In my 18 years of life， there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. more serious. About a decade ago, university students could find satisfactory

and enviable jobs after graduation, while at current situation, about 30% of

graduate students can’t find a job but stay at home after graduation.

Employment difficulty of college students is due to the following reasons.

Among these, the increasing recruitment of colleges and universities plays a

21世纪初期，中国的经济和社会发展将进入一个重要的转折期。随着商业经济的高速发展和知识经济的迅猛来临，越来越多的大学毕业生投入到创业的浪潮中，大学毕业生创业已经由“精英”走向“平民”，同时广泛而深刻的中国变革为大学毕业生提供了广阔的创业舞台，中国大学毕业生创业是时代发展的必然趋势。

一、大学毕业生自主创业的现状

1、缺乏创业教育

与发达国家相比，我国的创业教育起步较晚。国内高校虽然早已开展了各种形式的大学毕业生创业教育，但是有些大学创业活动还仅仅流于形式。一些高校虽举办了很多大学毕业生创业计划大赛，但是多数学生也只是为了比赛而比赛，不会也不可能真正将他们的创业计划付诸实施。北京大学民营经济研究院高级研究员梁胜和亮鸿飞认为，当前中国在高校推行创业教育还面临着以下三个问题： 创业教育观念比较落后；缺乏相应的师资力量；没有形成一套比较权威的教材体系。很多专家认为，我国相关部门逐步推动的创业教育，目前只是处在一种“为大学毕业生就业找出路”的阶段，还没有提高到“发展国家经济‘驱动力’”的高度。而在现有的创业教育试点中，很多学校的教学模式也往往局限于知识传授型，并没有给学生足够的实践机会和更大的发展空间。

2、缺乏资金

谁都知道，创业必须要有足够的启动资金，没有足够的资金是无法创业的。可是，绝大部分大学毕业生还没有走上社会，假期勤工俭学只是贴补零用，根本没有什么积蓄。当年轻的创业者们即将要对自己的创业理想付诸实践时，如何找创业资金、如何筹备创业资金等问题一定会困扰他们。所谓“巧妇难为无米之炊”，没有一定的创业资金，创业者们怎么能为自己的未来构建一幅充满前景的蓝图呢？

3、缺乏创业综合能力

大学毕业生能否创业与其个人的各方面素质是相辅相成的。从我国的创业环境来看，创业者应具备三大素质，即心理素质、身体素质以及知识和能力素质。中央电视台《致富经》栏目与清华大学中国创业研究中心联合发布《2008-2009年度中国百姓创业致富调查报告》。报告显示大学毕业生创业集中于知识密集型行业，创业失败的主要原因是缺乏经营管理能力。市场竞争激烈是外部原因，但是经营管理不善也会造成资金周转不灵，经营管理能力是当前大学毕业生创业急需解决的问题。同时，还需要创业者要有较强的心理调控能力，创业的成功在很大程度上是取决于创业者的心理品质。

4、缺乏创业环境

创业的体制环境和政策环境还不成熟。由于大学毕业生并非我国现有创业大军的主体，因此国家在体制创新中给予大学毕业生创业的特殊政策并不多，目前还没有形成一整套支持大学毕业生创业的政策和法规。另外，传统文化惯性使创业人际环境存在负累，人们的思想中长期养成的“等、靠、要”依赖思想，扼杀了创业所需的创新、创造意识；害怕失败、嘲笑失败的文化氛围，使许多大学毕业生安于平稳，不思进取。这些文化上的负累，对于特别需要协作精神、创造精神和进取精神的大学毕业生创业者而言，自然会有相当大的负面影响。

二、对大学毕业生创业的几点建议

1、加强对学生的创业教育

把创业教育融入职业生涯辅导，建立和完善创业教育课程体系和教学制度，建设高素质的创业型创业教育队伍；激发创业意识是创业教育的首要任务，创业和企业管理是一种实践性非常强的事业，对创业者的经验有一定的要求。加强大学毕业生创业教育，首先要回答大学毕业生创业选型问题。目前可供我国大学毕业生选择的基本创业形式主要有三种：自雇型创业、专业型创业和产品创新型创业。创业教育不妨从自雇型创业入手，体悟创业的真谛。实施以创业为导向的专业教育，将培养专业型创业者作为大学专业教育的目标之一。在专业教育中鼓励、指导大学毕业生发挥专业优势，创办那种只有懂得专业的人才能做得好的那类“高门槛”的行业。专业型创业定位可使得各专业都商机无限，同时也淡化了专业的冷与热、大学的重点与非重点之分。

2、完善自身素质

目前，大学毕业生正处在从理论到实践、从求知到创业的重要转折时期，自主创业是一项极具挑战性的社会活动，大学毕业生能否创业与其个人的各方面素质是相辅相成的，因此，大学毕业生在创业前和创业过程中要做好能力、素质、物质、精神等多方面的准备。大学毕业生创业最重要的是要调整好心态，踏踏实实地玩一个能赢的游戏，成功的创业者要富有挑战精神、自信自立、富有责任感、善于团结协作，具有风险意识，更要有承受创业失败的心理准备。其次，大学毕业生初次走进市场的浪潮中，是否能够成为弄潮的高手，关键在于大学毕业生自己所具备的知识和能力。作为创业者，应该具有扎实的专业知识、商业知识、管理知识和相关的法律知识等，必须掌握资本和财务知识，启动资金和后续资金的充沛与否是创业者成败的关键因素。最后，大学毕业生要不断完善自身综合素质，发挥个人潜力，把握商机。拿破仑有句名言：“我的之所以打胜仗，就是因为比敌人早到5分钟。”创业中抢得先机，获胜的筹码增加很多。

3、借势借力

在现实创业中，有时大学毕业生会感到势单力薄，显得有些寂寞，有些累，其实，只要向四周看看，会发现有许多的势和力还没有发挥作用呢！借势借力这一成功法则，就是说一个人要成功，必须学会运用周围环境对你有利的地方，充分调动一切有利的因素，为成功服务。在高校，每位大学毕业生要借势借力的地方可多了，如大学同学、老师、所在的院系实力、团委、就业指导服务中心等等，这些都是无形的资源。成功的人都善于借势借力，有形、无形的帮助都是缺一不可的。在革命战争时期，毛泽东领带的中国共产党提出“统一战线”，就是取得胜利的一大法宝。巧妙借“乒乓球外交”推动中美建交，堪称为公关杰作。最近，许多大学隆重举行“校庆大典”，就是借势借力，展示实力，扩大知名度和美誉度。在今天，不论是在经济领域、政治领域，还是在文化教育领域，都在想办法借势借力。在借不到的情况下，还可以“造势造力”、“小中造大”、“无中造有”，成功运用现代公共关系原理和方法。

4、借政策之风

为了鼓励大学毕业生自主创业，近几年，国务院办公厅及有关部门，制定了相关政策，以创带就，实现更多人就业。如：创业培训补贴、免费创业咨询及小额担保贷款等政策。虽然各地的政策有些差异，但主体部分相差不是很大，甚至还有更加优惠的创业政策。我们应呼吁社会对大学毕业生自主创业给予更多的支持与方便，其父母要鼓励并支持大学毕业生创业，放手让他们去实践去探索，保护他们的积极性。

在全球化日益加快、信息化日益增强的21世纪，国际竞争日益激烈，社会应当配合国家，给予大学毕业生更多的实践机会，激励大学毕业生自主创业；同时大学毕业生应当正视自身的条件，了解社会需求。创业所带来的收益特别是物质财富，极大地改善了大学毕业生的经济地位和社会地位，使他们获得了独立自主，并由此获得强烈的成就感和精神上的极大满足。

成功的要诀不是金钱而是一个坚强的意志(用not so mush... as)。一个大人物是一个具有坚强意志和不屈不挠精神的人。换句话说，如果一个人没有坚强意志去获得最后胜利的人，他终其一生永远不会成功。他只不过是(用no more than)一个失败者。很显明的世界上并没有难事。如果你下定决心去做它，你一定会达到目的。那是显而易见的。

Nowadays, seat reservation in college has been brought to our attention as some students in campus always save a seat for a long time. Although it is a small action, it brings some influences to students’ lives and campus construction.

目前，在高校里占座位已引起了大家的注意，因为有些学生在校园总是霸占一个位置很久。虽然这是一个小小的举动，它给学生的生活和校园建设带来了一些影响。

There are some influences caused by seat reservation. First, seat reservation brings inconvenience to other students. This situation is quite common in library when all students are preparing the final exams. Due to seat reservation, other students have to spend more time to find their seats than usual. Second, it will give rise to crony phenomenon to a large extent. Those who have already known the difficulty in finding seats will copy after the bad behavior to save a seat. And this increases the difficulty in finding seats finally. Last but not least, seat reservation has also brought some inconvenience to school management. In order to save the seat, students will leave something like books or clothes on the desks. And that is quite inconvenient for cleaners to clean the classroom and library as well as influence the image of school.

占位置造成了一定的影响。首先，占位置给其他同学带来不便。在所有的学生都准备期末考试的时候，这种情况在图书馆是很常见的。由于占位置，其他学生就得花比平时更多的时间来找到一个位置。 第二，在很大程度上它会引起裙带现象。那些知道找座位困难的学生会效仿这种不好的行为也去占一个位置。这让找到座位变得更加困难。最后但并非最不重要的，占座位也给学校管理人员带来了一些不便。为了占位置，学生会把书或衣服之类的东西留在桌子上。这为清洁阿姨打扫卫生造成了很大的不便而且还影响学校形象。

Taking above influence into account, I advocate that the institutions and students should make joint efforts to eliminate this phenomenon. For one thing, the institutions should take some measures such as cleaning the things on the desks or chairs every day so that no one would leave things on them. For another, students should be well informed to forbid saving seats.

综上述影响考虑，我建议学校机构和学生应共同努力来消除这种现象。一方面，学校要采取一些措施，如每天清理放在桌子或椅子上的东西的，这样就没有人会把东西放在桌子或者椅子上面了。另一方面，学生应该被告知禁止占位置。

四年的大学生活过去了，也重铸了我的人生观、价值观和社会观，而且我的思想注入了新的血液，四年的大学生活结束了，回忆过去，收获良多，现个人自我鉴定如下。

1、人是为事业而活，不是为工作而活。人一生中会换很多工作，不必要把找工作看得太重要。工作是外在的，是随季节换装的衣服，事业才是人生的支柱，理想才是人生的价值。在忙忙碌碌找工作的过程中不要失去了自我。有时间停下来，好好问问自己，我这一生想做什么，想怎么度过。人的一生要过有原则的生活，要在不断的自我完善中找到快乐。

2、人生是马拉松。笑到最后的才是胜利者。不要期望在刚毕业的时候就找到最好的工作。不要相信所谓不能输在起跑线的鬼话。艰苦的环境反而更能磨练人的意志。如果你能够坦然的接受不理想的工作，祝贺你，你成熟了。

3、不要总是认为别人的工作比自己的工作好。不要为自己的父母找工作。不要为在自己的同学面前炫耀而找工作。每个人都有自己适合的工作，人人羡慕的工作可能并不适合自己。那些看上去最光彩照人的工作可能最脏最累，有钱有权的人活得比普通人辛苦的多。亚当斯密说过，路边的乞丐拥有君王们奋斗一生也得不到的安逸。找最适合自己的工作，这需要对自己有清醒的认识，要有目标。不要再在众多的工作机会中患得患失，拼命要找最好的位置，没有必要。

4、你们会在选择的过程中拒绝一些offer。反省一下，你是如何拒绝别人的。当你匆匆忙忙的去寻找下一个机会，对已经拒绝的工作单位弃如弊履;当你们为了保险起见，想方设法手中攥着多个offer，在几个工作单位之间“巧妙”斡旋的时候，你已经犯了很大的错误。尊重和礼貌的对待你最终不想去的那些工作单位，让别人在你离开之后还对你有好的印象，这才算是你在这家单位求职经历的结束。

5、收入并不重要，户口并不重要，房子并不重要，级别并不重要，所有这些外在的东西都不重要，尤其在你刚刚工作的时候不重要。兴趣最重要，找到一份自己喜欢做的工作，是人生的幸事。锻炼的机会最重要，随着你能力的成长，面包会有的。所有那些外在的东西会自己找到你，你根本就不用可以去找它们。

6、要离开一些职业，有的职业会毒害你的心灵。不要靠垄断和剥削生存的部门。不要到欺压百姓的部门。不要到夸夸其谈的部门。不要到必须说违心的话，做违心的事的部门。

7、为你的职业自豪。要有敬业的精神。要尊重自己行业里面的传统和精神。要对业务精益求精，要把日常的工作当做一件神圣的事。
