我们班有个运动达人，可厉害了！

瞧，她又在运动啦！

体育课时，她是最突出的！虽然她的个子矮，但是跑步、跳绳、仰卧起坐通通难不倒她！每次体育课，不是得到老师的夸奖、就是同学们的欢呼。但是一到比赛，她的心里就很紧张，上头有老师的压力，下头还有同学们。

一年一度的校运会在这金秋十月，隆重拉开了序幕。我们班上的这位运动达人参加了三个项目：女子长跑800米，200米个人赛，8×200米接力赛。班上的同学对她的期望可大了，都希望她能为班上挣多点荣誉！

比赛的第一个项目就是女子八百米长跑赛。正当她在检录时，同学们就开始在本班的大本营里为她加油打气。检录处离大本营有一百米左右，都能听得到，可见大家对她的期望之大！随着同学们的情绪高涨，指令枪“嘭”的一声打响了。我们的运动达人不愧是运动达人，两秒之后就开始与别人班拉开了距离。800米一共有四圈，刚跑完一圈，距离就拉开了半圈之遥。我们班的同学都在为她加油：“加油、加油！”

但是她的脸色开始难看起来了，大概是前两圈用力过度，我们的心揪成一团，都在暗暗地为她担心。但是这样一圈两圈地下来，别的班的运动员也精疲力尽了，我们的运动达人仍然跑在第一，“四班加油”这句话真是振奋人心啊！

当她到达了终点时，获得了第一，全班都沸腾起来了，大家像一股潮流一样都冲了出来。跑完了八百米，大概也是精疲力尽了，大家扶着她走回自己的大本营。当校长把金牌挂在她脖子上时，同学们都在不停地欢呼雀跃。

接着的200米个人赛是第二天上午，同学们都对她说：“加油啊，不要让别人班拿第一！”运动达人心里很有压力，说：“尽力吧！”同学们组成一个队伍送她到检录处，别人班都说我们重点班就是排场大！

就这样，运动达人就被同学们送上赛场。一位同学对她说：“平时你都是我们班上的二百米第一，男生都追不上，你要加油，不要让外班小瞧我们重点办！”运动达人信心满满地点点头。当指令枪再次响起时，她一惊人的速度领先与别的运动员。于是她在第一组获得第一名。但是要看看别的组有没有更快的。全班同学等着裁判宣布成绩，我们班的运动达人30’’43，名列第二，她伤心的哭了。大家看着她哭，心里也酸酸的。

过了一会儿，中队长突然站起来说：“弄错了，我们班的是第一！”于是中队长带着大家的运动达人去200米赛中终点找裁判，结果一核对，真是弄错了。这第一又该是运动达人的了。

My Traveling in Beijing

A few years ago, I went to Beijing. I really had a great time there.

The first time I went to Beijing, I was very confused. Beijing was very

was always so busy.

During my staying in Beijing, I visited so many places of interest, such as

the Great Wall, Tiananmen Square, the Summer Palace, the Forbidden City, and so

on. I also went to Wangfujing shopping mall. But things were very expensive. So

I just did the window shopping.

What’s more, the most exciting thing for me was taking the underground.

Although it was crowded, I still felt excited. Because I could follow the steps

of the modern city.

In our country, there are plenty of delicious foods. They are popular among Chinese people. I like eating very much. There are many food I like, such as chicken, fish, beef, tofu, noodle and so on. 由于妈妈要锻炼我的动手能力，便在上班前嘱咐我：“削一个苹果。”“削苹果？谁不会呀？”对我来说，削苹果简直不费吹灰之力。想到这儿，我的脑海里立刻浮现出了妈妈削苹果时的情景：一把锋利的水果刀在她的手里成了一只既乖巧又温顺的小羊羔，刀子在妈妈手里显得十分听话。不多久，一个光溜溜的苹果便出现在我的眼前。苹果皮又薄又长，真有趣。

于是，我也满怀信心地拿出了一把锋利的水果刀，和一个又大又红的苹果，勇气十足地开始削了。首先，我让刀成了骑士，让它骑在大苹果上，看准后，使劲儿“咔嚓”一刀削了过去。结果可想而知，苹果皮算是给我削下来了，可苹果身上的一块肉也被苹果皮拖泥带水一块儿被抠了出来。我静下心来，定睛一看，只见那被我削下一块肉的地方像一张嘴，似乎正疼得龇牙咧嘴地对我说i：“哎哟！哎哟！我的身子可算是被你这个行为艺术家彻底给毁容了！”我见状，顾不得管它，又让水果刀在一边站着，把苹果捏稳了，打算随时随地给它先“开膛”，再“破肚”，最好再把它给吃了。与此同时，我一边为苹果做好下一步开刀的手术准备工作，一边对苹果刚才对我的诉苦做着答复，漫不经心地自言自语道：“你就别叫苦了，你本来就是给我们食用的，没权论‘毁容’！更何况，我还没把你个削好呢！你就忍着点儿吧！等做完了‘手术’，你再来抱怨也不迟呀！”说着，便一刀砍了下去。结果出人意料，由于我心不在焉，因此削苹果时也没有尽全力，更别提什么全力以赴了。因此，虽然苹果皮带着苹果肉一块飞溅了出去，可这回受牵连的却换我上阵了---别提什么削苹果了，没把我手指头给削下一节来，就已经算我福大命大了。最后，苹果在我费了九牛二虎之力后，终于给削好了。可乍一看，它不仅坑坑洼洼的，还变苗条了，确切一点的说，应该是比草莓大不了多少，成立一个名副其实的超小型三十八面体。

今天，在这喜庆的日子里。到处张灯结彩，红旗飘扬，欢声笑语在空气中传播。晚上，我和爸爸妈妈哥哥姐姐一起聊天吃饭猜谜语。我觉得那是最丰盛的一餐，那是多么欢乐的一餐。就连窗外的月亮也高高兴兴的回家去了，于是星星们凑在一起聊天。我也仿佛听到了他们愉快的笑声。

那天是多么欢乐地一天啊。

有的人喜欢打篮球，有的人喜欢踢足球，还有的人喜欢打乒乓球……而我却喜欢打羽毛球。

小时候看着别人打羽毛球真羡慕，心想要是有一天我也会打羽毛球该有多好啊。现在终于长大了，也可以学打羽毛球了。

刚开始学的时候，我以为很容易，不就是让一个小球弹来弹去嘛。可是玩起来才发现，就因为它太小了，所以飞得太快，根本不好掌握。

爸爸先给我教发球，这可是个看起来容易做起来难的动作。首先要把球抛起来，还要把拍子拿平，拿歪了会打飞，而且连眼睛也要配合，否则不打中球。费了九牛二虎之力，我终于学会了发球。

我有很多喜欢的体育运动，比如：打羽毛球;打乒乓球;踢足球;打排球等，但我最喜欢的还是打篮球。 一天，我苦苦哀求着妈妈：“妈妈，您给我买个篮球吧，求您了，妈妈。”“除非你这次期末考上前三名，我就给你买个篮球。”妈妈一脸严肃的说。我吓得大叫：“什么?，我没听错吧，前三名耶，这可比天塌下来还难呀，可是，为了篮球，我一定要考上前三名。”后来，我努力、刻苦学习。一学期下来，累得我是“腰酸腿疼”呀，不过，这一学期的努力没白费，我考上了全班第二名。我高高兴兴的把试卷拿回家给妈妈看，一路哼着小曲儿回到了家。“妈妈，爸爸，我考上前三名了”，我大叫着，这时，妈妈和爸爸从房间里跑了出来，一把抢过我手中的卷子，嘴里还念着：“数学100分，语文97.5分，英语100分……好，妈妈给你买个篮球，”说完就给了我一个温暖的吻。爸爸突然对我说：“不错，知道耍小聪明了，真是一举两得呀。” 第二天 ，我看见我的床边多了一个篮球，起床后，我就用撒娇的语气对爸爸说：“以后您陪我打球吧，好吗?”爸爸犹豫了一会说：“好吧，不过我只当裁判，”无奈之下，我只好把班上的同学叫来陪我练，经过我挨家挨户的叫，班上会打篮球的人都到齐了，我们分成两组，进行篮球比赛，比赛刚开始，同学们就笑我打不来，后来我恼羞成怒，罚他们教我打球。这几天来，我已经会运球、会投球、会三步上篮了，勉勉强强学会了打篮球的基本功了。 后来我就上网搜索关于篮球反面的知识和打篮球的方法，有时不方便，就买一些关于篮球方面的书籍，天天课后就看，就连上厕所都看。有一次，爸爸叫我烧一壶水，他说他要喝水了。我漫不经心的答应了，于是我就把壶里装满水，放到了电磁炉上，就又去看书了，过了一会儿，爸爸来喝水时发现水怎么没热。原来是我太大意了，没有按开关，所以水没热。爸爸连连称我是“篮球迷”。 在学校，同学称我为“篮球迷”;在家爸爸，妈妈称我为“篮球迷”，篮球可以让我快乐、悲伤，篮球会给我带来疼痛，但我还是会打篮球，因为，我喜欢打篮球!

I like to hear music, music helps me get out of annoyance. Before I go to bed, I always need to listen to soft music, so that I can sleep soon. When I am in bad mood, I will listen to hard music, I will rock my head and then sing with the song. Listening to music is good way to relax myself, I plan to buy a guitar and learn music.
