Hello, everybody. Im Li Hua.Today my topic is how to eat in a healthy way.

Firstly, we should never eat fried food or foods with lots of sugar because they are not good for health.Secondly, try to eat more vegetables and fruit.Because they can make us become much healthier.

My eating habits are good.For example, I often eat healthy foods, like wholemeal bread, eggs, vegetables and milk for breakfast and rice, noodles, and vegetables for dinner.

I hope everyone can eat in a healthy way.

How time flies!I have studied in my school for three years. And I will graduate from middle school in a month. I am eager to share my happiness and sadness with you.

I had so many memories in three years’life. On of them impressed me very much. I still remember，when I began to learn English，I found it too difficult. From the report we can see that in 20XX,40 percent of people stayed at home for holidays. But now the proportion has reduced to 9 percent. More people go out for fun. The proportion of camping and traveling abroad was increasing steadily, from 10 percent in 20XX to 38 percent in 20XX, and 12 percent in 20XX to 26 percent in 20XX respectively. People enjoy the fresh air, clean Water and green hills when they go camping in the suburbs. In 20XX,38 percent people enjoyed going to the seaside while in 20XX only 27 percent prefer to go there. My mother is very kind and easygoing. She helps me a lot. She takes good care of my daily life. For example, every morning, she wakes me up and cooks breakfast for me.
