英语节和其它节日一样，也分开幕式和闭幕式，还有中间阶段呢！

我们在迎接开幕式的时候，是多么开心，心想又迎接了一个多么美好的节日。在开幕式中，我们看了英语短剧《丑小鸭》。这个剧本和书上的《丑小鸭》没什么区别，就是英文版而已。在英语节中间的这段时间里，每到中午，我们都会听很多好听的英文歌曲。没想到这样一遍一遍听下去，我还竟然不会听厌呢！而且每天都会教我一首新的英文歌曲呢，每天的歌都不一样。

星期五到了，闭幕式也来了。虽然有些恋恋不舍，但我还是开心地听她们唱歌。因为我心里想着：虽然英语节过去了，但还是会有很多新的节日迎接我们。有两个女同学上台，她们扮的是《冰雪奇缘》里的两姐妹，唱着一首动听的英文歌曲。后来，我们要把自己的祝福卡送给同学或者老师。我做了一张祝福卡，送给了钱陈昕，钱陈昕也送给我了一张贺卡，所以“有报必有得”这句话是说对的。

英语节，这个节日让我难以忘怀。

春天来到了，花儿开的又红又大，像在比赛谁开的颜色最美丽又漂亮呢;小草己经长出又绿又嫩了;大树也不令外，长的高大又强壮。小鸟在大树上歌唱，小蜜蜂在花从中忙忙碌碌地工作，为人们酿造出甜甜的蜂蜜来。

谁在这儿叹息呀?原来是小鸟，它是在为人类而叹息。因为大森林的树木要被人们砍伐了。如果大树被砍完了，森林里的动物就没有了家。如果大风来了没有了树木的帮助，房屋要倒塌。如果树木被砍了，人们就听不到小鸟叽叽喳喳的叫声，这个世界就只有人类在说话。

Who here sigh? The birds, it is for the human sigh. Because the forest of trees to be cut down. If the tree was cut down in the forest, the animal has no home. Here are my advices about how to keep healthy.

Firstly, build normal daily routine and eat regularly. You should go to bed and get up early. Make sure you can have a good rest. Pay attention to your diets. Don’t eat too much meat and sugar. Eat more vegetables.

首先，建立正常的作息，饮食规律。你应该早睡早起，确保你能够有良好的睡眠。注意你的 饮食，不要吃太多肉和糖，多吃蔬菜。

Secondly, have a good mood towards life. A good mood will bring you a healthy body, too.

其次，对生活抱有好心境。一个好的心情也会给你带来一个健康的身体。

Last, do some exercises. Exercises help you build a strong and healthy body.

最后，要多锻炼。锻炼能够帮助 你建立强壮健康的身体。
