看完这个视频，我学到了许多。比如说开车不能喝酒;未满18岁不能骑摩托车;骑车时最好带上安全帽等等。有很多人都觉得安全事故没有那么可怕，但那是因为他们身边的亲戚或者朋友从来都没有发生过。都有一种侥幸心理，觉得灾难不可能发生到自己头上。就说那酒驾，他们明知道那是不遵守交通规则的，却还要明知故犯。在看的过程中，老师给我们看了两个是关于戴安全帽骑车和不带安全帽骑车的视频，我们都知道，骑车被撞，一定是脑袋先着地，脑袋非常的脆弱，可能会发生生命危险。视频中的一个人，在过马路时被车撞了，我们可以看到视频中的那个人，是脑袋先碰到了车，又碰到了地。这样撞击了两次，大家肯定都在想一定会有生命危险，但令人出乎意料的是，被撞的人过了几秒钟竟然自己坐起来了，大家很惊讶吧?为什么会没事呢?那是因为他戴了安全帽。看完第1个视频，我还是感觉安全帽没那么重要，但当老师放了第2个视频时，我深刻的体会到了它的重要。第2个视频同样是有一个人被车撞了，但区别不同的是他没有戴安全帽，监控中显示，被车撞后，他脑袋先撞到了地上，却已经无救了。他比第2个人幸运多了，他脑袋只撞了一次，可他却去世了。看完这个视频，我深刻体会到了安全帽的重要性。

在这里我想提醒大家，交通事故离我们并不遥远，我们随时都要保持警惕。

我国每年因交通事故死亡的人数超过10万人，其中有1万多人是中小学生。交通事故就像一个魔鬼，时刻威胁着我们的安全。

有一次我亲眼目睹了交通事故的发生。那天中午，我在放学回家的路上，看到有三名中学生在马路上比赛骑自行车。有一名同学骑得飞快，这时，前面突然来了一辆面包车，开车的司机看到前面有人便按了按喇叭。谁知那个学生听见喇叭声顿时手忙脚乱、不知所措，就在这时，只听“砰”的一声，自行车和面包车撞到了一起。经过医院检查，那个学生的大腿已经粉碎性骨折了，从此再也不能正常走路了。

人的生命是短暂的，而我应该好好珍惜这宝贵的生命。为了图一时之快，以伤害身体甚至失去生命作为代价，那是很不值得的。因此，我们应该从一个个惨痛的交通事故中吸取教训，引以为戒。大家都要自觉行文明路，做文明人，骑文明车。只要我们车让车，人让人，车让人，人让车，让出一份文明，让出一份安全，让出一份通畅，这样，交通事故这会永远远离我们。

Chinese is the necessary subject for students to learn. Even though some

students learn Chinese all the time, they know little about Chinese culture.

Today, the world is crazy about learning mandarin. A lot of foreigners are

interested in Chinese culture, and they learn the traditional thoughts from

Chinese great minds, such as Confucious. They also learn Tai Chi and they love

it. On the contrary, many Chinese students are not interested in our culture,

and they feel bored to learn. We should learn and get to know our culture well.

It is our duty, or someday we will be kicked out and lag behind others. In the

future, China will take the lead on economy.

今天早上，当我还在睡懒觉的时候，妈妈就把我从梦中扯了出来，让我坐在电视机前等这个节目，当时我很不情愿，但当节目开始的时候，我被深深的触动了。 This morning, when I was still sleeping, my mother pulled me out of my dream and asked me to sit in front of the TV to wait for the show.I was reluctant, but when the show started, I was deeply touched.

随着节目的深入，也更加让我了解了交通安全的重要性。如在马路上行走的时候应靠右边行走;在过马路的时候应走人行横道;“红灯停，绿灯行”，“宁让三分，不争一秒”。

我们是祖国的未来和希望，安全教育对我们非常重要。通过这一次节目，使我们树立了安全意识，了解了很多的安全常识，学会了自我保护，提高了应变能力。这一次节目也更加让我明白了生活是美好的，生命是值得珍惜的。生命只有一次，让我们珍惜生命吧!

When memory began for me, my grandfather was past sixty-a great tall man

with thick hair becoming gray. He had black eyes and a straight nose which ended

in a slightly flattened tip. Once he explained seriously to me that he got that

flattened tip as a small child when he fell down and stepped on his nose.

The little marks of laughter at the corners of his eyes were the prodnct of

a kindly and humorous nature. The years of work which had bent his shoulders had

never dulled his humour nor his love of a joke.

Everywhere he went, "Gramp" made friends easily. At the end of half an hour

you felt you had known him all your life. I soon learned that he hated to give

orders , but that when he had to, he tried to make his orders sound like

suggestions.

One July morning, as he was leaving to go to the cornfield, he said :

"Edwin, you can pick up the potatoes in the field today if you want to do that.

" Then he drove away with his horses.

The day passed, and I did not have any desire to pick up potatoes. Evening

came and the potatoes were still in the field. Gramp, dusty and tired, led the

horses to get their drink.

"How many bags of potatoes were there?" Gramp inquired. "I dont know.

"I didnt pick any. " "Not any! Why not?"

"You said I could pick, them up if I wanted to. You didnt say I had to.

In the next few minutes I learned a lesson I would not forget: when Gramp

said I could if I wanted to, he meant that I should want to.

有一天，我和妈妈在逛街，猛得听见身后一片惊叫，我急忙向后看去，一辆卡车已经停在一个摔倒在地的小女孩面前。同时，一群人向那边涌去，我和妈妈也挤了过去。看见地上的小女孩脸色苍白，胸脯急促地起伏着，围观的人都很着急，有几位热心的叔叔阿姨赶忙掏起手机，有打120的，有打110事故处理的。这时，小女孩才“哇”地一声哭了起来。只见司机愣了一会儿，也连忙掏出手机打120，说明小女孩受伤的情况。在我们等待急救车来的时候，周围的群众议论纷纷：“哎，这女孩子，这女孩也真是的，不遵守交通规则，幸亏没有什么大碍。”从这起车祸中，让我感受到了交通规则的重要性。如果真有三长两短，双方都得承受现实的压力。

像这类的交通事故，记得以前有一新闻报道：一辆大货车和一辆中巴车，因为司机一时疏忽相撞，导致10多人死亡，现场真是惨不忍睹、震撼人心啊!那真是车毁人亡，多少个家庭遭遇不幸啊!所以为了社会的安宁，为了每个人的家庭平安，我们人人都要严格遵守交通规则，注意安全，不要抱有侥幸心理。

俗话说：“生命重于泰山，为了自己，为了家人，为了您的生命，请您认真学习交通法，严格遵守交通法，愿您一路平安。”

“过马路一定要注意安全，看到绿灯才能走。”每天上学前妈妈都会叮嘱我。如果是几年前，我可能会觉得妈妈真是啰嗦，可自从前年那个冬天发生的车祸以后，交通安全意识就深深地刻在我的心里。

那是2015年冬天的早晨，新城区实验小学1年级的小学生正坐在他外婆的电动车上，急匆匆地向学校赶去。当车子行驶到离学校最近的那个十字路口，看见绿灯在一秒一秒地减少，老人心想着孙子要迟到了，便赶紧加速准备拐弯。没想到当车子行驶到路中间的时候，一辆装满沙子的大自卸车也抢道准备超车，大车由于惯性没有来得及刹住车，就在一瞬间，祖孙俩就被大车无情地压在车底，鲜活的生命之花瞬间凋零。闻迅赶来的亲人们痛不欲生，泪流满面，可再多的眼泪也换不回他们的亲人！

当我从手机里看到围观的群众发在朋友圈的视频时，我的内心受到了强烈的震撼，“宁等3分，不抢1秒！”让我真正认识到了交通安全对我们每个人的重要性。天呐，就是因为他们没有交通安全意识，抱有侥幸心理，所以才会有这场灾难事故的发生，如果当时他们都能停下来等一等，也许就能避免悲剧的发生。

“红灯停，绿灯行，见到黄灯等一等。”这句交通安全的顺口溜幼儿园的小朋友都会背得滚瓜烂熟，但是又有多少人能做到呢？生命对我们来说只有一次，我们要珍惜它，可还是有些人视生命为儿戏，对交通安全不屑一顾，有些家长自己带头闯红灯，孩子在马路上追逐打闹也不闻不问，难道那一件件血淋淋的交通事故，还不足以引起重视吗？多少家庭为此痛悔一生，难道还不能让我们警醒吗？“遵守交通安全，文明出行。”这不仅是我们必须做到的义务，同时更是一种责任，让交通安全永记心中，让文明出行陪伴我们一生！

The amount of water which is suitable to drink is less and less. But some people

don’t care about it. They waste a lot of water in their daily life. Even worse,

they pour dirty water into rivers. They throw rubbish into rivers, too. Many

rivers and lakes are seriously polluted. Something must be done to stop the

pollution. And I think it’s agreat shame to waste while millions are in great

need of water. I think what we can do is that we have to save every drop of

water as possible as we can. For example, we must turn off the tap immediately

after we use it. We can use a basin to wash our hands and faces. It’s also a

good idea to encourage my friends and family members to join me! Only in this

way can we live happily. If we don’t save water, the last drop of water will be

有一次，我在电视新闻上看到这样一件事：在热闹的街口，车辆川流不息，一个骑摩托车的人在红灯前想要停下来，但好像又有急事要办，犹豫了一下然后还是快速地冲了过去，不料这时一辆黑色轿车刚好横向驶来，只听见“砰“的一声巨响，连人带摩托车飞出了好几米远，摩托车被撞得粉碎，而这个人当场气绝身亡，殷红的鲜血染红了一地，真是惨不忍睹……

交通事故是多么可怕啊！就在那一刹那，一霎时，就有可能一个人的性命被送掉，再悔都来不及了。在你违规前请仔细想想后果，想想你的家人，朋友，俗语说的好：“生命重于泰山，不要轻于鸿毛。”为了自己，为了家人，请遵守交通规则吧！如果我们每个人心中都有交通规则，我相信一定能避免很多惨剧，让[这个社会更加安定幸福。让交通法规在我们心中生根开花。

今天中午，我们去小百灵剧场参加了“交通安全伴我行”的知识讲座。

林警官先给我们敬了一个队礼，拿起话筒，说：“我们做一个小游戏，好不好？”我们异口同声地说：“好！”林警官说：“那么我想请3位小朋友来帮助我来玩这个游戏，谁愿意？”我们争先恐后的争取名额。可是还是请了五（3）班的2个男生和一个女生。我和其他人都大失所望，不禁：“唉。”了一声！

游戏开始了！2个男同学从东往西走，而林警官觉得女孩太慢了，刚一“超车”，就和男孩撞到了。林警官向我们说，车祸就是不小心引起的，然后给我们看了一些车祸的图片，都很惨不忍睹。我看了这些图片后，胆战心惊-毛骨悚然┅┅林警官特别告诫我们不能在马路上玩捉迷藏-踢足球-玩踏板车，要不然会付出惨重的代价。

随后大屏幕上出现了大大的5个字“车祸猛如虎。”并告诉我们世界上每一分钟都有一个人在车祸中死去，让我们惊讶万分。他又教我们认识了非机动车红绿灯，人行横道红绿灯┅┅还检查我们是否真的会了，特意出了十几个图片考验我们，结果我们真的把这个“拦路虎”扫了，回答全对。

虽然这次讲课的时间是那么短暂，但是在这短短的时间里，我们认识到了“车祸猛如虎，”是那么可怕，今后我们一定不在马路上玩，一定会珍爱生命的！

Since then, I fell in love with Britney Spears, every girl wanted to be her. She was not only beautiful, but also could sing and dance so well. at the same time， a growing unrest over food safety in the China has caught

When it es to the food safety incidents， especially 2008 Chinese milk

scandal， every consumer has much anger to pour upon them。 In September 2008， a

fresh outbreak of kidney disease occurred， due to baby formula contaminated by

melamine.Three babies died and over 6，000 were made sick by the tainted formula。

The supplier of the milk， Sanlu Group， is a name brand and is a major player in

the industry in China。 The pany is said to have known of the problem for months，

but claims the contaminant came from milk suppliers.

Who should be main responsible for these serious incidents like milk

scandal? On one hand， plex China’s food regulations should shoulder part

duties.We should realized its monitoring system can be unresponsive， and the

government departments that oversee and enforce policies have overlapping and

often ambiguous duties。 On the other， food producers and suppliers lack deserved

responsibility for consumers! What they cares is only their own interest and

profit maximization.

In my opinion ，everyone involved in it should set up a high responsibility

for others， law related should be passed and carried out.Only in this way can we

e by a healthy eating and a harmonious world.
