7月25日---8月3日，XX中学组织2014级高一新生80人在XX工商职业技术学院内开展为期10天的夏令营活动，根据活动安排，我负责对学生进行英语学法指导，根据新生特点，我提前制定了教学计划、教学目标。本次参加夏令营的学生为高一年级排名靠前的新生，为培养他们良好的学习习惯，坚强的学习意志，迅速适应高中学习，将来把他们打造成为品学兼优的尖子生。学生们的中考成绩虽然较好，但是英语综合运用语言的能力还很差，一到高一就会迅速滑坡，因此上好初高中的衔接课至关重要。

为使学生了解高中英语学习特点，在四节指导课中我以写作指导贯穿始终，通过听说读写训练，开阔视野，激发英语学习兴趣。通过语言实践，培养学生运用语言的能力，并运用已知的语法知识发现错误，纠正错误。帮助他们树立信心，从容应对新学期，新学习，新挑战。引导学生运用英语进行交流，写作，并且有意识的进行自我修正，培养发现问题，分析问题，解决问题以及自主学习的能力。

4节课内容初步安排如下：

第一节课

听说训练:以新学期，新环境为主题，师生互动，相互了解，鼓励学生大胆开口用英语进行交流，教师适时提供句型表达使交流内容丰满。

第二节课

说写训练：以新环境为主题，让学生了解修文及修文中学的概况，和学生一起讨论描述地点的有用表达，引导学生写一篇介绍修文中学的短文。

写后任务：

将写作评价表(自我评价和同伴评价)发给学生，指导如何进行评价，要求第二天交。

第三节课

短文改错解题指导。结合学生写的文章，找出常犯的错误，提前打印好有语病的句子，共同分析错误原因。

第四节课(讲座)

英语书面表达要注意的几个问题(主要结合高考评卷中反映出的学生答题出现的突出问题，提出平时学生在书面表达训练中应该强化训练的方向，应该积累的知识等等)

四节课的指导收到了较好的效果，学生从不愿意开口讲英语到能够比较积极的参与课堂活动，能够比较认真的完成布置的任务，大部分学生英语写作能力较好。

但是，在教学中也暴露出了他们的一些不足：

1. 学习的主动性和积极性还有待大大提高，良好的学习习惯还有待养成。比如在课堂上教师所讲的内容大部份学生还没有形成及时记笔记的习惯，老师提醒记下来才动笔，没有记完全的内容课后也不会找其他同学的笔记补充完整;老师要求上交的学习任务只有一半的学生能够按照规定时间上交，其余的是拖延一天才完成，学习上的紧迫感和竞争意识不强。

2.自主学习能力和合作学习需要花很大功夫培养。可能因为初中的学习多数时间都是在完成老师的任务，按照老师的要求做，很少有自己的“主见”，所以遇到放手自己安排学习和同伴合作时就无所适从，做得很不好。而到了高中学习阶段，这两方面的能力不能大幅度提高的话，学习的效果不会太好。

3.课外知识严重匮乏。主要体现在老师问到很多常识绝大多数学生都不知道。以往的学习还是只停留在书本知识上，可见有用的课外书的阅读量太少，知识面太窄。

这些不足将会严重影响他们今后学习迅速的提高，在今后的教学当中要针对性的，有目的的进行训练，要想又快又好的出成绩，老师的任务任重道远。

Whenever I remember my grade school days, I tend to be wistful over. Though no more are those days, I will never forget now wonderful they were. I was efree in my school days and all the year round I lived happily. I was not a hardworking pupil. Every day I directed my attention not to study but to how to out to how to cut classes and class leader as I was. I did not act like one; instead, I even encouraged others to cut classes, too. of course. I was caught out and severely punished. Often in preparing for a test we pupils would work together to devise ways of cheating in the test room. Though I was poor at cheating in any test. Among all means of transportation, I like bicycle most. It’s cheap as well

as popular.

There are many advantages to ride the bicycle. In the first place, riding

bicycle makes me feel independent. I can go anywhere by bicycle. Especially

during rush hours, I can still move freely. Secondly, using a bicycle is good

for environment protection, because it wont emit any waste gas. Moreover,

bicycle riding is also a good sport. While riding a bicycle, I can exercise

myself, which is healthful to me.

In my free time, I often ride my bicycle to get around in the downtown area

or in the countryside, so as to relax myself. Its really a nice outdoor

activity for me, I think.

1. 比较级的修饰语有 far, even, still, a great deal, a bit, rather, three times, any 中考, no, very much 等。如：

浅谈名词的可数性及其修饰语

名词根据其可数性可分类可数名词和不可数名词。在使用时要注意它们的以下特点：

◎可数名词有复数形式，而不可数名词一般没有复数形式。

◎可数名词前可以直接用不定冠词修饰，而不可数名词前不可以直接用不定冠词修饰。

◎可数名词可以在前面直接加数词表示数量，而不可数名词不能直接在前面用数词表示数量，若要表示数量需要用a piece of之类的结构。

可是，就是因为我从小有这样的心理，加上学校一个星期才两节英语课，我的英语只能勉强及格。自从转学后，我意识到了一些学英语的重要性，但是我并没有完全领悟，为什么中国人要学英语？我的语文和数学成绩在班上也算是优秀的，但是因为每次英语只有60到70分，庆幸的时候也就是80分左右，但是同学们的成绩，四分之一都是80分以上，虽然人数很少，就因为这样，我的英语成绩远远落后于一些同学，每次总分加起来，我顶多也是个第二名，这让我特别恼火，我没有去好好学习英语，而是更加厌烦英语，对于英语，只能用一个字形容——烦！

我尊敬老师，但是唯独不尊敬英语老师。这学期，新来了一名英语老师，我无所谓，心想：“教英语都不是中国人，都一样，一种人，我何必去理他。”我这种态度似乎被老师一眼就看出开了，老师从容地说：“同学们，说实话，你们喜不喜欢英语呢？”同学们哑口无言，“实话要实说，我知道你们都讨厌英语，成绩都是勉强提上来的，但只是以前你们死打死背单词，没掌握好方法。而且你们都有叛逆心理。”老师稍停了一会儿，说道：“也许你们以为学英语是觉得对不起国家、对不起父母，但是你们错了，你们知道吗？以前的英国统治了世界，即便是现在，连美国也比不上英国，如果你们想让中国的孩子不再学习英语，不是在这里叛逆，而是好好学习！要知道英语是主课，会加到总分里面，英语不好的同学，即便你语文数学再好，总分也是稍逊一筹……”

英语老师给我们讲了很多很多，基本上遇见某个同学不认真听讲、或者是不做作业，都会讲一些故事或者是道理，而我们就像听故事那样津津有味，这给我们很大的启示，我们也渐渐不厌烦英语了。

咦？这是什么？电饭煲吗？才不是呢！这是英语老师给我们带来的录音机~英语老师说：“你们不是一出生就会写字的，而是靠语言和交流才会说话写字的，英语也是一样，课前十分钟我让你们听一会儿磁带，但是，必须要安静，而且要去思考，我相信你们的成绩会挺高的，以为只要会说，渐渐的就会写。”老师还告诉我们：“听力占试卷很多分，所以要学好听力。而且，要把学习当作一种乐趣，而不是负担……”

英语老师从来不让我们默写单词，而是让我们背单词，一天背三到十个单词，我们觉得很轻松、也很快乐。老师要求我们快，还讲解了学好英语用速、效、雅三个要素(尊敬的老师对不起，我忘记了。)还讲解了这些代表什么，等等，很多很多，我们不知不觉喜欢上了英语。

英语老师很灵敏。一次出黑板报，由于一直没有画好灯笼，我就在英语课时不时地往黑板报看，可是我每次都是在老师转身写英语的时候才偷偷看的。“凌优！”英语老师突然的一声把我吓呆了，“你是不是再看后面还没有画好的灯笼？我宽恕了你好多次了……”我听着，脸羞红羞红的，不敢再回头看黑板报……

还有一次，我由于英语练习没错，老师就点名批评我，其实也不是批评，而是说读书不是为了父母和老师等道理。我很伤心，其实我不必去伤心，那只是英语而已，学不学好无所谓啊！但是我为什么这么伤心呢？

自从那几次教训起，我也不知道为什么，每当到英语课，我就异常的认真，动都不敢动一下，坐姿端正，读单词或句子的声音也是最大的，我也不知道为什么，也许是因为害怕英语老师，也许是因为为了弥补以前的过错。

英语带给我的那些烦恼都被清风带走了，每当英语课听到那些磁带里发出的录音时，我总是想：“总有一天，我们不用学英语，而是那些外国的小孩学好中国的语言。而在迎接那天到来的之前，为了老师对我们的期望，也为了自己，学好英语！“

英语老师，我真的很想感谢您！但是，每当我看您的时候，刚刚来的勇气却又沉了下去，或许您已经把我列入学生中的黑名单了，可您还是我心目中的好老师！

我也不知道为什么，我爱上了英语，每当同学们说一个词、一句话的时候，我就会想，这些言语用英语来说是怎样的呢？学英语可以让自己更自信！我爱英语，IloveEnglish！

或许是因为老师对我的批评，或许是因为老师的教学方法，或许是因为老师给我们讲的道理。但是，无论是怎样，这都是来自于我的英语老师，他不仅仅传授于我、于我们知识，还有许许多多对我们人生很大帮助的启示。

英语是我曾经最讨厌的东西，但是我把他们搞混了，我讨厌英语而不是老师。而现在却因为我的英语老师喜欢上了英语。英语和老师两者皆不同，一个是……，还有ing也是……哎呀！又这样了！英语你完全进入我的世界了！

英语不是老师，老师不是英语。英语是给我们学习的，老师是来给我们教英语的，因为有一位有方法，又特别灵敏的老师，使我们再一次对英语有了重新的认识。

When I am making mistakes, my parents will never be angry with me. I am so thankful to them for they are so tolerant with me. I learn many things from my parents, they show me how to be a tolerant person. They will not blame me for the small mistake that I make, instead, they will educate me in the gentle way. Unlike some parents who are strict to their kids, they will be very angry and said the hurting words, making the children feel sad. Being tolerant to other peoples mistakes is the best way to solve the problem. People will appreciate the kind act and make things goes on the easy way.

When the national entrance examination is over, people always pay more

attention to those who are enrolled by colleges and universities. Those who

failed the examination are treated coldly. Being enrolled by colleges and

universities is, of course, worth congratulating. But giving the successful

candidates excessive praise and neglecting those who failed the examination

might send the wrong message: young people do not have a bright future unless

they go to college or university.

Teachers, parents and society, therefore, should give more attention to

students failing the examination. They are in more urgent need of understanding,

warmth and encouragement. We should tell them that to go to college is not the

only way to success, and that, if they make enough effort, they can still

develop talents in other occupations that will serve society.

Personally, the country’s economic development requires not only

specialized scientists and technical experts, but also knowledge-based workers

and skilled laborers. After some vocational training, these senior high school

students can also become backbones in their own fields and contribute their

wisdom to our society.
