爬山不只可以呼吸道新鲜的空气还可以锻炼身体，我喜欢爬山。

在天气晴朗的一天，我早早起了床，全家决定去爬山。我兴奋极了，高兴得一蹦三尺高，一路上，我们有说有笑。

不一会儿，我们就来到白云山的山脚下。爬山的人络绎不绝，有的人往下走;有的人正走向石阶，似乎很轻松;还有的人累得筋疲力尽……长长的山道向一条长龙似的欢迎我们。可是我们刚刚到半山腰就累得气喘吁吁了。这时，我好像听到有人在我耳边说：“瑶瑶，是不是爬累了?坐在我背上我“飞”你上去。”我抬头看看山顶的凉亭，似乎听懂了长龙爷爷的话，像快乐的小鸟一样飞快地向前冲。终于，到达了山顶。

山顶上一阵微风吹来，让我们都感到非常舒服。又看到这边的老爷爷们整齐地打着太极拳，那边的叔叔阿姨们快乐地跳着健康操，他们的精神感染了我，似乎一点也不累了。我还玩了许多游戏，比如：荡秋千、跷跷板。树上的小松鼠还跟我玩起捉迷藏的游戏呢!一下蹦到这边，一下蹦到那边，大家都开心极了。

爬山可以给我带来很多乐趣，人一下子就变清醒了，我真的很喜欢爬山。

爸爸是个超级篮球迷，从我记事起，每个六、日的早晨，我和妈妈都是被电视里球赛的解说声吵醒的，在这样的环境下长大的我，怎能不迷上篮球呢?每当我听到姚明、麦迪、乔丹等巨星的名字，在电视上看到他们潇洒的身影，我就心潮澎湃。

上个礼拜天，在我的再三恳求下，爸爸终于答应教我打蓝球。早晨的天空阴沉沉的，不时有几朵乌云飘过，我跟爸爸趋车来到了云大的篮球场。爸爸指了指蓝筐，“投几个，熟悉一下球性” 这有何难?小菜一碟!我模仿明星们的摸样，起跑，跳跃。投蓝——没中。再来——又没中。我偷偷地环顾四周，生怕别人看见我的糗样，还好，没人注意，。我定了一下神，使出吃奶的力气，“嗖”这次干脆连蓝筐也没碰着。我的自信心受到了极大的挫败。爸爸走上前拍了拍我的肩膀，“学篮球，得从基本功练起。”

于是，爸爸教了我拍球，带球两个基本动作。雪越下越大时而刮来几阵狂风，把地上一层雪推向天空，展示她们优美的舞姿。麦迪，姚明等巨星在球场上飞驰的模样在我脑中挥之不去“他们也是这样苦吗?”我一边练，一边问自己“该回家了。”爸爸的呼唤传来后，我立刻抱起球，向爸爸跑去。迎着大雪，我俩回家去了。

雪更大了，雪花不时飞在我冰冷的身上，但我的心却是热的。我终于明白，那些巨星并不是我想的那样不识人间烟火，而是在背后用汗水与失败迎接着辉煌的黎明。我深深懂得要想人前显贵，就得背后受罪，只有吃得苦中苦，才能成为人上人!

每个人都有自己喜欢的一名运动员，我最喜欢的运动员就是我国的女子体操小将——何可欣了。

何可欣是北京人，曾获得过2007全国体操锦标赛高低杠冠军，还被誉为“高低杠公主”呢!不知道这次的高低杠决赛会不会获得金牌呢?

到了8月18日，何可欣开始了女子高低杠的决赛，我早早的坐在电视前数着数：“一……二……”。到了到了!何可欣出场了，只见她满怀信心的上了高低杠，好!两个漂亮的空翻，接旋转翻。抓低杠……何可欣以16.725的好成绩与美国的体操名将柳金战成平手，最后，由于何可欣的有效分扣的比柳金少，夺得了高低杠冠军。

在众多的运动员中，我最喜欢何可欣了!

Though the science is highly advocated, people try to explain everything in science, there are still some people believe that something happen for some certain reasons, and the ghosts manipulate the supernature.

In the older generation, they believe in ghosts so much, my grandma is one of them. She burns joss sticks day and night, she says if she keeps doing this, and the immortal will see her sincere and will bless our family fast and sound.

As for me, I don’t believe in superstition, a ghost exists in those people who do the guilty things’ heart. But if people believe in superstition and have faith, that will be good for them, so they won’t feel empty and do the right things.

虽然科学得到了高度的提高，人们尝试着用科学解释每一件事情，但是仍然有一些人相信事出是有因的，鬼魂在背后操纵着超自然现象。

在老一辈里，他们很相信鬼怪，我的奶奶就是期中一个。她从早到晚的烧香，她说如果她坚持这样做的话，神仙就会看到她的诚意，就会保佑我们家身体健康。

对于我来说，我不相信迷信，鬼魂存在于那些做了亏心事的人心中。但是如果人们迷信并且有信仰，这样对他们来说也是好的，这样他们就不会感到空虚，也会做对的事情。
