不仅如此，我国的体育事业也上升迅猛。2008年8月8日，第2--届奥林匹克运动会在我国首都北京隆重召开。华夏儿女们在竞技场奋勇杀敌，取得了51金，荣登金牌榜第1。我国的科学技术也突飞猛进，令人震撼!2008年9月10日，我的心啊又活蹦乱跳起来，久久不能平静。因为翟志刚，刘伯明，景海鹏这3位天之骄子，龙的传人将我们中国人的荣耀写上了太空。

随着国家实力的增强，我国的国际地位在不断提高。这几十年来中国所发生的翻天覆地的大变化，不得不让外国人对我们竖起大拇指，刮目相看了。

祖国啊!黄河壶口的激流飞瀑展现您的气势，珠穆朗玛的皑皑白雪尽显您的雄姿，南海之滨的和煦春风是您的轻吟，罗湖小村的绚丽朝阳是您的笑颜，青藏高原的铁轨是您闪光足迹的缩影，塔里木油田的井架是您宏伟蓝图的一角。您积淀了五千年的灿烂文化，贡献了举世闻名的四大发明，您是我们的骄傲，您是我们生命的灵魂，千言万语汇成一句话：“祖国我为您自豪!”

亲爱的同学们，让我们为祖国祝福吧!愿祖国的未来更加美好，祖国的明天更加灿烂!让我们用智慧和汗水去谱写华夏文明去创造灿烂人生!

责任这个名词听起来容易，可以做起来就是一份担当。

无论什么时候，对于工作，还是家庭都需要一份责任和担当。可是现在的社会有责任心的人越来越少了，好多人为了逃避责任，往往会做一些匪夷所思的，令人无法容忍的事情。所以小三，小四就变得肆无忌惮。更可气的事，不管是男人和女人，一旦有了宝宝，有的成了新时代的陈世美，有的成了现代的潘金莲。

现在的人缺乏责任感，对于婚姻和爱情，就像在玩游戏一样，自己想咋养就咋样，完全不会顾虑身边人的感受。他们的自私和任性，让婚姻失去了原有的意义。他们认为，结婚虽然只是两个人的事情，对家庭也不负责任。就像依然还是自己一个人活的感觉。爱，这个词，对现在的人来说，好像是种奢侈，现在是看钱和看脸的社会，真爱真的少了，没多少人会相信真正的爱情了，多多少少有点利益关系。

对于社会年轻人的年少轻狂，让女人的堕胎就变得习以为常。在婚姻上，多数是奉子成婚。希望这是件好事，因为有了孩子，人们至少不会太自私。现在能有几个人会从婚姻中学会人生的真谛，只要不活在自己的世界，已经不错了!

如今的社会离婚率越来越高了，人们对婚姻和爱情也失去了信心。就是因为失去了本有的责任，还有担当，婚姻真成了一种儿戏。是离婚太容易，还是人们没有担当，没人可以去解释。

对于工作，学校虽然是让孩子多元化的学习，可是无形中，给了孩子不少的压力。在这个应试教育的大背景下，为了对成绩的重视，往往形成不少的培训班和补习班。对于金钱的渴望，人们对三观都有了不同的见解。

不知是社会的不好，还是人变了，真正的素质教育去哪里了，表面的工夫就算掩饰的再好，总有被曝光的时候，人的品性也是，天网恢恢，总有马脚。

一代人有的时候也不如一代人的时候，科技是发达了，可是人心却怠慢了。

新的思想和传统的思想在碰撞，形成了新的观念。时代在进步，总会有点不满意的时候，只要人心依旧那样真善美才是人们心中最美的向往。

我们需要一种责任和担当，不只为了身边的人，还是为了下一代。

不要让我们去逃避责任，不要害怕责任，不要去不敢担当。

Youth

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

有一天，一位叫波尔的天神问上帝：“上帝，什么是责任？”上帝说：“人间里有答案，你到人间走一趟吧！”于是，波尔开始了他的旅程。

波尔来到了一座学校，只见学校门口站着一位女老师，他正在对位小学生进行思想教育。一小时过去了，而这个小学生却对女老师不理不睬。波尔走上前问道：“这学生根本就对你不理不睬，你为什么还这么锲而不舍地教育他呢？”女老师微笑着用温和的语气说：“这是我的责任。”布尔明白了，原来锲而不舍地教育学生就是责任。

波尔又来到了一家餐厅，看见一位服务员拿着各种各样的饭菜一一递给客人。波尔走上前问道：“你为什么不让他们自己拿饭菜呢？”服务员轻声说：“这是我的责任。”布尔明白了，原来递给客人的饭菜就是责任。

最后，波尔来到一座漂亮的公园。看见一位年迈的老爷爷在吃力地扫地。波尔大步走上前问：“请问您怎么这么坚持地扫地？”老爷爷回答道：“这是我的责任。”波尔明白了，原来坚持扫地就是责任。

波尔回到天界，结束了他的旅程，上帝问：“现在你知道什么是责任了吧！”“我知道了！”波尔自豪地说，“锲而不舍地教育学生就是责任；给客人递饭菜就是责任；坚持扫地就是责任！”上帝赞许的点点头说：“其实这些都只是责任的一部分，责任是无处不在、无时无刻的，做好你自己应该做的事，就是你的责任。”

每个人都有一份属于自己的责任，需要自己去担当，去完成。只有我们担当起了自己的责任时，才能把事情做好。就像我们学生的责任主要是抓好学习，教师的责任主要是给学生传授知识，警察的责任主要是维护社会治安，而清洁工人的责任主要是打扫卫生……孙中山先生说过：“我辈既以担当中国改革发展为己任，虽石烂海枯，而此身尚存，此心不死。既不可以失败而灰心，亦不能以困难而缩步。全神贯注，猛力向前，应付世界进步之潮流，合乎善长恶消之天理，则终有最后成功之一日。”孙先生的一席话告诉我：做一件事，首先要敢于担当，并且不要畏惧艰难，按道理做事，终会有一奋骥足的成功之日。

康德说，既然我已经踏上这条道路，那么，任何东西都不应妨碍我沿着这条路走下去。如果我们已经选择了前进的方向，那么，就要勇敢地担当起重任，不要在失败和困难前畏缩不前，应集中精力奋力前行，成功之日终会到来。

林则徐敢于担当，成为民族英雄；音乐家贝多芬敢于担当，在困境中成功，还有像吴菊萍、吴斌这样的当代人，敢于担当，成为“时代最美的人”。再看看现实生活中的许多人，没有责任意识，不敢担当，从而有了“毒胶囊”“地沟油”等事件。人们该唤醒自己了，为国家，为社会，勇敢地担当责任。

责任重于泰山，只有勇于担当自己的责任的人才会受到人们的尊重和爱戴。才会使自己走向成功。而一个不负责任的人在人们的眼中比一粒沙子还要渺小，必将受到人们的谴责和鄙弃，也注定会使自己走向失败。

担当在我们心目中很崇高，又似乎有些遥不可及，但在我看来并非如此，大事的担当固然很重要，小事的担当也是不可或缺的。我们既可以树立以建设祖国为理想读书的决心，我们也可以担当起平时值日的工作，为同学营造好的学习氛围。我们还可以尽可能献出我们的爱心，向灾区捐出我们的零花钱，帮助身边需要帮助的人，我们更要可以经常弯下腰捡起地上的纸屑，拾起落在地上的黑板刷……。我们应该担当的事情太多太多，只要我们立刻行动起来，从小事做起，从现在做起，从自己力所能及的事情做起，敢于担当，勇于奉献出一颗善良之心。我们就可以筑起一座担当的虹桥，并且使这座虹桥越来越绚丽多彩。

让我们共同努力，用担当去创造美好的明天。无论个人还是民族都应该勇于担当，唯有如此，国家才能兴盛，民族才能强大。
