低调做人，便可峰回路转：在待人处世中要低调，当自己处于不利地位，或者危险之时，不妨先退让一步，这样做，不但能避其锋芒，脱离困境，而且还可以另辟蹊径，重新占据主动。

要想先做事，必须先做人：要想先做事，必须先做人。做好了人，才能做事。做人要低调谦虚，做事要高调有信心，事情做好了，低调做人水平就又上了一个台阶。

春天，叶子刚刚从枝干伸起懒腰，随小鸟的光临而出来锻炼，运动；夏天，在骄阳似火的烈日下，为鸟儿们夺取那一点阴凉；秋天，噢，秋天又来了，他们在冰霜的到来而欣然从高大的树上虽其他伙伴一起飘然而下。那场面，如细雨那样密集，如歌曲一样动听，如樱花那般灿烂。在飘落的那一瞬间，没有后悔，没有悲哀，也没有自卑。没有不能改变的，所有的一切，都因为在改变中而美丽。而它，也是一样的，当落叶飘到地上的时候，更多的，是被人们用脚踩在下面，更多的，是被那寒冷刺骨的冰雪厚厚的掩盖着，无论怎样，它总是默默无闻，无怨无悔。在困难的磨难下，不断地被分解在泥土里，无声无息，悄然而逝。等到有一个春天来临的时候，她早已经粉身碎骨，小鸟飞来找它，松树跑来寻它，都无处可寻。唯有那拇指大的蚯蚓，已在泥土里，闻到了他那股清香的气息。他把她的一切都奉献给了泥土，让站立在它上面的大树更加枝繁叶茂，让插在这里的秧苗茁壮成长，让在这里的花儿开得更加得光彩夺目。她的美丽，是人们的丰收；她的美丽，是别人的幸福；她的美丽，是大地的再生。

落叶的美丽，不可比拟，更是精神和品质的升华，给万物带来不同的美丽，不同得光彩。

童年像一块调色板，不停地调呀调，调出我的五彩记忆：童年像一块魔方，轻轻地转呀转，转出我的喜怒哀乐。

还记得那一年，爸爸出差回来的时候，给我带啦一个漂亮的泥娃娃。小小的泥娃娃有着一身朱古力色的皮肤。一件天蓝色的小外套，粉红色的小裙子，再配上翠绿色的鞋子，别提有多别致啦。小巧玲珑的脸上嵌着一双水灵灵的大眼睛，仿佛有很多美丽的故事想要告诉你，翘翘的小鼻子下面是一张樱桃似的小嘴。在阳光的照耀下，泥娃娃的头发也一闪一闪地发出幸福的金色光芒。

只要一想起这个可爱的泥娃娃宝贝，我就开心得合不拢嘴巴。

日子一天一天过去啦，泥娃娃的身上有些脏啦，这可怎么办呢？我一边烦恼，一边自言自语地说：“衣服脏啦可以洗，鞋子脏啦也可以洗……唉，看来今天只有辛苦我帮泥娃娃洗个澡啦！没办法，谁让我这么喜欢楚楚动人的她呢？”

说干就干，我一边哼着小调，一边鬼使神差地按照妈妈洗衣服的方法准备齐啦所有给泥娃娃洗澡的工具。我小心翼翼地洗啊洗。呀，天啊，这是怎么啦？为什么越洗越脏啦呢？我纳闷极啦，使出啦比之前更大的力气刷洗啦起来。

可想而知，从那之后，我再也见不到我那形影不离的好伙伴泥娃娃啦。我伤心极啦，眼睛哭得像核桃一样肿肿的。慢慢的，我长大啦，也明白啦其中的道理。

不过，一直到现在想起来仍然觉得自己傻得可爱，亲爱的小伙伴们，你们说我傻吗？
