大家还记得2007年7月23日的大巴车事故吗?那辆大巴车从数十米高地高架桥上坠入江中。大巴车上整整11个人啊。他们就这样永远地离开了这个世界。当大巴车被打捞上来的时候，车内全是尸体。其中有三个是一家人，是爸妈带着年仅10岁的儿子开开心心的想去内蒙古旅游。可他们都死于这场车祸，他们永远地睡着了，再也不会醒来。然而，酿成这场车祸的主要原因是司机为了避让一辆违规行驶的自行车!就是这一辆自行车，令11个人永远离开了这个世界。目前，这个人已经被判无期徒刑。

还有四个工厂员工，同样是丧身于车祸。他们四个正上完夜班，在大排档吃完夜宵后，他们横穿马路，去对面的宿舍。就在这时，一辆车飞驰而来，将四个人撞到，其中一个被撞出十多米远。就这样，四条不足二十岁年轻生命，就躺在路上，再也不会动了。

这一宗又一宗的车祸，都是因为人们不遵守交通规则而造成的。所以，我们以后一定要遵守交通规则，否则很容易酿成悲剧。

电视开始播放时，教室里顿时安静下来，鸦雀无声。同学们都瞪大眼睛注视着电视，影片中，一个青年男子在过马路是没有走人行横道线，而且也不看左右车辆，竟管自己一的劲儿的往前冲，最后被辆出租车给撞飞了，当场死亡。

多么触目心惊的一幕啊！它告诉咱们遵守交通秩序是多么重要的一件事情。可在咱们的生活中，同样的悲剧总是在不断上演。今天，仍有很多人，过马路的时候与车辆抢行，不看红绿灯，攀爬道路栏杆等现象。影片中，“安全第一先生”告诉咱们，这些惨剧发生的前因，就是有那么多不遵守交通规则，从小培养良好的习惯。“红灯停，绿灯行”不能只成为一句口号。xx爷爷说过，隐患险于明火，防范胜于救灾，责任重于泰山。平时，爸爸妈妈总在我身边时时刻刻叮嘱我安全第一，在路上一定要注意交通安全。有时我会不耐烦的敷衍一句“知道了”。

我发现造成死亡的交通事故主要有几种：醉酒驾驶机动车、无证驾驶、超速驾驶、逆向行驶、未按规定让行、行车中不注意盲区、存在侥幸心理等违法行为。

其中，酒驾、醉驾占到53%之多，从中我也感到酒后驾车是非常危险的行为，是对社会、对家人及其不负责任的表现，酒后驾驶思维变得迟钝，手脚变得缓慢，从而失去对安全的判断。有些未成年人法律意识淡薄，经常酒后骑车上路，他们的心理是不成熟的，一旦发生意外，由于害怕承担责任就会逃避，但他们也有自尊心，在家人的劝说下，都会去自首，许多案例都证明了这一点。酒驾、毒驾不仅给社会带来不可估量的损失，同时也给亲人们一辈子的痛苦，给自己是一辈子的悔恨。俗话说：“喝酒不开车，开车不喝酒”。可是还有许多人明知故犯，现在酒驾、毒驾已经列入刑法，犯罪记录将伴随终身，其子女报考公务员、入党、军校等都会受到限制，所以我想对那些常常喝了酒还在开车的人说一句，为了您和家人的幸福，请您喝酒不开车，开车不喝酒。

那红色的指示灯亮起的时候，仍有呼啸而过的车辆，为什么?难道他们不知道，这样的一次放纵，也许会有鲜活的生命在刹那间消逝，也许是自己，也许是同车的伙伴，也许是无辜的路人，为了争抢这短短的几秒钟，在他们的脑海中想过吗?这几秒钟的代价将是什么，流泪的将不止他一个人，还有自己的父母，孩子，亲人，朋友，和他相守一生的人，他有想过吗?!当然，这样的悲剧有时不止涉及一个家庭，也许会连累几个甚至更多。

闯红灯的代价是巨大的，那么酒后驾车呢，当酒气熏天的时候，求求你，别拉开车门，别将汽车发动，当你晕晕乎乎在马路上驰骋时，被酒精刺激后的油门会失控，方向盘会飘移，你的座驾随时会变成可怕的死神，充塞于你驶过的道路，紧紧勒住你生命的咽喉，勒得你喘不过气来，勒的你疲劳至极，生命的绝唱，也终将会响起……同样，将危及的又将是你或是和你擦肩而过的人。

之所以有那么多条交通法规，那是因为有许许多多血与泪的代价编写而成的，它以文字、标志、图片、信号等众多的形式出现在你我的周围，让我们所到之处随处可见，而每个人也都能把遵守交通规则说到完美的地步，而实际呢?请大家抑制这种口头上的满足，多用一些在自己的行动上，当我们走上马路，发动汽车的同时，严肃对自己说：请遵守交通规则!让我们手拉手，将交通安全铭刻我们最深的心房并永远付之于自己的行动……

Fast food has flooded in our lives nowadays. Concerning fast food,

different people have different attitudes.Some hold that fast food is necessary

in our society while others argue that fast food is harmful to our health. As

far as I am concerned, fast food is necessary but not a must in our lives.

On the one hand, fast food is necessary in our today’s society. Although

fast food is not as nutritious as home-made food, it is a good replacement when

we are in hurry and have no enough time to prepare food by ourselves. It can

help us to save much time. In addition, fast food is cheaper but various and we

can taste different kinds of food by using less money.

On the other hand, however, fast food is not a must. Fast food can be used

to replace our home-made food sometimes, but we should not eat it very often.

Compared with home-made food, the nutrition provided by fast food is far less.

Therefore, eating fast food only can not provide enough nutrition for our

growth. Besides, the problem of food security is another factor we should

consider when eating fast food.

In a word, fast food is necessary sometimes in our lives, but we can not

eat it very often. At the same time, to fit for the need of people, fast food

restaurants should develop and provide more and more nutritious food and

strengthen the supervision of food making.

今天我们学校组织我们听交通安全知识讲座，我们都感触很深。让我们深深地懂得；遵守交通法规，珍爱自己生命。

当我们坐在小汽车上是，一定要记得系好安全带。虽说一般没有什么事情，但如果遇到紧急刹车，我们就会撞到头，甚至会飞出去。不怕一万，只怕万一，平时不重视安全带的我，通过警察叔叔给我们看的交通事故的图片和讲解，我就感到我一定要改掉不系安全带的坏习惯，我还要提醒爸爸和妈妈也一样要系好安全带。

我们在公共汽车上，不能把头伸到窗外。我听了一个关于19岁女孩由于把头伸出窗外的死亡事故。虽然我不会这样，但我突然感觉很恐怖，知道一定要提醒大家都遵守交通法规。

我们都要遵守交通信号灯的指示。千万不能闯红灯，要知道；“绿灯可以再等，生命不能重来！”我们应该珍惜生命。

当我们行人要过马路，我们要走斑马线。不要有：“不要紧的，汽车会让我的！”这种思想。同时我们要观察好马路两边的汽车。大家都注意一点，礼让一点，就能减少交通事故的发生了。

是啊！这些交通安全知识，可能有些人知道，有些人不知道。既然大家现在都学习了，那我们就一起遵守交通法规，珍惜自己生命。

今天我们全校到科学馆看交通安全讲座，我们班坐在前排，我在第五排，科学馆坐得很满，妈妈也去了，爸爸没去，看了两个录像还有动画片。

通过这次交通安全讲座，我知道了电动自行车在路上跑的时候，一小时不能超过15公里，要慢性，电动自行车应该在自行车道走，不能在快车道上跑。汽车在每小时50至80公里是最安全的，汽车空调要定期检查，总开着空调会产生一氧化碳，停车时要赶紧关空调，否则会中毒。小孩不能做副驾驶位置，否则撞车之后，安全气囊弹出来，对小孩的伤害很大，如果安全带的话，会把孩子的颈部勒伤，会导致头掉而死亡，因为安全带是不适合小孩高度的，正好勒在小孩的颈部，想到我以前就做过副驾驶，还好很幸运，没有伤着我，我现在感觉很后怕，以后我就是做后备箱也不再坐副驾驶了。

还有妈妈不能穿高跟鞋驾驶车辆，我从没发现妈妈穿高跟鞋开车，妈妈在后备箱里放了一双平底鞋，开车时穿的，我觉着妈妈做的很对。

讲座中叔叔还向我们介绍了各种交通标志，有红绿灯标志、斑马线标志、禁止超车标志、停车标志，环岛标志，禁止停车标志......

讲座课间的时候，欣赏了我们年级女生表演的舞蹈“花蝴蝶与黄鹂鸟”，她们表演的真好呀，我觉着她们很活泼很漂亮，讲座进行了2个小时，通过这个讲座，我觉着收获很大。

创二（10）班 游湘怡交通安全警钟长鸣交通事故让人泪流满面、惨不忍睹、触目惊心。那些过世的人的家人，将是悲痛欲绝、痛彻心扉，让我感觉心酸、悲惨。 不遵守交通规则就会让你发生交通事故。行人应该注意：不能边走边看书，不能边走边听音乐，不能横穿公路或马路，不能不走人行横道，不能翻越护栏，不能在马路中央打球，也不能在马路上追逐打闹，过人行道时不能闯红灯。行车应该注意不能酒后驾车，满载，超速，闯红灯，接电话，打电话，发信息，疲劳驾车…… 嗨，要是人人都有安全意识就不会有悲剧发生，可惜不是这样子的，就像有这样的经历：那是在青岛的一天，我在上学的路上，是在一个十字路口，我遇到了我的家人。我偏不给她抱，就往别人的人行道跑，结果刚跑一步，一辆车就向我驶来。又跑了一步，那辆车就已经撞到我了。我当时非常害怕，生怕自己要死了。我的亲人看了立即把司机叫出来讨回公道，然后司机就把我送到了医院。亲人把我送到医院后马上给我的老爸打了电话，爸爸立即闻讯赶来，眼角都早已有泪水。通过这件事，让我们知道我们要过马路时要看看左右有没有车。 虽然你出了交通事故，你的人在流血，但是你的家人的心也在流血，你们忍心去伤害你自己吗？你忍心去伤害你的家人吗？所以我们要遵守交通规则，不能掉以轻心，我们要让安全的警钟长鸣。 老师评语： 作者心理活动的刻画非常细致，而且从小就学了替他人考虑，老师替你感到高兴！

车祸，用一个贬义词的身分生活在人们的心中，让人甩都甩不掉，让人惧怕它，远离它。是它引起了惨绝人寰的悲剧，让人痛心。

车祸，给多少青少年蒙上了童年的阴影；车祸，把多少幸福的家庭拆散；车祸，使多少人失去了美好的理想。有着天真可爱的心的女孩为此失去了双腿，而她的梦想是一位模特，一个可爱女孩的梦想将无法实现。有一年秋天，一位成绩优异的小男孩，在车祸中逝去。他的父母在他的墓前整整哭了三天三夜，让人痛心。我们再也不能让这种噩梦在我们脑海中浮现。

每年大约有18岁以下的儿童死于公路，有数万的儿童残废。专家也在不停的报道，但为什么没有效果呢？这属于人们不爱实践的关系。其实不想出车祸的办法很简单：

1、不横穿马路。

2、红灯停，绿灯行。

3、不在公路上追逐打闹。

......

这些我们已经熟知了，可为什么还会出车祸呢？因为还有一部分人把这当儿戏，所以才会酿成种种悲剧。
