上周末，我和妈妈在路过广场时,猛然听见身后一片尖叫.我向后看去，"支......"随着刺耳的刹车声，一辆面包车已经停在了一个摔倒在地的小女孩面前.同时，一群人向那边涌去,我和妈妈也挤了过去。只见那女孩惊魂未定,脸色惨白，过了好一会儿,才"哇"地一声哭了。女孩的妈妈俯下身,撩起女孩的裤管和衣袖,那血肉模糊的手脚，真让人心疼。那妇女为孩子做了紧急处理，便赶快叫面包车司机把孩子送到医院。周围的群众议论纷纷:"哎,这女孩也真是的,不遵守交通规则,弄成这样，幸亏没什么大碍."这起车祸，让我感受到不遵守交通规则的严重性.因为一时的粗心大意，会给人带来无法弥补的精神伤害.

在此,我向每一位同学、每一位朋友呼吁:"交通安全靠我们大家来创造。我们应该确立从我做起，从小事做起,从现在做起的观念，人人争当遵守交通规则的好公民。我相信，有了我们大家的共同努力，交通事故一定会远离我们，明天将会更加幸福、美好!

校园安全以人为本，首先从宣传教育做起。江泽民主席说过：“隐患险于明火，防范胜于救灾，安全工作责任重于泰山。”关注人本，确立安全意识是校园安全的前提与保障。要定期组织“安全”专题宣传栏、广播、墙报，让学生投稿、编撰，在活动中培育他们的安全意识;通过开讲座、播专题影片等学生感兴趣的活动，传授各种自救措施，如火中自救、触电救护、饮食中毒抢救，特别是遇到犯罪行为如何处理以及消防知识等，提高师生安全防范意识和自护自救能力;推行“安全教育周”，举办丰富多彩的安全主题活动;举行消防、安全知识竞赛以及安全主题的作文竞赛;组织教师为校园安全工作进言献策，并对有价值、有创意建议予以奖励;组织学生为校园安全拟警示语。在活动中，师生的人本意识得到了激发，积极主动地关注校园安全，如安全警示语征集活动中，涌现了诸如“不挤不拥不打闹，怀文校园更美好”“轻声慢步不打闹，上下楼梯要走好”“楼梯非跑道，上下勿奔跑”等等学生自拟的安全警告语，安全意识深入人心。

校园安全以人为本，注重校园安全的制度化，以制度促安全习惯的养成。把以人为本抓安全的理念施诸于学校生活的每一时段，贯穿于怀文校园的每一个角落。

教学区：楼梯墙壁贴有文明提示语，规定学生上下楼梯的顺序。如“过走廊轻声慢步，上下楼靠右缓行”等等;老师上课实行交接班制度，引导学生不在楼梯上奔跑，并控制学生班与班之间流动次数。

活动区：初中学生普遍好动，学生在一起活动难免发生碰撞等不安全事项，并且我校的活动区远离教室，也就远离了老师，学生就会在活动区干一些违纪的事情，对此一方面要予以“控”，加强活动区的巡锣，及时处理突发事件;更主要的是予以“引”，以人为本，尊重学生的个性发展和身心特点，由政教处、各分部、年级、班级组织丰富多彩的活动，充实他们的课余生活。

生活区：食堂是饮食重地，高度重视，率先垂范，实行领导、老师尝饭尝菜制度，确保饮食安全;食堂员工定期体检，服装整齐、配证上岗;学校严格控制进货渠道。宿舍管理更要体现了以人为本的理念，领导、老师深入宿舍与学生一齐就寝，既营造了如家庭般安全温馨的氛围，又可及时掌握学生动向，确保校园安全。

消防器材设施齐全，摆放位置固定。因学生常对其感兴趣，易导致损坏;一方面注意疏导，引导学生正确认识其作用，班级设立安全员，学会正确使用消防设施;另一方面经常检查，及时更换并制定应急方案。

校园安全事关千家万户，努力汇聚全校师生的智慧与力量，以人为本、群策群力，消除各种安全隐患，打造平安校园。

There is no denying that safety plays an important part in our daily life. Recently our school has carried out a program aiming at increasing our safety awareness.

I consider this as indeed a good practice, which will remind us that safety should always come first in our daily life, whether when we stay at school or outside it. For example, when we are doing sports, we should attach great importance to safety and avoid being hurt. Besides, we should follow the traffic rules when we are going to school or when we are on our way back home.

I firmly believe that we should develop a good sense of safety and do everything safely.

To be successful, students learn many knowledge so as to master as more skills as possible. Some believe that the key to realize our dreams is to work hard and others treat chance in the first place. While today is the information world, the one who masters the all-sided source will have more chances to be successful. In my opinion, the most important skill is the social skill, because we need to make connection with others, we are not doing business with ourselves, so it is in need of having relationship with others. 就在他不知道怎么办时，他突然想到，老师和妈妈都告诉过我遇到陌生人了，一定不要开门，否则会有危险。他灵机一动，想出来一个办法，他对那个叔叔说：“我是小明的朋友，你先去楼下等会儿他吧。”那位叔叔说：“那好吧。”小明拿起电话就告诉了爸爸，不一会儿爸爸回来了，问“儿子，没事吧？”小明说：“我没事。”爸爸夸小明很厉害，知道安全第一。小明心里乐开了花。
