太阳火辣辣地晒着，汗珠像顽皮的小孩儿滑滑梯般滑过脸颊。若是在平时，我早就举手头降了，可现在是在军训啊，怎能轻言放弃呢?凭着胸腔内的这股子好强之气，我竟一直坚持到教官喊“稍息”。长吁一口气，我用手背在额头上擦了一把汗，心里不由得为自己的表现感到骄傲。

太阳渐渐落下，我站在阳台眺望，直到天涯的云，已经被太阳染成了火红。在田间的流水，也似乎流着红红的火，太阳已经落下，天空位置较低的云已经失去光彩，但是更高远的云却仍旧艳红，这时月亮已在红霞之上微笑。

Yesterday morning ,I got up earlier.The birds are singing in the

trees.After breakfast ,My mother and I went to the local park.Everything was

beautiful.The sky is blue.The sun is magnificent.You can see many flowers and

trees in the park.Some children are playing in the park.I saw many boats on the

lake at the foot of the hills.Later on ,mother and I played hide-and-seek in the

我们学校每天下午都要举行大课间活动，每当这个时候，我小小的心充满了许久的欢乐。因为我可以拿着自己心爱的滑板到楼下游玩。

每当大课间的音乐响起我拿着黄蓝相见的“喜洋洋与灰太狼”的龙蛇滑板兴冲冲的跑到楼下。到了楼下，我把滑板放在地上，左脚踩在板上，划动三下，紧随着就把右脚抬了上来，双脚有力的扭动起来。我、冰冰，淇淇还有杨颖等同学手拉着手，双脚仿佛踩着云似的，像神仙一样快乐的滑动着好开心啊!

滑到了操场，我们迅速把滑板放在草坪边上，然后兴高采烈地连蹦带跳地回归队伍做操，到最后音乐结束的时候，我们几个同学以流星般速度飞往滑板处，排好整齐的队伍踩着滑板，滑板队伍就像龙一般的“抖动”起来。一支浩浩荡荡的队伍在孙老师的带领下，“开”往内操场。

然后，孙老师让我们排成一个方阵，按着会蹲板的到中间来表演，我一听，立刻稳稳当当的蹲了下来，但是我的脚有点支撑不住了，不知是谁忽然碰了一下我，结果呢?当然是把一个还没扭稳的我给碰倒了呗。后来会翘板的同学出来，我看他们这么能干，我的心里不由地想有点落队，只好到别的地方训练去了。

这时，我跟其他同学们一边滑板一边跳舞，有时候我会给别的男生撞倒。记得有一次我们正玩得开心的时候，麻兼豪给我们来了一个突然袭击把我撞倒在地。我把他数落了一顿之后便继续跟她们玩了。

玩滑板的人很多，当然玩的姿势也不一样：有的双脚吃力的扭动着，屁股翘的老高老高的，双手前后摆动着;有的会双脚轻松自在的扭动着;还有的人身子挺得端端正正的、站得稳稳当当的一看就知道是高手;还有的驼着背双手插在口袋里肩膀扭动着，我就有点像这种类型的样子!

我喜欢大课间，更喜欢玩滑板，因为它既有趣又好玩，既能锻炼身体又能锻炼意志。
