Many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction, because the environment that they are living in has changed greatly. For example, with the developmet of cities, the using of insecticide and serious pollution, their living areas have become narrowcr and narrower. Many of the wild animals, now are confronted with food crisis. At the same time, man is killing off species just for getting their fur, skin, horns, teeth and meat.

In order to protect our resources of ecology, people should realize that the loss of any species is at least the loss of source of knowledge and a source of natural beauty. 再说一下成都吧，我们这走几步就是垃圾，而垃圾桶里却一个垃圾也没有，望着那被人遗忘的垃圾桶，我不禁想起了身边的清洁工阿姨还有叔叔。最重要的是听老师说：“好像成都要干旱，那一场雨就是人工降的。今年都是人类惹得祸”有人会问：“雨下了应该有彩虹的呀?”我想告诉你：“是因为空气不清新，灰尘又很多，能见度太低了，所以成都没有彩虹。”但如果成都有沙尘暴，成都就不叫成都了，应该叫沙城才对。

如果你对生活很满意，但你忽略了一点，就是大家。

如果人类的科技很发达，但是植物却很少。

还好这只是如果。

大家好！，今天我演讲的题目是，保护环境从我做起。

当你在这美丽的校园中学习，为我们美好的未来而努力时，相信我们每一个同学都渴望有一个干净的校园，渴望健康的生命，渴望绿色，渴望我们有一个良好的生活环境。学校是育人的场所，环境教育是提高我们思想道德素质和科学文化素质的基本手段之一，建立节约型和环境友好型校园，这不仅是学校自身发展的需要，更是我们学生应有的社会责任。为了增强大家的环境保护意识，让校园、班级环境更加整洁靓丽，有利于创建绿色和谐的校园环境，我认为作为学生的我们更应该养成爱护环境的好习惯。那么我们应该从哪些方面做起呢？

1、不乱扔垃圾，果皮纸屑，不随地吐痰，不随意采摘校园的一草一木，爱护公共绿地。

2、节约用水，珍惜水资源，减少水污染；节约用电。

3、节约用纸，以便国家减少树木的砍伐。

3、生活节俭，不随意浪费粮食，不挑食，不剩饭。

4、从我做起，号召全校同学树立环境意识，为创建绿色和谐校园出自己的一份力。

勤奋节俭是中华民族历来的传统美德，父母老师也经常教育我们要保护环境。同学们让我们义不容辞地行动起来吧，树立环境意识，养成节约资源的习惯。从我做起，从点滴小事做起，从现在做起，为了我们有个优美的校园环境，有个繁荣美丽的祖国而努力！

In recent years， many nations have bee more aware of the environmental issues each nation faces， such as air and water pollution。 The question is， are the environmental issues a national problem or an international problem? It is my belief that the environmental issues have grown to the point of being an international problem needing international cooperation to resolve。

Because of the differences in environmental policies， resources and technology， international cooperation could provide quicker results and have a greater impact on bringing resolution to environmental problems for nations of differing environmental policies and of lesser resources and technology。 By pooling international resources and technology to address the environmental problems， the disadvantaged nations are provided the assistance needed。 Otherwise their environmental conditions deteriorate ultimately affecting the resources and environment of the world as a whole。

One of the difficulities to an international resolution to environmental issues is the difference in individual nations view and policies toward environmental protection。 In order for international cooperation to occur and succeed， the nations of the world must submit themselved to international standards and supervision by an international mission elected by the participating nations of the world。 All members must agree to abide by the standards established。

The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world。 The impact is long term and international in scope。 Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole， depletion of the ozone layer， water pollution， air polution， etc。， the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation， not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems。

As part of the same planet， it is the responsibility of each individual and nation to protect the global environment。 Only international cooperation will provide the timely solutions and the effectiveness needed to stop the deteriorating global environment。

Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a quality of the imagination, a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease.

This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.

Whether 60 or 16, there is in every human being’s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing appetite for what’s next and the joy of the game of living.

In the center of your heart and my heart, there is a wireless station; so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, courage and power from man and from the infinite, so long as you are young.

When your aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you’ve grown old, even at 20; but as long as your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there’s hope you may die young at 80.

环境保护是一个全人类都在面对的艰巨的问题，我来给家乡发展提十条建议。

第一条：少用一次性筷子。一次性筷子如果用得过多，森林的面积就会减少。

第二条：提倡垃圾分类。垃圾分类也能减少环境恶化，垃圾主要分为“可回收垃圾”、“不可回收垃圾”、“其他垃圾”等。

第三条：合理用纸，打印纸张时要双面打印，不能浪费纸张，应该节约用纸。

第四条：不乱丢垃圾。垃圾不能随地乱丢，应及时放进垃圾桶内。

第五条：节约粮食，粮食都是农民伯伯辛辛苦苦种的，要考虑有些地方的人还在挨饿。

第六条：少做私家车。可以多骑环保又能健身的自行车，也可以坐公交车，这样能减少空气污染。

第七条：少用塑料袋，据了解塑料袋是无法分解的。据了解，分解一个塑料瓶需要至少450年！

第八条：政府对工厂排出的废烟、废气、废水等都要采取有效措施。那些不仅会污染环境，还会影响人类的健康。

第九条：少用农药，被农药污染的水是对我们的身体是有危害的，会污染环境。

第十条：少制造噪音。噪音也是有危害的。

第十一条：节约用电。冰箱等电器也会造成环境危害，我们应该养成随手关灯的习惯。

让我们一起爱护地球吧，让我们的家乡发展得更好！

Many people believe that we have developed into a “throw-away society” which is filling with plastic bags and rubbish. What do you think?

Wind blows up bags higher and higher in the sky. It is a scary thought that some day the earth will turn into a huge garbage land. Wastes, if not treated properly, will make our life a living nightmare.

The environmental issue is getting worse almost every day in cities with very large population. As is often the case, city development outpaces environmental protection. People consume great amount of natural resources and produce wastes. To effectively address such problems, cities need to spend big money. In addition, they need to call to the attention of people to become more environmentally responsible.

Many people are becoming less responsible and easily influenced by bad behaviors. “Why should I care while others shouldn’t?” Such idea makes some people only concern with places where they live and work. Furthermore, people sometimes even purposely litter for revenge to other people.

Although media promotes environmental awareness, good people are often snubbed as posers who try to set up a superior image in real life. Consequently, they are intimated of receiving negative comments for doing the right thing. Wrong as it is, such phenomenon is widespread especially among youngsters and people with low income and little education.

However, our society is waging a campaign against environmental pollution. People learn the harms of un-degradable lunch boxes and other polluting wastes. Laws in many countries prohibit or limit excessive use of polluting bags. Companies are continually replacing the old materials with more environmental friendly and recyclable kinds. Scientists have developed more effective technologies in waste treatment. As time goes by, more and more people put high priority on the protection of environment for a healthier life.

To sum up, people produce huge amount of garbage and the environment is seriously polluted because of lack of financial resources, sense of responsibility, or efforts. But the world will not turn into a “throw away” society if people put in sufficient efforts to protect our environment.

古往今来，地球母亲用她那身躯里的丰富的资源孕育了一个又一个的奇迹般的生命。原来，她和她的孩子们快乐地共同生活。可是，现在，人类为了自身的利益，将她折磨得天昏地暗。人类只有一个地球，而地球正面临着严峻的环境危机。“救救地球”已成为世界各国人民最强烈的呼声。

在古代那个科技不发达的时代，环境优美，并没有存在什么臭氧空洞，温室效应，大气污染PM2.5等等。而如今，我们的环境随着科技的日益发展，被渐渐破坏。

按常理说科技发达可以找到很多让环境好起来方法，但是这一幕又一幕惨不忍睹的画面又是怎么回事呢？真相只有一个，那就是人类。 据我网上搜到的一篇资料上说：“ 由于人们对工业高度发达的负面影响预料不够，预防不利，导致了全球性的三大危机：资源短缺、环境污染、生态破坏等。人类不断地向环境排放污染物质，但由于大气、水、土壤等的扩散、稀释、氧化还原、生物降解等的作用，污染物质的浓度和毒性会自然降低，这种现象叫做环境自净。如果排放的物质超过了环境的自净能力，环境质量就会发生不良变化，危害人类健康和生存，这就发生了环境污染。 触目惊心的环境污染随处可见：天空昏暗、空气污浊、污水横流、垃圾围城……，连远在冰天雪地的南极企鹅体内也发现DDT等农药残余，珠穆朗玛峰遍地狼藉，蓝天碧水已经成为许多人儿时的记忆和遥不可及的梦想。 南极臭氧空洞，是因为过去氟利昂用量过多，排放到空气中造成的，会有大量紫外线照射地球，皮肤癌等发率升高，地球温度升高；许多水域会发生赤潮等是因为生活工业废水进入水域，这些水富含氮，磷，使水富营养化造成的，会导致鱼虾死亡，也会通过生物富集作用损害人们的健康；美国的原始森林遭破坏，是人为的，有很多树木都是被砍伐的。造成很多动物流离失所，甚至有些物种灭亡……这些铁一样的事实告诉我们，环境污染像恶魔般无情地吞噬着人类的生命。它威胁着生态平衡，危害着人体健康，制约着经济和社会的可持续发展，它让人类陷入了困境。

人类只是地球中的一员，地球母亲创造了无数生命，但回过头又来伤害她的只有人类，人类这样做凭什么？他自以为主宰了地球，但是地震、龙卷风、海啸、洪水，这些都是人力无法避免的因素。人类的力量哪去了？这个地球它的主人是她自己，如果人类还没意识到自己的行为，他将会后悔的，这个地球将会毁灭一切，把人类施加在他身上的痛苦一并还给他。

现如今我们所能做的便是好好地保护好这个地球，让这些灾害发生的可能性减小。从身边的每件小事做起，不用一次性筷子、饭盒，少开私家车，绿色出行，不浪费食物，节约用水、用电，等等。

别看事小，但做不做取决于你，让我们地球村的人携手走近未来，共同建设好地球村吧！

地球这样我们人类的家园，也这样人类的母亲。我们依靠它，探索它。这个蔚蓝色的星球多么美丽，但我们要明白：地球只有一个！

遗憾的这样，许多人对于这个浅显易懂的道理却视而不见，继续为所欲为，妄顾地球家园的安危。环境科学家曲格平以前说过这样一句话：“唯有变革，才能拯救人类的命运，也唯有变革，才能使我们的子孙后代世世代代生存下去。”里面的“变革”就这样指环保。说得很对，所以如今有许多人拿着标语在街上喊空口号，却没有见过多的行动。难道这样污染就会好转吗？不！

看，我们城市里的河流的河水发黑发臭;排成长龙的汽车放出超多的废气；成片的绿地变成“石屎森林”；那清脆的鸟叫声消失得无影无踪。如果再这样下去，中国将继续贫乏水资源，空气将变得愈来愈浑浊，本世纪将有10%的鸟类物种消失。上述的事情，我们人类这样罪魁祸首！

人人皆知：树木能吸收二氧化碳，排放氧气，净化空气，这样我们人类生存的必要的条件。但这样有一些人为了金钱去乱砍滥伐树木，造成了过度的水土流失，使大地的植被受到严重的破坏，绿洲和城市也荒漠化，我们人类的生存受到了威胁。就我们平时用的一次性筷子，每一天都要耗费数十亩的森林，在那些人眼中，树木除了能够做家具和建筑材料外，似乎没有任何价值。难道还有人不懂树木对我们意味着什么吗我们居住面积已经很小了，如果再这样下去，可能连我们唯一的土地都失去。还有，我们的母亲河――黄河近年来河床和含沙量不断增高，成为全国污染最严重的几条江河之一。我们不能眼睁睁地看着黄河从我们手中枯竭，因而有许多环境学者纷纷研究治理黄河污染的方案，试图改善黄河的水质。但如果没有我们的共同参与，我们这个生命的摇篮――黄河将会走向衰竭和死亡。

如果我们再肆无忌惮地破坏环境，大自然将会给予我们惩罚。那些特大的洪水剥夺了不知多少人的性命，还有由于温室效应，南极北极的冰川融化导致水平面升高，海水淹没了沿海地区，经济损失惨重。难道这不这样最好的证明吗

我的家乡广宁这样靠竹海生态旅游来发展经济的，而今，某些竹林的环境恶乱不堪，让人叫苦不迭。竹海生态游这样我们广宁发展的根，如果根被破坏了，怎能长出茂盛的枝叶、开出美丽的花儿呢

让我们善待人类、善待自然吧！不知大家这样否看过《保护环境可做的100件事》这篇文章。其实，我们能做的事很多很多。如，在植树节栽一盆花、种一棵树；保护野生动物，这样生态得到平衡；珍惜水资源，不要向江河倾倒垃圾；当环保小卫士，利用每个绿色纪念日宣传环保意识，让青山常在、绿水长流、泥土永芬芳……这都这样我们力所能及的事情，我们为何不愿意实践呢？

此刻，地球的生态环境加剧恶化，环保警世钟已经敲响了。让我们齐齐加入保护环境的行列，创立一个人与大自然和谐共处的完美未来，让人类与自然生生不息地繁衍下去吧
