我来到体育馆，比赛即将开始。我的好朋友开心排在第二个，她是小学组的三人操。首先登场的是初中五人健美操比赛。只见大哥哥大姐姐们个个在那全神贯注的比赛。他们的的伴奏我一下就听出来了：小苹果。只见他们跳得整齐划一，得到了全场观众们的喝彩。接着是我的好朋友开心上才场了，我好紧张!只见她们精神抖擞的向裁判致敬，紧接着音乐响起，她们弯腰、展臂、踢腿、跳跃，做得干净利落，音乐停止，她们完美结束!她们最后得分是14。65。有几个高难度的动作看的我手心冒汗。真是台上一分钟，台下十年功。下面来了一队穿着五光十色队服的队员们，其中还有一名很胖的小妹妹，我和妈妈都怀疑那位小妹妹怎么能跳得起来的呢?哈哈!

男子单人健美操第一组的大哥哥在比赛中时不时来个飞跃，真是太优美了。还有第五组的那个男生，还在那扭屁股呢。怎么看都像是个女生，我都差点吐了，结果他只得了7。96分。还有一名男生像小金鱼跳舞一样，跳得非常娴熟，取得了小学部男子单人健美操比赛的冠军。

我也暗暗下定决心，也要好好练好健美操，以后有机会能参加这样的比赛，锻炼自己的胆量。无论是做操还是学习都要下功夫。

每个人喜欢的运动都不一样，有的喜欢打篮球，有的喜欢踢足球，有的喜欢游泳，有的喜欢........

我喜欢的运动——篮球。喜欢篮球的的朋友应该都知道nba，是一个篮球联盟。

这学期不知道什么时候，班上卷起了篮球热潮。不但男生打连女生也打篮球。

而我在班上篮球技术也是名列前茅的啊。班上没人不知道我三分王的名字，如果把我叫做小三井寿也当之无愧啊!

只要一讲到体育课不管男生还是女生每个人都有劲。

体育课一到，全班同学就立马下楼，到操场集合。然后等体育老师说解散才能解散。老师每次一说解散，我们便开始玩篮球。

开始了，我一抢到球就到三分线上轻轻一跳然后投出去，嗖.......进了。旁边便响起热烈的掌声。就连平时以为自己很厉害想和我比的人都赞叹不已。

投三分还不说什么，接下来的才是最吓人的，有一次体育课在打篮球，我接到球。到半个场地远的地方投，不止进还空心。

今次的秋季运动会真是令我难忘！

我作为我们班的主力，4x100米接力肯定少不了我啦。比赛准备开始，我、杨琳、郭萌、丁悦抖擞精神，整装待发，站在了各自的跑道上，同学们也在观众席上严阵以待。“啪——”枪声响了，杨琳作为第一棒选手，像一匹脱缰的野马一般奔了出去。观众席上啦啦队的呐喊、助威声也随着枪声而开始响彻天空：“加油啊！要为班上争光啊！”那声音排山倒海，此起彼伏。有的同学激动地跳了起来，还有的解下鲜红的红领巾舞动着，舞动着……，各班那些求胜心切的老师，有的紧皱眉头，咬紧嘴唇，急得直跺脚；有的舞动双臂，大声附和着拉拉队员的呐喊；还有的仍絮絮叨叨地对队员说着什么……，真是姿态各异。

再看杨琳，她紧握双手，努力向前跑着。渐渐地，她有些体力不支，落在了最后。我眼睛直勾勾地盯紧了杨琳手中紧握的接力棒，伸出自己的右手，张大了虎口，来了，来了，越来越近了！心急火燎中，终于到了，我一把把接力棒抓过来，然后不顾一切地飞奔了出去。天了！第二棒的选手怎么都跑得这么快呀？我紧张极了，心里就好像有一只小鹿一般“嘣嘣”直跳。我咬紧牙关，使出了九牛二虎之力，终于超过了一名选手，到了交接处，我迅速地把棒传给了郭萌。郭萌像一只羚羊一般冲了出去，但是，人的速度毕竟是有限的，我班又落到了第四位，虽然如此，我们仍然没有放弃希望。

第四棒了！丁悦准确地接过棒，如同“飞毛腿导弹”一样，飞也似地冲了出去。只见她犹如武侠小说中身怀绝技的高手一般，身轻如燕，真不愧是我们年级的短跑冠军呢，不一会就超过了两名选手。看着她跑，我比自己跑时还要紧张，心想：丁悦呀，你要加油啊！成败在此一举，胜利还是失败就掌握在你的手中了！快到终点了，丁悦不负众望，三步并作两步，进行最后的冲刺，像风一样首先冲到了终点。耶！我们成了八年级女子组4×100接力赛的第一名！我真想跳起来大喊“我们是冠军！”这时，观众席上沸腾了。我班同学全都欢呼雀跃，互相击掌以示庆贺，好友们纷纷冲上来与我们拥抱。胜利的喜悦，激动的心情，欢呼的声音，在这一瞬间爆发出来，使运动场上充满生机！

在紧要关头不轻言放弃，绝望就会变成希望！运动场上瞬息万变，只要你一直努力拼搏，任何奇迹都会发生。今天我深深地体会出了这句话的含义！

滑冰是我最喜欢的一种运动，为什么喜欢呢?那是源于一次散步。

那天我和妈妈一起逛街散步，我看见一个大姐姐在滑冰，那样子就像在月球漫步一样悠闲自在。于是我回家后就向爸爸撒起娇来：“帅哥爸爸，给我买一双滑冰鞋好吗?”爸爸当时没有理我，我心想我是不是闯祸了，想到这我一声不吭，就当什么没发生过一样。没想到第二天早上，，爸爸就给了我一个特大惊喜：一双滑冰鞋!

我迫不及待地拿起新买的滑冰鞋走出家门去练习滑冰。我先戴好护具，再穿上滑冰鞋，慢慢地站起来，天哪!滑冰鞋穿在我脚上像有千斤重!我小心翼翼地扶着墙壁，晃晃悠悠走向广场，一步、两步、三步......“哎呀!”稍不留神我就摔了个四脚朝天。我放声大哭，爸爸在一旁对我说：“加油，坚持下去!”我听着爸爸的话忍着痛扶着墙慢慢地站起来继续滑。一步、两步、三步......“哎呀!”我又摔得屁股好像开了花。爸爸又说：“我教你一些方法吧，你停止不前的时候脚要站成八字形，滑的时候双手要摆动，加速的时候双腿要慢慢地蹲下......”我认真地听爸爸讲解，再滑的时候脑海里重复这些爸爸说的话反复地练习。渐渐地，我滑行的距离越来越远了，摔跤的次数也越来越少了。

现在我的滑冰技术非常棒，也可以像那位大姐姐一样悠闲自在地滑冰了。

学校有许多社团，像是舞蹈社、直排轮滑社、棒球社等，而我最喜欢的则是直排轮滑。

我从小学一年级下学期开始上直排轮滑，刚开始，我溜直排轮滑都会一直跌倒连最简单的直直溜都会跌倒，后来教练就慢慢扶着我溜，久而久之我就会溜了，后来我开始学习更难的动作，像是画葫芦、单脚滑行、跳人等，直到现在，我可以跳三个人，马利欧持续五秒等困难动作，教练还教我们打曲棍球，我们曾出去比赛，还得第一名呢!!

我们的直排轮滑社发生许多事，而对我来说最恐怖的事则发生在四年级上学期，在为学校活动做准备，而我和同学偷偷在玩，后来我提议跳四个脚标，结果一不小心跌倒了，我用手去撑，左手骨头就断了，不知为什么哭不太出来后来的直排轮滑课就没有在上了。

我觉得直排轮滑社非常好玩，不但能和好朋友PK，还能享受溜很快时凉凉的风，希望以后还能一直溜直排轮滑。

我喜欢的事情很多很多，但是我最喜欢的还是跑步。

我之所以喜欢跑步，因为我小时候，很容易生病。还有一个原因是，跑起来很爽很快，感觉像飞一样。夏天跑步让我觉得很凉快，而且我每一次参加运动会都参加60米跑步的比赛。不过老师临时给我加了一个400米跑步，这一次运动会，老师说：“你能跑400米吗?”我说：“我会尽力的。”

我还记得上一次运动会，我叫同学帮我加油，同学说行，比赛开始了，我跑在最前面，之后一直领先。快到终点的时候，我看见老师和妈妈在终点的两边为我加油，于是我越跑越快，一下子冲到了终点，但我有一个同学也跑了200米，她跑得比我快，于是她得了第一，我得了第二。

我现在为了400米跑第一，每天起的很早，连休息的时间都用来在阳台上联系跑步，因为我怕我跑一半就跑不动了。

I went to Hai Nan with my parents during the Chinese New Year and visited my relatives over there. The weather over there was beautiful. It was so much warmer than my city. You can met different groups of people if you go travel, its really cool. My dream is to travel around the whole world, which, well, might not be true, because I have so many other things to do in my life, but Ill try to achieve it. I have read a story about a person named Gorden, who actually went almost all of the places in the world. I kind of like that and admire of him. I like travel, seriously I do. Another reason is that I like adventures. Adventures are cool, it gives you more experiences and, as I mentioned that Gorden, he met lots of difficulties when he went travel. He went to Amazon, which therere so many snakes and aligators. A friend of his actually died in that trip!!! Its sometimes a bad thing for travel, too. Anyway, I just like to travel!!
