从频见报端的新闻来看，这些年，“强行乞讨”的事情并不少。有人一开始利用的是同情心，比如装成残疾人、或是抱着婴儿、亦或是打扮成学生模样，一旦你不给钱，就开始骂人恐吓;也有人直接来硬的，比如抱着你的大腿，拉着你的衣服，亦或像杭州这些乞丐一样，趴在你的车上，不给钱就不让走;还有人假扮成和尚、道士，利用宗教的力量来吓唬你……为了要钱，一些乞讨者的确已经达到“无所不用其极”的境界。

我国的法律，对行乞并没有明确禁止，这意味着，乞讨也是一种权利。不过，任何人发挥行乞权的同时，都不能侵害他人的权益，这是最起码的常识与底线。遗憾的是，类似杭州“马路丐帮”一般的行乞行为，则违背了最起码的底线，一则，强行乞讨给其他人带来不适感，并侵害了他人的财产安全与基本权益;二则，在马路上强行乞讨，不给钱不让开车，还有影响交通秩序、扰乱社会公共秩序的嫌疑;三则，乞讨没有错，但强行乞讨怎么审视都是文明城市的污点。

对于“马路丐帮”，法律并非无解。比如，根据我国《治安管理处罚法》的规定，反复纠缠、强行讨要或者以其他滋扰他人的方式乞讨的，可以处五日以下拘留或者警告。以此审视，杭州“马路丐帮”的当事人，完全可以拘留五日。可遗憾的是，法律是这样规定的，但执行却并不严格：一般情况下，只要没有引发社会强烈反响，或是引发重大交通事故，警方基本只会对“马路丐帮”进行警告，不会拘留。对“马路丐帮”的从轻处罚，就是一种间接的纵容。

从个体的角度来看，很多人遭遇“马路丐帮”，也基本上不会选择报警，而是选择妥协。一方面，一些人有事情要办，时间上耗不起;另一方面，因为“马路丐帮”索取的金额并不高，最多也就五块十块什么的，一些人便选择“花钱消灾”，懒得跟“马路丐帮”们一般见识，当然，也有人是害怕为几块钱较真让乞讨者采取过激手段，一旦“马路丐帮”是有组织的，那自己便可能吃不了兜着走。这些对强行乞讨者屈服的行为，是“马路丐帮”滋生的土壤。

当“马路丐帮”严重危害到公共安全，治理便应提上议程。对此，公众早有摇旗呐喊，即“动嘴”，但行动却是缺失的。因而，真要从根本上治理“马路丐帮”的行为，一方面，需要公众“动手”，当然，这不是要打架驱赶，而是选择报警，绝不姑息纵容;另一方面，则需要政府部门“动法”，不能再以批评教育为主，而必须以惩戒震慑为主。唯有全社会在共同努力，“马路丐帮”才能得到更好地整治，也才会“慢慢变少”。

林妙可艺考再落榜，林妈：过度炒作不正常。2月16日，林妙可自己发微博称“无缘北电”;20日，中央音乐学院艺考初试以及复试名单曝光，林妙可再次落榜。一时间，抹黑林妙可的各种言论甚嚣尘上，林妙可的妈妈说，女儿参加艺考有通过有不通过，很正常，过度炒作却不正常了。

撇开林妙可成名的那个场合以及挥之不去的争议不谈，仅从此后她的发展轨迹来看，我个人认为林妙可的家庭教育可能确实是存在问题的。类似于“开学了，‘一夜成名’的小童星林妙可却没有出现在课堂，而是在无锡出演电视剧”一类的新闻曾经不止一次见诸报端，甚至还传出过“7万元陪酒”这样惊悚的传言。林妙可看似幸运，其实是值得同情的，小小年纪便成了媒体和社会追逐的对象，她必将付出比成年人成名后更多的代价。对一个小女孩来说，这一切无疑都是“生命不能承受之重”。其实林妙可最需要的，是像同龄人那样，过正常人的普通生活。

现在，林妙可频频落榜，我对此并不感到意外，甚至还生出了几分欣慰。这倒并非我对林妙可有多大意见，更不是幸灾乐祸，而是我觉得有了这样的挫折，可以让林本人特别是其家长对自己的教育方式进行重新审视和反思，这对孩子今后走好人生之路是有好处的。并且，林妙可的经历，也可以给其他很多望子成龙、望女成凤的家长带来一定的借鉴意义。

说实话，每次看到童星参演节目、出席活动，跟个小大人似的，我生出的不是喜爱，而是痛心和同情。孩子在节目中或许表现得聪明伶俐、古怪精灵，其实，这些都不一定是真正的性情流露，而是“表演”出来的，有的还是一大堆成年人策划和“打造”出来的。而为了达到节目要求的效果、为节目招徕足够的人气和商业利益，孩子们付出了超越年龄的辛苦，甚至成为被折腾的对象。

“童星热”的根源，当然在于当今社会弥漫的急功近利的浮躁心态。一些自己不太成功的家长，将“咸鱼翻身”的希望寄托在了孩子身上;一些被某些一夜成名的童星的成功所诱惑的家长，也将孩子当成了光宗耀祖、发家致富的工具。只可惜，成功者总是极少数，不仅需要天赋，而且需要运气，有时候还要懂得“潜规则”。出人头地的孩子是极少数，大多数孩子被折腾得脱了一层皮，最终却只能“泯然众人”。即便是那些凤毛麟角的成功者，却是以牺牲童年的快乐为代价的，真的值得吗?

为了保护孩子、爱护孩子，不让他们小小年纪就沦为成年人娱乐和炒作的工具，必须给“童星热”降降温。首先，家长要摆正心态，保持一份平常心，千万别被名利诱惑遮蔽了双眼。孩子是你的心肝宝贝，只要你能在金钱面前把持住自己，孩子就不会受到伤害;其次，商家和媒体也要担负起应有的社会责任来，不要为了炒作、为了收视率和广告做出伤害孩子的事情。挣钱和炒作的方式有很多，还请放过孩子，就不要拿孩子大做文章了;其三，作为局外人，尽量少给那些借孩子炒作和赚钱的节目、广告捧场。没有关注，就没有伤害。林妙可看似现在遇到了发展的瓶颈，其实却是她回归正常生活的契机和转型的机遇。

我的家有四口人，爸爸、妈妈、哥哥和我。我们的性格都不同，可能是属相都不同吧。

我的妈妈属鸡，像一只老母鸡一样，每天天不亮就起床为我们这群“鸡崽儿”准备早餐。白天工作回家之后为我们端上了可口的菜，吃完了饭，她就急急忙忙地收拾屋子，当我们在床上已经进入甜美的梦乡时，她还在为我们洗衣服。第二天早上，她又早早起来为我们做饭，再送我上学，然后，还要把屋子收拾得干干净净。妈妈真可谓是我们家的勤劳皇后，但她却有一个爱唠叨的习惯。只要一唠叨起来就没完没了，活像周星驰。在期末考试前妈妈总是唠唠叨叨说个没完，千叮咛万嘱咐考试要认真检查不能马马虎虎。考试时我写完了没事干时想起了妈妈的话，将试卷认真地检查了两遍。果然，我考了一个好成绩，回家后受到了全家的表扬。从此，妈妈那烦人的唠叨好像是一首首优美的小乐曲，几天听不到，我就觉得心里空落落的。爸爸属龙，他是一位公司经理，公司里大大小小的事物都归他管，所以有时他一天到晚不在家，真是“神龙见首不见尾”。即使回到家他也极少和我们说话。他总是一头扎进书房，又开始专心致志地研究业务，查找资料，忙得不可开交。直到第二天吃早饭时我们才能进行一次短时间的交谈，询问一下我和哥哥的学习，还“谆谆教导”我们做诚实、上进的孩子，态度十分严肃，常常让我和哥哥提心吊胆，不知所措，恐怕说错话，会受到爸爸的严厉批评。那一次我买东西时，小卖部的张奶奶多找给了我3块钱，我曾想要买个溜溜球，但爸爸那严厉的目光却浮现在我的眼前，我急忙把钱还了回去。

哥哥属虎，一嘴老虎牙。虽然他比我大，但是他很少让着我，总爱和我抢电视和电脑。有时因为一点小事就会发动一场战争，真是大水冲了龙王庙——家人不认一家人。哥哥是个喜怒形于色的人，考试考好了，他会狂笑三天三夜，就是做梦时也会说：“我考好了，我太高兴了。”考不好时，他就像得了病的老虎一样失魂落魄，三天三夜回不过神来，成了“病猫”。这个老虎也很有正义感，那一天他看到几个高年级同学欺负小孩子，他居然大喊一声：“校长，早上好!”，吓得几个人逃之夭夭，其实校长根本没有来。

我也和哥哥一样属虎，我虽然属虎，但我却没有虎的威猛，见到了老鼠都吓得哆嗦，真可谓是胆小如鼠呀。嗨，我因为胆小，绯闻也特别多。爸爸总说我是胆小鬼，哥哥说我是娘娘腔，不像男子汉。也因为我胆小，在全家人的眼里我是很乖的。他们叫我往东，我不敢往西，唉，命苦呀!
