2。学好一门外语是你增加工资的资本。学我们机电这一行的，也就是理科生，不注重外语的学习，只要是考试能通过就可以了，而没有想到在以后的工作中会用到。你在一外资企业工作，不会一门外语是行不通的，不会外语，你就无法和老板交流，沟通。你只能闷着头的干(和一个哑巴没有什么区别)。干了什么?干的怎么样?老板根本不知道，那他怎么认可你呢?你在这个公司又怎么发展那?

3。不但有良好的工作态度，而且要有很好的表现力。中国有句俗语："踏踏实实做人，老老实实做事。"在今天，只是老老实实，勤勤恳恳做事是不够的，你还要学会适时地，恰当地表现自己。让老板知道你做了什么，让老板知道你的存在是必要的!这样你才有发展的的可能，别人才会认可你，承认你!

4。团结协作，善于沟通。团结协作指的是部门内部。你这个部门肯定不止你一个人，作为部门担当，你若想把本部门的事做的出色，那你必须把部门成员团结起来，发挥集体的力量，那样才能事半功倍!善于沟通是指部门之间。任何一个公司都是由众多部门组成的。部门之间的沟通是必要的也是必须的。像我们公司，工场包括制造课，生产技术课，质量课和生管课。我们生技课是为制造课提供技术指导和设备维护的服务的;我们做的初品(试生产品)又要经过质量课检验合格后才能量产;生管发行新产品看板时又要委托我们先做初品等等。和任何一个部门沟通不好都会遇到不必要的麻烦。所以，团结、沟通是非常必要的!总之，用知识武装起自己来，学会做人，学会做事。你才能成功!

一个人坐在学校明心湖边有树荫的草地上，听鸟叫虫鸣，看蚂蚁在身边顾自爬行。眼前不远处，两只蝴蝶翩翩翻飞，双双戏舞。真想就这样一直坐着，闭了眼，肆意的享受这份宁静与安逸。

抬头，眼瞧的左方是图书馆，毫不夸张的说，我是看着她长大的。现在都还记得在图书馆还处于兴建阶段时，我曾经在遍地瓦砾的施工路面上踩踏过。大一时，每天早上会早早的起床，绕着图书馆狠跑几圈，出一身的汗，在食堂过完早后去教室晨读。

图书馆环境是最好的，冬夏都有空调，可自己却去的很少，大多数的时间是在宅在寝室上网。很少去图书馆的原因有二：

1、图书馆就是一谈情说爱、窃窃私语的地儿，只适合情侣们出双入对，一个人单刀直入的杀进图书馆会显得很另类。

2、每次进图书馆都要劳烦人管理员帮我刷借书证，因为我无论多么努力的刷，就是听不到那一声悦耳的嘀声。

有一次，在图书馆撞到一美女同学对小平回眸一笑，待我回过神来再去找那女同学时：人面已不知何处去，只留桃花依旧笑春风。后边的几天，小平同学天天泡图书馆，最后，帮我刷借书证的管理员彻底被我搞怕，直接允许我无证进入，可还是未能再碰到那回眸的一笑。后来，图书馆就成了一让小平失望的伤心地，去的次数就越发的少了。

再抬头，右边是b栋教学楼。曾经，我们在这里上过日语课，大二时还老老实实的去上课，虽然去也就是混点名、凑人数。大三时换了老师，也只是在最后一次日语老师划考试范围时才第一次知道老师长什么样。也是日语这科开了我大学挂科的先河，自此之后，挂科就与小平结下了不解之缘。

回江城学院这几天过得生活，真他妈的不是人过的，一句话总结：形式主义搞死人。回来也就十天的时间，可仿佛是过了两个世纪(和一同学聊天时她的原话)，漫长，无聊，没有意义，没有价值。

一个破论文答辩，整的人都变神经质了，用一同学的话说叫论文综合症。10天，几个字概括：打印，不停的打印;病毒，遍地的病毒;修改，往死的修改;签名，四处要签名;缺觉，严重的缺觉。10天里，大家见面最多也就是相视一笑然后各自走开，因为都很忙，连停下来好好说句话的时间都没有。

班上的散伙饭，第一次喝多，哭的稀里哗啦。后天才晓得，室友竟然抓拍到我当时的囧态并将图片放到网上供人观摩围观，我还…这不是明摆着是要看我笑话吗?算了，算了，生活本就是一笑话，我们不过就是在笑笑别人的同时被别人笑笑。

后来和室友讨论，我们一致认为酒是好东西：酒越喝头脑越清醒，除了行为举止有些异样，加之神经思维有些亢奋。头脑清醒的表现是找人说出了太多之前独自压在心底的话;举止异样的表现是蛇行前进并几次险些将我的室友同学推搡倒地;神经思维亢奋的表现是话会变得很废话，而且多是在用口吃的语调重复相同的几句话。

难得如此放纵失态的哭一次，不用顾及什么尊严与形象(我冠冕堂皇的维护了四年之久的东西)，可以借口说是酒喝多了，其实是想要卸掉面具，做一次真实的自己(不坚强，会哭泣的孩子)。说不上是不是真醉，可能是内心太想买醉。当时是可以控制住的，只是不愿再去控制，控制意味着压抑，而当时只想要痛痛快快的将心事宣泄一空。

感谢劝我的两位同学，看来真的我是太急功近利了，慢慢来吧。

一个接一个的小团体散伙饭，埋头海吃，偶尔来段八卦。再就是拍照留影，摆pose，狂笑(后来看图片，因为笑得太欢，没几张图片看得到眼睛，眼睛都给笑没了)，瞎闹。

摆地摊，清理掉所有的东西，竟然卖到100多块。衣服、电脑打包快递。

临走前，对着手机通讯录，一个个拨通朋友们的电话，收到的全是祝福的话语，太甜蜜，甜蜜到有些承受不起。走了，来了，从一个城市去到另一个城市。想要实现的东西太多，变得不开心，却还是要挤出一丝笑来，这就是现实，我准备好了。

In my 18 years of life， there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus， its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.

After the arduous military training， I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.

Frankly speaking， at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However， through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers guidance， I made remarkable progress. Now Ive benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.

Learning is a long process; Ill keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. This summer I got out of the ivory tower and entered the real world. A publishing house offered me a part-time job in compilation and revision.

转眼间第二周也过去，总结一下这一周的工作。我的工作先是做出纳，并兼帮忙输入公司的进仓单、送货单和退货单等单据。但刚开始，也只是帮忙输入一些简单的单据，一些真正有关会计工作的却还不怎么涉及到。这也是因为刚进公司，一些重要的事情我都无法去涉及，但是我并没有灰心，也没有觉得大材小用。只有从最基本的开始干起，一点一滴地积累，做好每一件小事，将来才能成就一番事业。

每天早上基本能保证提前到公司，在开始工作的前一段时间，帮忙打扫卫生。有了舒适的环境，工作做起来轻松，心情也愉快。

2.1意识薄弱

当代的大学生缺乏，思想上跟不上形势，不能感知到国家创业大潮和个人发展机遇的来临。表现在意识上为不愿创业，对国家极力鼓励扶持的创业行动反应缓慢，缺少想法和激情，而且觉得在创新创业的过程中有很大的风险，自己也不愿去冒这个风险。

2.2能力有限

大学生长期处在学校的保护环境中，与社会接触比较少，不了解怎样在社会中去立足和与别人打交道，各种社会实践能力比较欠缺，这样就导致在创业的过程中缺少很多的可利用资源，个人的能力素质与创业需求有较大差距，一旦开始了自己的创业计划后，就会一时难以肩负起独自创业的重担。

2.3缺乏胆量

一些大学生缺少单干的闯劲和对生活的挑战精神，做事过于谨小慎微，过于考虑风险责任，怕创业失败没有脸面，怕经营亏损承担债务，对创业没有胆量尝试。

2.4项目困难

有些大学生非常希望能够创业，但是，通过市场考察，发现自己喜欢的项目已经没有太多的市场空间，或者是如果投入的话很难与当今所有的大公司相竞争，一时又找不到其他合适的项目入手，然后只有去找相关的项目，但是发现都不合心意，然后就反复放弃，导致最后没有创业创新的想法了。

2.5资金不足

当创业前期的所有计划、考察、论证都已完成，开始进入实施阶段时，最后发现启动资金难以到位，对一个普通的大学生来说，主要的经济支持是靠家里面，在自己创业前时，可能自己会通过做一点小生意或是兼职赚一点钱，但是不管是什么创业前期都是较大的投入，如果没有赞助或是扶持，很难入手，最后只好无奈放弃或暂时搁浅。
