跑步，能锻炼我的身体。每个人都希望自己的身体很健康，我也不例外。每天早晨，我都早早地起来，洗完脸刷完牙，煮好饭后，我就拿着耳机和随身听出门跑步了。如果是要去上学，我就绕着自家的院子跑上十几圈；如果是假期，我就会去我们的社区的操场上跑步。就因为我每天都去跑步，所以我一年来很难得生病，所以我喜欢跑步。

长期以来，中国体育界把“武术”与“武打”，即“散打”混为一谈，其结果，不仅是斩断了中国传统文化的脉络，而且由此走上了“追随洋人屁股”之路。

其实，武术并非就是武打。其基本的道理就是它们的哲学思想不同，并由此而引发了文化上的分野。

武术的哲学思想是以“柔弱胜刚强”的哲学理论为支撑的。这个哲学理论的本质要求，是在柔弱的一方转化为刚强，和在刚强的一方转化为柔弱的时候，柔弱的一方就做到了以刚强战胜柔弱，从而也就实现了“柔弱胜刚强”。其间，转化是需要条件的。这些条件就是对阴阳、无极太极、有无、动静、虚实和正奇，以及攻防、进退等等的正确把握。同时，转化是要看准时机的。这个时机就是有利于打的最好时机。正是在此基础上，形成了打的对象、方式、方法、技巧，形成了打的原则和法则，从而使打具有了理性。也正是在此基础上，方才有了“智谋”的打法。

然而，武打呢?武打所赖以的思想很简单，就是“刚强胜柔弱”。它表现在打法上，就讲打力、打猛、打勇。这个“刚强胜柔弱”不啻是一个公理、常识，根本就说不上有一丁点哲学理论。

历史地看，武打相伴人类出现而生，而武术则出现于中国先秦，启于老子，见于老子“道学”及其《道德经》。武术是对武打的扬弃和批判的结果，从而使武打从蒙昧走向了理智，从低级走向了高级，从野蛮走向了文明。

因此，以“柔弱胜刚强”为基础的武术与以“刚强胜柔弱”为基础的武打，其文化分野，表现如下：

第一，文化品质的特殊性和一般性。

“柔弱胜刚强”的武术表现为文化上的独特性、特殊性。这种特殊性在于：它为老子所独创，为中国所独有，从而表现出了中国独特的武学文化品质。正是这种品质，使得中国武术走出了一条“重力更重艺”的路子。这条路子突显出了以艺服人、以德服人，而不是以力服人、以权服人的特质。

而“刚强胜柔弱”的武打表现为文化上的一般性、普遍性。即它为不分国籍、人种、男女、老幼的武学共识，从而表现出了大众化的、普遍性的武学文化品质。

第二，文化品位的低级和高级。

“柔弱胜刚强”的武术以理论和理性为支撑，打的是谋略和智慧，故文化品位表现为高级。

而“刚强胜柔弱”的武打只讲以力大取胜、以勇、猛取胜，不讲法则和方法，更不讲谋略和智慧，故文化品位表现为低级。

第三，文化本质的文明和野蛮。

“柔弱胜刚强”的武术旨在直来横打、借力打力，旨在打桩和打机，旨在打阴阳及其变化，旨在打智慧，从而表现出了文化本质的文明。

而“刚强胜柔弱”的武打旨在打力、打猛、打勇，旨在直线进退、直来直打、以力打力，完全在拼体力、耐力和体能，从而表现出了文化本质的野蛮。

The Olympic games are held every four years. The winter Olympics are usually held two years before the summerOlympics. The old Olympic games began around the year 776 B.C. in Greece. After about the year 393 A.D., the Olympic games stopped. The first Olympic games in modern times took place in 1896. 311 competitors took part in the games. In 1992, more than 8000 competitors from over 150 different counties went to Barcelona for the 25th Olympics. There were 250 different sports in the games. In Barcelona, the Chinese team got 16 golden metals of which 12 were won by women.

Today, when I read the newspaper, I saw the interesting news, it is said that the first rainbow tunnel has been built in our country. I have seen many tunnels when I went out by bus, every time when the bus went through the tunnel, it was so dark, I felt not good, it just like I went to another gloomy space. 但是我最喜欢的一本书还是阳光姐姐伍美珍小书房”系列中的《生命流泪的样子》，她用清新的笔调勾勒出了青春的轮廓，时光的弧线：性格软弱、心地善良的女生盛欣怡，有着一个幸福快乐的家庭。但是，妈妈突然得了不治之症，如同一场飞来的横祸，使得她的生活乃至性格都发生了很大的改变……这里面最让我有感触的一个人物就是盛欣怡她小姨了，这个人物又抠有可恶，总是贪小便宜，还总是欺负盛欣怡她妈妈，但是最后在她妈妈得了重病，她家的钱也花的差不多的时候，小姨给她家送来了钱，这时候我还是很感动的，因为虽然并不是亲生姐妹，但最后还是体现出了她对她姐姐的感情。故事的结局也如预料所发生了不幸：盛欣怡的妈妈最终还是因重病而死去了，但盛欣怡还是在妈妈的日记中她还是发现了妈妈对她深深的爱。这又让我联想到故事的另外一个主旨：“母亲在生命的前时，她为了女儿能自主独立的生活下去，会不惜利用让女儿恨自己的手段使她学会独立，这实在是一种极其伟大的母爱！

这也正是我一直喜欢看伍美珍姐姐书的原因，她的书字字紧扣温馨，温暖，可能相当于我们这些已经步入青春的大孩子来说可能比较幼稚，但往往人在成长的过程中，会遇到许许多多的困难，如果回温一遍带有童年记忆的文字，是十分幸福的事。所以，我向大家推荐这本书！

刺猬还有一种神奇的本领，就是不仅会游泳，还会在水里抓蛇!刺猬会游泳是因为它生活在灌木丛内，怕热，所以会游泳。它会抓蛇是因为它不仅仅喜欢吃蛇，而且，蛇是软骨组织，是怕刺猬的。

我很想知道刺猬为什么身上有那么多的硬刺?难道是它们为了保护自己，而演化出来的吗?应该是这样的吧?每当看到小刺猬时，我都这么想。

这就是我心目中的小动物——刺猬。不用说我是多么喜欢它了。

The Spring Festival is the most important festival for the Chinese people and is a day when Chinese people get together for sharing happiness.

The Spring Festival falls on the 1st day of the 1st lunar month,often one month later than the Gregorian calendar.At Spring Festival Eve,all the family members eat dinner together.After the dinner,the whole family will sit together,chatting and watching TV.In the past,we often just watch the Spring Festival party broadcasted on China Central Television Station (CCTV).But nowadays ,less and less people watch it but play cards or mahjong.

Burning fireworks was once the most typical custom on the Spring Festival.People thought the spluttering sound could help drive away evil spirits.However,such an activity was completely or partially forbidden in big cities once the government took security,noise and pollution factors into consideration.

自从上了初中，我便越发地喜欢体育了。

开学以来，我们每节必修的内容便是跳绳和四百米了，偶尔也会有六百米，立定跳远或拉韧带，其实说白了，我喜欢体育的原因就是我在这两个方面都有明显的进步。

先说说四百米吧，刚开始跑时，我还是担心的，毕竟长跑不是我的长项。后来每一节课都有了这我不太喜欢的必修内容。可是每当开始跑，我便开始想：我一定要跑得比上次好！每当身后一位同学快追上来或与前面的同学距离缩小，我便会捉住这个机会反超一位同学或因为名次而拼尽全力，毕竟谁会愿意在快超越自我时放弃呢？就这样，我的跑步名次一直处于进步和不退步的状态。我清楚地记得，本学期班内共测了七次四百米，我的名次分别是七，六，五，三，三，三，三。而所用时长又分别是一分四十八，一分五十二，一分四十二，一分三十八，一分四十二第六次未计时，最后一次是一分三十四。其实我能进步全凭这么一句话：我一定要跑得比上次好！也正是这一句话，让我爱上了四百米。

至于跳绳，我小学时，一直是一百四十多个。经过这一个学期的训练，今天考试就跳到了一有百七十八个。以前我只会单摇、倒编花、一带一和十人八字跳。在这学期的一次体育课上，老师让大家跳双摇，我三年级时试过几回，都以失败告终，后来就在也没试过。于是我便尝试着跳一个结果没想到我竟然学会了双摇！这个惊喜也正是让我更爱跳绳的原因。

此外，一次六百米也不算差，三分零八，第五名；立定跳远也由一米五长到了一米七；体前屈还没测过，不过四年级测过一回，二十厘米，当时的第一，不过一个男生又做了第二次，从十九到了二十一，我便成了第二。

其实一句话来说，我之所以喜欢体育，就是因为它带给我快乐，也因为一次次的进步鼓励着我继续向前冲！
