在我看来，预防网络犯罪我们首先应该从在日常生活中建立一个健全的人生观价值观开始，而不是随性而为。网络在我们日后的生活肯定会占据越来越重要的位置，我们应该应用在学校学习的知识和生活中的经验，积极地预防和避免上当受骗。在平时积攒足够的网络使用经验和网络犯罪防范意识，充分的保护自己，远离网络犯罪的侵犯。

As a product of modern computer and the Internet, online games have become very popular among college students. Many students have enjoyed great pleasure and satisfaction from these games. But as we see, some students lacking self-discipline are too much indulged in these games so that their health and academic performances are affected. The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. 据@裕安公安在线消息，22日，安徽省六安市一男子连续上网9小时，在网吧口吐鲜血。警察赶到准备将其抬上救护车时，他还念叨着“快扶我起来，这局我们快赢了”。22日下午14时许，安徽省六安市独山派出所接到群众报警，称在独山某网吧内有人吐血。

警察立即赶赴现场发现一男子倒在网吧地上口吐鲜血。经查，该男子已连续上网9小时。

“网络”这个词大家可能都不陌生吧!“网络游戏”是大人对小孩子最不放心的事，说是会玩上隐以至会影响学习。可是同学们一说起某某游戏的玩法，就是滔滔不绝、津津乐道，若是有谁还没见识过这游戏，就会有自愧不如的感觉，因此就有想去试一试玩一玩的想法，当学会玩法后，就会着迷而一发不可收拾，接下来就是不断的想要升级、做武兵、做浪人、赚到几百万、几千万，这下就玩完了，你会感到这网络游戏就象是有了魔法一样将你深深的吸引住了，然后到了学校在同学面前就更有的吹了……

其实这种现象的产生是与社会因素及周围环境的影响有关，做为一个小孩，我们的天性就是好玩，我们也是身不由己，但是我现在明白一个道理就是“游戏只为娱乐”，我们不能因为玩游戏而影响到生活学习，所以我以后要合理安排我的业余时间，再不可沉迷其中，其实除了网络游戏以外还有很多有意义的事可以去做，我也想奉劝那些迷恋网络游戏的同学们能尽快走出这个误区，过更有意义的生活!

随着网络的普及，许多的家庭都多了一位新“成员”——电脑。

网络给了人们许多便利，但是，现在有许多人因为网络而疯狂。有人为了买游戏点卡而去抢劫;有人因为长时间通宵上网而猝死;有人为上网和父母吵架而离家出走……一件件事情都触目惊心。我曾经看到过这样的报道：在一个网吧里，一名工作人员发现一名男孩倒在楼梯间，当时还以为他通宵上网睡着了，便上前想叫醒他，谁知叫了半天也没见应答，这才觉得不对劲，于是就报了警。不久，120救护车赶到现场，医生说：男孩已死亡。这名男孩连续上网时间太长，可能是因长时间打游戏精神亢奋且体力透支，牵动了病情。我们中小学生在上网人数中占较大比例，但同学们是否注意到上网安全，控制过上网时间?有些同学天天上网，每次上网都有两三个小时;有些同学沉迷于网络游戏不能自拔;有些同学去一些不利于身心健康的网站……

我想问上网真的那么重要么?难道比生命还重要吗?那些虚幻的东西那么重要吗?我想：不，其实我们可以抛弃这些。我们可以走出家门，在草地上和小伙伴们做游戏增进友谊，在房间里多看课外书增长知识，和父母谈心增加亲情……我们还有很多选择，不单单只有上网。

同学们，我们作为新一代的小学生，也是祖国未来的栋梁，我们要好好保护我们自己，远离网瘾。

以下我给同学们几条建议：

1.合理安排上网时间。每次上网不超过2小时。

2.上网时，多查阅资料，少玩游戏。

3. 上网时不浏览不健康网站。

4. 尽量少上网。

Li Hua spent too much time playing computer games and he fell behind others。 As a good friend of his， I must do something to help him。

Firstly， I think it’s very important for him to learn lessons well。 He should spend most of his time on his study instead of computer games。 Secondly， I must tell him that playing computer games too much is bad for his health， especially for his eyes。 So he must give it up。 I can play more sports with him after school。 Maybe he will become more interested in sports than computer games。 And then I‘ll ask him to concentrate more on his study。 Of course， I will try my best to help him with all his subjects。 I think I can do it in many fun ways and let him find much fun in studying。 At the same time， I’ll ask both his parents and our teachers to help him， too。 If I try these， I‘m sure he will make great progress soon。

网络游戏，是一个一直争论的的话题，多少青少年被网络游戏夺取了青春，使许许多多的青少年误入歧途，甚至犯罪。网络游戏为什么让人着迷，这都是游戏本身的设定。

我们青少年玩网络游戏是为了放松精神，而有些人玩网络游戏是为了在游戏中找到在现实生活中没有的快感，把等级升的很高，让人一看，就羡慕，自己也有居高临下的感觉，有些人就觉着现实没有网络游戏好，在现实生活中，自己很没用，而在网络游戏中,可以畅通无阻(没有人管你，无拘无束)。而我以前也是个对网络游戏着迷的人，几乎每天早晨起床后的第一件事就是打开电脑网游戏，一直晚到晚上。而我哥哥比我还厉害，每天凌晨3、4点钟就起来玩游戏。有一次竟然从凌晨1点玩到24点，整整23个小时。网络游戏真是让人废寝忘食啊!

我玩够好几款网络游戏，对他们让青少年着迷的原因也找到了不少，主要原因是这款游戏本身的设定。

梦幻西游：大多数青少年都玩着款游戏，我也玩过，虽然级别不高，才30几级。自从我玩了这款游戏后，就觉着梦幻西游是个不折不扣的“吸血鬼”。我玩游戏是为了缓解学习中的疲劳，而梦幻西游是为了从我这里吸钱。游戏中的暴力太多，比如战斗升级、擂台pk、切磋……这些都会诱导青少年误入歧途。还有游戏中的结婚，想结婚就结婚，这会诱导青少年，会让青少年以为以后的婚姻生活非常随便，想结婚就结婚，想离婚就离婚。还有游戏中结婚后生小孩，养好一个好的小孩要3000～4000万，结核人民币要1000多元，这对我们还没有参加工作的青少年是难以支付的……

以上只是我个人的看法，还是这句老话：抵制不良游戏，拒绝盗版游戏;注意自我保护，仅防受骗上当;适度游戏益脑，沉迷游戏伤身;合理安排时间，享受健康生活。。

Every coin has two sides , which is the same as surfing the Internet. On one hand , we benefit a lot from computers. For instance , many people are accustomed to going shopping on the Internet, which is a way to save time and money. What’s more, Internet makes it convenient for friends and relatives to communicate with each other. So people are more closed. Besides, we can go through the news all over the world through the Internet, which can broaden our eyes and assist us to learn more about the world.

On the other hand, with the popularity of computer games, more and more teenagers are addicted to virtual world , leading to a terrible grade and health. Moreover, plenty of unhealthy information emerges on the Internet, making a bad influence on teenagers.
