一、大学毕业生自主创业的现状

1、缺乏创业教育

与发达国家相比，我国的创业教育起步较晚。国内高校虽然早已开展了各种形式的大学毕业生创业教育，但是有些大学创业活动还仅仅流于形式。一些高校虽举办了很多大学毕业生创业计划大赛，但是多数学生也只是为了比赛而比赛，不会也不可能真正将他们的创业计划付诸实施。北京大学民营经济研究院高级研究员梁胜和亮鸿飞认为，当前中国在高校推行创业教育还面临着以下三个问题： 创业教育观念比较落后；缺乏相应的师资力量；没有形成一套比较权威的教材体系。很多专家认为，我国相关部门逐步推动的创业教育，目前只是处在一种“为大学毕业生就业找出路”的阶段，还没有提高到“发展国家经济‘驱动力’”的高度。而在现有的创业教育试点中，很多学校的教学模式也往往局限于知识传授型，并没有给学生足够的实践机会和更大的发展空间。

2、缺乏资金

谁都知道，创业必须要有足够的启动资金，没有足够的资金是无法创业的。可是，绝大部分大学毕业生还没有走上社会，假期勤工俭学只是贴补零用，根本没有什么积蓄。当年轻的创业者们即将要对自己的创业理想付诸实践时，如何找创业资金、如何筹备创业资金等问题一定会困扰他们。所谓“巧妇难为无米之炊”，没有一定的创业资金，创业者们怎么能为自己的未来构建一幅充满前景的蓝图呢？

3、缺乏创业综合能力

二、对大学毕业生创业的几点建议

1、加强对学生的创业教育

把创业教育融入职业生涯辅导，建立和完善创业教育课程体系和教学制度，建设高素质的创业型创业教育队伍；激发创业意识是创业教育的首要任务，创业和企业管理是一种实践性非常强的事业，对创业者的经验有一定的要求。加强大学毕业生创业教育，首先要回答大学毕业生创业选型问题。目前可供我国大学毕业生选择的基本创业形式主要有三种：自雇型创业、专业型创业和产品创新型创业。创业教育不妨从自雇型创业入手，体悟创业的真谛。实施以创业为导向的专业教育，将培养专业型创业者作为大学专业教育的目标之一。在专业教育中鼓励、指导大学毕业生发挥专业优势，创办那种只有懂得专业的人才能做得好的那类“高门槛”的行业。专业型创业定位可使得各专业都商机无限，同时也淡化了专业的冷与热、大学的重点与非重点之分。

2、完善自身素质

目前，大学毕业生正处在从理论到实践、从求知到创业的重要转折时期，自主创业是一项极具挑战性的社会活动，大学毕业生能否创业与其个人的各方面素质是相辅相成的，因此，大学毕业生在创业前和创业过程中要做好能力、素质、物质、精神等多方面的准备。大学毕业生创业最重要的是要调整好心态，踏踏实实地玩一个能赢的游戏，成功的创业者要富有挑战精神、自信自立、富有责任感、善于团结协作，具有风险意识，更要有承受创业失败的心理准备。其次，大学毕业生初次走进市场的浪潮中，是否能够成为弄潮的高手，关键在于大学毕业生自己所具备的知识和能力。作为创业者，应该具有扎实的专业知识、商业知识、管理知识和相关的法律知识等，必须掌握资本和财务知识，启动资金和后续资金的充沛与否是创业者成败的关键因素。最后，大学毕业生要不断完善自身综合素质，发挥个人潜力，把握商机。拿破仑有句名言：“我的之所以打胜仗，就是因为比敌人早到5分钟。”创业中抢得先机，获胜的筹码增加很多。

4、借政策之风

为了鼓励大学毕业生自主创业，近几年，国务院办公厅及有关部门，制定了相关政策，以创带就，实现更多人就业。如：创业培训补贴、免费创业咨询及小额担保贷款等政策。虽然各地的政策有些差异，但主体部分相差不是很大，甚至还有更加优惠的创业政策。我们应呼吁社会对大学毕业生自主创业给予更多的支持与方便，其父母要鼓励并支持大学毕业生创业，放手让他们去实践去探索，保护他们的积极性。

在全球化日益加快、信息化日益增强的21世纪，国际竞争日益激烈，社会应当配合国家，给予大学毕业生更多的实践机会，激励大学毕业生自主创业；同时大学毕业生应当正视自身的条件，了解社会需求。创业所带来的收益特别是物质财富，极大地改善了大学毕业生的经济地位和社会地位，使他们获得了独立自主，并由此获得强烈的成就感和精神上的极大满足。

造成大学毕业生就业难既有主观原因，也有客观原因，归纳起来，有以下几种因素影响着大学毕业生顺利就业。狭隘的人才观阻止大学毕业生合理流动，减少了他们的就业机会。记者在河北省一些高校采访时了解到，一些地方为了留住人才，不允许肥水流入外人田，对大学毕业生到本地以外的地方就业进行限制，大学毕业生就业机会减少。河北科技大学一名学医药的大学毕业生对记者说，他与山东省几家大型医药生产企业联系，有两家企业都愿意接收，但因出省指标限制，他无法到山东的药厂就业，至今仍没有落实工作单位。一些高校的老师对记者说，一些地方留住人才、招收人才的动机是好的，但用限制流动的做法不妥当。他们希望政府不应对大学毕业生就业进行过多限制，而应把精力用到为大学毕业生就业服务上。

一些用人单位盲目提高用人门槛，把许多毕业生挡在就业大门之外。河北科技大学一些同学对记者说，一个只有十几号人的普通日用化工企业，虽然没有任何境外业务，竟然也要求应聘大学毕业生有六级英语水平。稍微大一点的企业就盲目要求应聘者为硕士研究生。不少同学反映，现在大学毕业生多了，一些企业选人的条件也苛刻了，有的企业甚至不从实际需要出发，盲目招收研究生、博士生为其装门面。许多大学老师和学生希望，用人单位应从实际需要出发，把真正学有所长的大学毕业生招收到单位来。

除以上两个方面客观因素的影响外，一些主观因素也成为大学毕业生就业的障碍。首先是大学毕业生知识面过窄、实践能力差，影响了择业。有着多年指导大学毕业生就业经验的河北科技大学学生处副处长刘成龙对记者说，多数用人单位都希望大学毕业生参加工作后能够迅速适应工作需要，对动手操作能力强的大学毕业生特别欢迎。现在不少大学毕业生存在的问题是知识面比较窄、实践能力不强，影响了他们的就业竞争力。

就业期望值过高，使不少大学毕业生错过了就业机会。大学毕业生希望自己能够到待遇好、工作环境好的单位就业，这本身无可厚非，但一些大学毕业生不能正确认识自己，对就业抱有过高的期望就有些不切实际了。石家庄铁道学院党委副书记王岳森说，大学毕业生择业不应盲目提高就业目标，而应以适合自己的工作为标准。

Should Class Attendance be Required?

Nowadays required class attendance is very common at colleges and universities. Most people accept ti as a necessary policy t ensure the normal teaching order and create a good study atmosphere. Besieds, they think it is a good urge for those students who lack self-discipline.

However, still some others do not agree this argument. In their opinion, rigid attendance policies do not benefit students studies. A student may have to give up a lecture which he finds bital to his studies simply because he dare not run the risk of being penalized for his absence of his course. Besides, they say there is no proven correlation between attendance and performance.

As for me, I am in favor of the latter opinion. Required class attendance may secure one hundred percent attendance for a course, but it does not make much sense. A student may never be absent in a course, but who knows whether or not he is just sistting there daydreaming all the time. Therefore, a student should allowed to decide for himself whether an in-class wxperience is worthwhile.

我叫xx，今年24岁，是**本地人，明年7月份研究生毕业，本科和研究生都在西北政法大学就读，本科的时候学的是民商法专业，研究生读的是法理专业。

在学校期间，除了专业学习之外，会参加各种学校活动，加入过学生会，本科的时候担任文艺部的部长，组织过多场学校的文艺晚会，在研究生期间又担任研究生会主席，并兼任我们学院内部刊物《**法律评论》的主编。在每年的暑假我还会去法院或检察院实习。
