Every year, my school holds sports meeting in about September, I am very exciting about it, I can watch the wonderful game and dont have class. 之后的日子里妈妈常带我去游泳。我发现游泳的花样很多，有蛙泳、有自由泳、有蝶泳、有仰泳、还有花样游泳。我只学了其中的蛙泳，但和其他的人交流中，我自学会了自由泳泳，蝶泳也会了一点点。虽然这不是专业的蝶泳和自由泳，但我很快乐，因为我发现自己的学习能力挺强的。尤其在游泳方面很有天分。呵呵。

在我游泳运动中，我发现游泳还有其他的一些好处！游泳可以使关节不易肌肉受伤，在游泳时水的作用使肢体血液易于回流心脏、使心率加快，长期游泳会使心脏运动性增大，收缩有力，游泳还能改善体温调节机能、预防感冒、强壮我们的身体、在必要的时候还可以自救。

As far as I am concerned, if we want to solve this problem, we should set

up an idea of public transportation first and give a priority to this idea in

我喜欢的运动有很多，例如：跑步、游泳、打排球……，但是其中我最喜欢的是：骑脚踏车。我第一次接触脚踏车的时候是大班，那时，刚好回去我的外婆家，那里有许许多多的脚踏车，这时我选了一台粉红色的单车，我兴奋的开始学，没想到，我一骑就跌了个四脚朝天，让我不禁大哭了一场，原本想放弃的我，因为妈妈的鼓励，让我又振作了起来，第二次，虽然我还是有跌倒，但是我并没有放弃，再一次又一次的练习下，我终于学会了，让我不禁欣喜若狂了起来。骑脚踏车不但可以增加心肺功能，还能减缓现在全球正面临的地球暖化问题，骑脚踏车不会排放废气唷!真是一举两得啊!

虽然骑脚踏车有许多好处，但是也有许多注意事项，例如：不能骑太快、不能耍特技、不能心不在焉，否则会和别人相撞……，记得有一次：因为我已经学会骑脚踏车了，所以经常骑的像子弹一样快，那天，有一台车正快速的冲过来，因为我没有注意到，所以就骑了过去，车子一看到我，就停了下来，这时我已经被吓得魂飞魄散了。

俗话说：“一分耕耘，一分收获”，如果想要拥有一个健康的身体，就必须运动，如果都没有运动，那么就会很快就虚弱。
