我打羽毛球的经历要追溯到上初中的时候，如今二十多年过去了，我对羽毛球的兴趣仍然有增无减，在备课、讲课、辅导、改作业的间隙里，依然忙里偷闲，打上一阵羽毛球。我经常打羽毛球的对手是王老师，操场上、楼前边，哪里风小，那里就是我们的战场。刚开始的几个球总是打得不顺手，或者球发偏了，出界；或是发的太低，不过网；或是对方打来一个好球，自己没接住，连连叹气。几个球过后，渐渐找到了感觉，随着砰砰的击球声，羽毛球飞得那么平稳，像一只白色的鸽子飞来飞去，在我们之间画着美丽的弧线，常常是一百多个回合也难分胜负。一会儿又打得险象环生，对方用力过大或正好赶上顺风，球来得又高又远，我要迅速后退，然后奋力跳起，尽全力挥拍把球打回去；有时对手用力太小或者赶上逆风，球打得既低又近，我就得紧赶两步，然后歇步蹲身，在球即将落地的一刹那迅速挥拍挑起，球又飞起来了，王老师会在那边大叫“好球”，我也感觉有一种成就感。王老师更是打羽毛球的高手，所以我们每次打球都打得酣畅淋漓，常常一堂课的时间过去了，仍然意犹未尽，别人穿着棉衣还冷得哆嗦，我们俩仅穿毛衣却汗流浃背。

打羽毛球是一项剧烈的运动，头几天胳膊腿会酸疼，只要坚持打下去，症状会慢慢消失，使人感觉浑身是劲，既健身，又取暖。

我喜欢打羽毛球还有另一个原因：颈椎病是教师的职业病，备课改作业时间久了，脖子会酸痛，打羽毛球既要仰脸看球，又要挥动臂击球，颈椎和脊背都得到了运动，脑力劳动和体育运动相结合，有益身心，胜于牵引。

生命在于运动，打羽毛球可以锻炼身体，缓解压力，让人身心轻松，充满生机和活力，我喜欢打羽毛球！

我喜欢的运动有很多，有跑步、游泳、跳绳和打篮球......等等，其中，我对”跑步”情有独钟，每次跑步时，总能让我放松心情；同时，达到增加抵抗力的目的、身体更加强健的功效，真是一举数得啊！

为什么我会迷上”跑步”呢？回忆里，有一天看到其他同学在跑步，看他那自由自在的模样，好像没有任何束缚的自在感，真是令人感到好奇呢！之后，我便要求同 学让我加入他们跑步的行列，没想到，他们爽快的一口答应。第一次玩的时候，我跌倒很多次，同学告诉要我注意什么，同时教导我跑步的技巧，几次练习之后，我 再也不会跌倒了，同学们称赞、鼓励我，让我从此着了”跑步”的魔法。

跑步时要注意的事项有：不能跑太快、才不会一直摔倒；吃饭后，不能跑，否则会消化不良；也不能在走廊上奔跑，只能在操场或空地跑；此外还要瞻前顾后，小心不要撞到别人；如此一来，才能玩得开心、安全 。

When I was picking up my stuff after school， I saw a dog staring at me at the school gate .I was kind of scary. I thought the dog would bite me when I was going out. But it was not. The dog started to follow me. I was very afraid. I started to run away， but the dog did it， either. Suddenly， the dog ran pass away me. I realized the man in front of me was the owner of the dog. I was relieved.

From then on， as long as a dog stares at me， I will look back to have a look whether there is another person near or not.

There are four seasons in a year.My favourite season is spring.Spring is colorful.The sun is red,the sky is blue,the clouds are snow-white,and the trees become green.

In spring ,there are flowers everywhere.The birds come back from the south and sing happily all day.Every-thing comes back to life again.

Look, the mountain becomes green,the water becomes green,the children are flying kites happily!What a beautiful season!

一年有四个季节。我最喜欢的季节是春天。春天是五彩缤纷的。太阳是红色的,天空是蓝色的,云是雪白的,树木变成绿色。

在春天,到处都是鲜花。鸟儿从南方回来,整天快乐地唱歌。生活一切都回来了。

看,这座山就会变成绿色,水就会变成绿色,孩子们高兴地放风筝!多么美丽的季节!
