一名遛狗男子由北向南走走停停，而就在乘客下车从后备箱拿东西的时候，遛狗男子不知为何，突然后退了几步，接着摔倒躺在了机动车道上，此时司机起步准备离开，由于男子摔倒的位置，正好是驾驶人的盲区，悲剧发生了。老人已经去世。经检测老人醉酒了。

司机走神撞伤老人

平阴县锦东大街振兴街路口，东西方向绿灯，一位老人正小心翼翼地通过路口，一切看似都很正常，但十几秒钟后，老人被飞奔过来的车辆撞到，多处骨折。

This morning,as we all know,this is a special day___our Chinese national festival.so we go out of home, and began to preper for somthing for the day.

向交通管理部门的建议：杭州作为一座国际化的大都市，发展日新月异，路况越来越好，交通出行方便快捷，选择多样化。

人们活动日益增多，随之而来的是交通安全问题日益凸显。大家一定会注意到：红灯亮起时，行人，车辆嘎然而止，可是依然有些人骑着车，东张西望，大摇大摆而过，完全无视红灯。正常行驶的车辆，行人，则紧急避让，险象环生，很大程度影响了正常交通秩序。有些人过斑马线，眼盯手机，旁若无人，慢条斯理，看到绿灯闪起，紧赶慢跑，左躲右闪。更有甚者，骑车之人为抢绿灯的最后1秒，和时间赛跑，加速穿越路口，汽车行人则纷纷等待避让。

在路口，我仔细观察记录了闯红灯的情况。正常工作日的早上，发生人次较多，有做小生意忙进货，满载而行，节约时间，红灯时呼啸而过；送学生的电动自行车，因晚起几分钟，赶时间到校，顾不上红灯了；还有的是上班族，背包，手提包样样俱全，红灯时却熟视无睹，扬长而去。我觉得，闯红灯者，究其原因，无怪乎是：赶时间；无视法规。赶时间者，因客观原因，错过了时机，只好冒险闯红灯，偶尔为之，比如送学生，下次他们会注意，早点出门，时间充裕些。做生意进货，送货，要合理调配。那些无视法规者，他们闯红灯习以为常了，有种感觉，红灯绿灯是为别人准备的，和他无关。

其它时间段，则相对少些，路口平安了许多。

建议：

1，路口安装闯红灯记录机器。杭州现在是科技网络时代，利用人脸识别系统，抓拍闯红灯者，信息发至他本人，提醒，警告后，屡教不改者严惩不贷。

2，加强法规教育宣传。杭州斑马线礼让行人蔚然成风，但闯红灯者回带来各种意外。闯红灯者，现场要学习法规知识30分钟，还要求其一月内，规定时间来学习，考核。
