我喜欢读书有三个原因：首先，书籍带我进入一个新的世界，这是丰富多彩的，没有时间和空间的限制，通过读书，我可以追溯到古埃及，人类文明的摇篮，它能把我带到美国，一个充满魅力的土地，我一直想去参观。其次，读书能够在我面前展现一个新的地平线。在过去的几年中，我的大多数知识都是通过书本获得的。我向许多人学习了他们的想法在科学，阅读政治、生活和社会。再次，阅读我的梦想和目标之间的差距。为了在未来的职业中取得成功，我要坚持读书、思维和实践。

读书已经成为我生活的一部分。每一天，我花一些时间读书，看报和杂志。在晚上，我很难去没有一书在手。

我最喜欢溜直排轮，只要一穿上轮鞋，很奇妙的事情发生了，那就是整个人就变得轻飘飘的，感觉轻松又自在。那时的我，就像小蜜蜂一样，一会儿飞到东一会儿飞到西，快乐极了!

练习时，教练会带着我们做游戏、闯关，虽然，我偶尔仍会跌倒，但是全身的安全装备：头盔、护膝、护肘，总是能让我不受到伤害，让我尽情的奔跑追逐，不仅能运动、学习各种技巧，还能使身心舒畅，真是一举多得呢!

假日时，我最喜欢拎着那双外头贴着米奇图案的直排轮鞋到广场和朋友一起活动，而且爸爸常说：“活动活动，要活就要动!”大家一起来溜直排轮吧!

5月10日,我们学校举办了一次别开生面的运动会,象我们这样的农村学校能举办一次运动会是难能可贵的,所以我们大家很珍惜这次运动会。运动会的前几天就开始选运动员，老师也很重视这次运动会。大家有的争相报名有的互相推荐。都想在这次难得的运动会中小试身手，我也不例外，考虑再三决定报一个我最喜爱的跳远。

这一天终于到来了，运动场上人山人海，一片热闹非凡。同学们身穿运动服，像穿着节日的盛装，又像正待检阅的方队一样，整齐的坐在运动场周围的台阶上。天空瓦蓝瓦蓝的，一只只大雁像一架架飞机排成一字形，在我们上空旋转、助威。由于报名赛跑的人数比较多，所以跑步首先开始了，激动人心的女子800米终于拉开了序幕。只见跑道上同学们个个精神抖擞，运动员有的在做准备，跃跃欲试；有的谈笑风声，胸有成竹……

终于跳远比赛开始了，我既紧张又兴奋。第一个是殷绍红跳，接着到了王一甜了，她先站好位置，两手往前送，两脚一蹬，“1米43！”这时，在旁的同学都赞叹不已。轮到我时，只觉得砰砰直跳，心想：“如果跳不好，我不就会丢脸呀，我一定要跳好！”我先两手不停的甩动，膝盖弯曲，一上一下的，我猛然一跳，虽然很轻巧，可跳得不远，只有一米三。可同学们和于老师都在一旁鼓励我。在他们的鼓励下，我勇敢起来，又一跳，一米三多。我高兴极了，因为我有了进

虽然只有一天的运动会却让我们大家体会到了运动场上的激烈与快乐，同时，在这紧张与激烈的背后，是我们的老师和裁判员们的默默奉献。因为有了他们，赛场秩序才得以维持；因为有了他们，这次运动会才得以顺利的举行。拼搏与奉献在我们的运动场上奏响了凯歌！几经拼搏，几经奋斗，最后到达成功的彼岸，这远比一帆风顺的成功更为快乐，更为珍贵！

运动是让人快乐的方法，运动可以让人活力充沛、精神满分!运动不只是我的好朋友，它还是我的救世主，因为有它，我才可以长得很健康、很活泼、很有活力!

运 动有很多种，有打篮球、羽毛球、桌球、、、等，都是有益身心健康的运动，其中，我最喜爱的运动是：”游泳”，游泳不但可以治好气喘，还可以减肥，真是一举 两得。游泳有很多方式，像是：自由式、蛙式、仰式、水母漂、、、等，都很有趣喔!但是，游泳也是要注意一下，像是不要没有做暖身操，就先下水，不然就不能 避免抽筋;下水时先确认水深不深，浅不浅，水深不好，因为你跳水时，有可能水太深，造成溺水;水太浅跳水时，就会受伤，容易发生危险;还有不要在湿滑的地 方追逐嬉戏。我们要快快乐乐的玩，平平安安的回家。

游泳是个很好的运动，连平常都不怎么有精神的弟弟去游泳回来以后，精神都来了。可见游泳真的很棒!我们也可以多多尝试看看喔!
