如果你每天沉迷于网络之中，你首先该想想你的父母，你的父母为了生下你，不就是想要你好好的读书，将来有个好工作，过着美好的生活吗?可是你却辜负了你的父母，你父母想要你好好读书，天天向上，将来有个好成就，而你却每天泡在网吧，玩着电脑游戏，沉迷于网络之中，还伤害了自己，导致自己的学习成绩一落千丈;导致自己严重近视，甚至视网膜脱落;导致自己走上了歪路，你真是敬酒不吃吃罚酒啊!你又辜负了你的父母，又伤害了自己，所以你一定要改正过来，千万不要沉迷于网络之中，你还要告诫别人，因为网络会将人推向无底深渊。

“良药苦口利于病，忠言逆耳利于行。”这句话说得好，今天，我要用这句话告诫你们，要好好地把握自己，不要沉迷于网络之中。把握自己，就是把握好自己的人生航向;把握自己，就是给自己一片蔚蓝的晴空……

大家都知道，网络游戏可以使人着迷，可以使人倾家荡产，可为什么还要去接触呢?

网络游戏就像一只色彩斑斓的毒蜘蛛，一旦去接触，就会上瘾，甚至走火入魔.如：武汉一中学生在网吧玩游戏，突然倒地猝死，原来是兴奋过度，瞳孔，脉搏发生反射而死.一位祖国的花朵就这样被网络游戏夺走了宝贵的生命.

网络游戏只是虚幻世界，甚至还会出现不健康网站，就这样，人生就颓然荒废了了.一学生因受暴力游戏影响，在回家路上杀人逃跑.这一个又一个例子，不都是我们的警钟么?可为什么掉进陷阱的中小学生还是那么多?

网络游戏如一个伪装得很好的陷阱，等着你来跳，我们要坚决抵制网络游戏，健康生活!

电脑对于我们来说并不陌生，它使我们的生活更充实了，它使我们的工作、学习更有效了，它使世界人民的距离更近了，它深受很多人的喜爱，但它也给我们家带来了麻烦。

我哥哥他以前一直是个乖巧，好学的孩子，整天都捧着一本书读，他妈妈叫他干活，他二话不说，就按说的去做。他一直是我学习的好榜样。可是自从有了电脑，他逐渐迷上了网络游戏，学习一天不如一天。

“啪啪，看你还不死，快死。”哥哥说。

“哥哥，我求你了，不要再玩游戏了，游戏有什么好处，他是你学习下降的罪魁祸首。”

还没等我说完，哥哥就说：“小屁孩你懂什么呀，滚!”哥哥的每一个字都想针一样扎进了我心里。

“是啊，我是小屁孩。但是，我知道稍微玩一下网络游戏，可以舒精解疲，一旦玩多了，不但会影响我们的视力、智力，甚至会使我们做错事、犯罪。你看，这一张张奖状都是你以前得来的，可自从你迷上了网络游戏，你的成绩直线下降，奖状与你绝缘了。你有没想过我们心里会怎么想。你看，你爸爸、你妈妈愁得白头发都有了。”说到这里，我看了他一下，可他眼睛直盯着屏幕，哪里听得进去。

我知道网络游戏，已经让无数老师、家长望而生畏。所以我们要控制玩游戏的时间，适度上网，健康上网。

日新月异精彩纷呈的信息高速公路正在以无可替代的优势，渗透我们社会的每个角落。游戏是青少年的天性，网络游戏全方位轰炸着我们的眼球，那不可抗拒的诱惑，吸引着广大中小学生，不分日夜，不顾一切，一玩就刹不住车，一玩就玩个天昏地暗。

就拿我班上那个已经是被网络游戏弄的走火入魔的赵峰来讲，他可是一个货真价实的网络迷。有一次，我们上午上到第二节课的时候他才来，不用想肯定是玩电脑来，后来上课的时候，我们听到一阵阵打呼的声音。一看，原来是赵峰睡着了，嘴巴里还念到“游戏真好玩”。弄得我们哈哈大笑。看到他那么痴迷，好奇心让我也玩起了网络游戏。可以说我也是一个比较喜欢玩网络游戏的人，但我不会被游戏而弄得走火入魔，因为我会自我控制，。一般都只玩一个小时就不完了，除非是在玩对打的时候，我输了很多次，我非要打败他我才不玩了，可是玩完了以后，坐在那想，又觉得网络游戏没什么意思，还浪费我学习的时间。但如果几天没玩的话，心里又痒痒，又想去玩。记得有一次因为我过于去玩网络游戏而耽误了学习，妈妈大发雷霆，说以后再也不准我碰电脑了。我只好不玩了，可电脑就像会勾魂一样，又把我勾到那里，可我又想到妈妈的话又走了回来。可是有一次，老师让我们在电脑上查资料。我刚打开电脑，妈妈看见了，以为我要玩游戏，就像仇人狭路相逢——分外眼红，立刻把电脑关掉。我当时真是火冒三丈，就嚷起来：“不是玩游戏，是在查资料啊!”，妈妈就反驳说：“查资料不可以在书上查吗?肯定想偷着玩游戏吧!”。我无话可说，我已失去了妈妈对我的信任，没有充分利用网络帮助我的学习。

哎，网络是一把双刃剑，有利也有弊，就看你怎么用啦!

But on the other hand, some people point out that online games are not good for nothing. They argue that playing online games can help the player practice their reaction capacity, which is good for forming prompt and responsive thinking. In addition, the players can temporarily release from the great pressure in work and study and enjoy themselves when playing online games.

但另一方面，有人指出，网络游戏并不是没有好处的。他们认为，玩网络游戏可以帮助玩家练习他们的反应能力，这对形成敏捷的反应和思维很有帮助。而且，在玩电脑游戏的时候玩家可以暂时释放在工作和学习上的巨大压力并感到愉悦。

From my point of view, I think playing games is not a bad choice of indoor relaxation for those who have high self-discipline. But for those who have no enough self-controlled ability, it is not wise to try to play these games.

从我的角度来看，我认为游戏对于那些自律能力强的人来说是放松的一个不错的选择。但对于那些没有足够的自我控制能力的人，玩游戏则是不明智的。

我个人认为，小学生玩网络游戏的利与弊不在于游戏，在于同学们的自控能力。有的同学自控能力不好，导致对自己的身心有影响。

记得在某天，一位自控能力不好的大学生，因受网络游戏的影响，去学网络游戏的一些危险动作，最后从23楼跳下来而不幸身亡。还有一次，一位学生的自控能力挺好的，可是他玩网络游戏入了迷，导致神志不清，拿刀割脉，最后抢救无效而身亡。这一件件触目惊心的案子，让大家都有一些恐惧，可是这些案子却一件件地发生，所以是弊大。不过，万幸的是，有一个学生玩网络游戏本已误入歧途，可是，他改过了，写了一张：离开网络游戏，网络游戏害死人。的纸条放在鼠标下面，然后他就没动过电脑，为此，他的父母很开心。

一个个同学因为玩网络游戏而身亡，我们要会恐惧，不要误入歧途，所以我希望大家要控制好自己的人生断送在网络游戏上。一定要控制好自己！
