了驾驶自行车常识和乘坐车辆常识，这些图片分别告诉我们小学生骑车上路的注意事项，一定要靠右行，并走人行横道，这样就会多一分安全。还告诉我们在红绿灯前，应多一分谦让和耐心，不闯红灯，不破坏交通秩序。乘车外出时要系好安全带，遵守交通法规。

最后我们还认识了洗车的转向灯、倒车灯、示廓灯和宽度灯，以及事故抢险与救护常识。通过这节交通安全课，我真是受益匪浅。我更深层地了解了生命的价值，每一年因交通事故意外死亡的人数简直触目惊心，令人惊愕。川流不息的公路每一次出行都是生命在__，现在的道路上车辆越来越多，马路越来越拥挤。如果我们每个人心中都有交通规则，每个人都能自觉遵守交通规则，我相信一定可以避免很多悲惨的交通事故，让我们牢牢记住“人的生命只有一次，遵守交通规则就是珍爱生命”。

为了提高同学们的交通安全意识，4月29日下午，老师组织我们观看了“交通安全教育片”的录像。

在电视开始播放时，教室里顿时安静下来，鸦雀无声。同学们都瞪大眼睛注视着电视，影片中，一个青年男子在过马路是没有走人行横道线，而且也不看左右车辆，竟管自己一的劲儿的往前冲，最后被辆出租车给撞飞了，当场死亡。多么触目心惊的一幕啊!它告诉我们遵守交通秩序是多么重要的一件事情。

可在我们的生活中，同样的悲剧总是在不断上演。今天，仍有很多人，过马路的时候与车辆抢行，不看红绿灯，攀爬道路栏杆等现象。影片中，“安全第一先生”告诉我们，这些惨剧发生的前因，就是有那么多不遵守交通规则，从小培养良好的习惯。“红灯停，绿灯行”不能只成为一句口号。

隐患险于明火，防范胜于救灾，责任重于泰山。平时，爸爸妈妈总在我身边时时刻刻叮嘱我安全第一，在路上一定要注意交通安全。有时我会不耐烦的敷衍一句“知道了”。全把爸爸妈妈的话当做耳旁风，左耳进右耳出。

那是五年级的一个中午，太阳疯狂的烘烤着大地，在车站等车的我挤上了一辆人山人海的9路车，站在了门口。到了下一站，上、下车的人挤在一起，十分混乱。车里人多喧杂，司机看不见后视镜，车启动时，一名身穿白色上衣的青年突然发现自己到站了，于是三步并两步地走向车门，车已缓缓开动，他毫不犹豫的跳了下去，就在这一瞬间，门咣当一声关上了，那位年轻人的半个身子被卡住了，他使劲挣扎，头和身子出去了，一只脚却被夹在了门里，另一个脚被夹在了车轮里，就这样，他被拖了十来米。被眼前触目惊心的一幕吓蒙的我这才想起了喊停车。下车后，更是惨不忍睹——雪白的衣服上沾满了鲜血，手、脚、都破了，更可怕的是另一只脚被夹在车轮里，弄了半天才拔出来，司机立刻拨打了120……

交通安全就在我们身边，和我们每个人息息相关。人的生命是短暂的，让我们永远铭记血的教训，珍惜生命，遵守《交通安全法》，做一个文明市民，这样，就会离我们越来越远。

bicycle riding is also a good sport. While riding a bicycle, I can exercise

我和妈妈乘着车，有一句没一句地聊着，开往华联商城。我们到了一个十字路口，恰好是红灯，于是就停在直行的车道上。“3，2，1。”红灯变成了绿灯，其他车道的车辆都已经陆续前行，而我们前面的车却一动不动，像是没看到指示灯。喇叭声不断响起，司机们纷纷表达着自己的不满。第一辆车的司机听到了喇叭声，才缓过神，驾着车走了。妈妈说，那个司机一定是在看手机，没注意到灯变了。于是，妈妈环顾四周稍稍提速，超过那辆慢速行驶的车，我透过玻璃窗看到,惊呆了,那位男司机一手拿着手机，手指在屏幕上滑动，一手控制着方向盘,脸上一脸笑意。

开车就应该集中注意力，千万不能玩手机。应该在到达目的地之后再一一回复，尽量不接电话或用蓝牙连接手机接电话。否则因为分心而造成交通事故，伤害到自己、家人或朋友，就得不偿失了。

到了华联，妈妈在对面空车位停好车，带着我从人行道穿过马路。进门前，我朝门外看了一眼，只见几个青年男女有说有笑地从马路另一边走过来。他们没有走人行道，而是直接横穿马路，过路的车辆不得不停下来，让他们先过去。

平时过马路的时候，我们都应该走人行横道，而不是横穿马路。过马路之前，先看左边有没有车行驶过来，确认了安全再行走，走到中间了再看看右边，一定要在安全的情况下到达目的地。如果横穿马路，会有安全隐患。

除了这些，我还 看到有人边走边玩手机……这都是非常不当的行为，可能因为这些小细节，会造成很大的伤害。我们必须遵守交通规则，保证自己和他人的人身安全。
