“Money can make the world go around。” In a word， money is more powerful than

anything else。

However， money should not be wasted。 It must be used for (some) proper

purposes。 We young men should form the good habit of not spending money in the

wrong way。

每个人为了能够维持生活，所以都期望得到钱。换句话说，钱是十分有用，所以没有它人类即无法生活。基于此种理由，我们有一句搞笑的谚语。它说有“钱能使鬼推磨”。一言以蔽之，钱比任何另外的东西更有力量。

然而，钱不就应被浪费掉。它务必用于正当的用途上。我们青年人就应养成不乱花钱的好习惯。

Today I had nothing to do again, so I started to write about my boring

summer days again. I dont have much interest in English since Im Chinese, but

I still have to write these boring summer journals because they are my

assignments from school. Im only doing this assignment because I respect my

English teacher.

有一个地方，山清水秀，鸟语花香。这就是我的家乡，一个心驰神往的地方!

我的家乡在一个偏远的小山村里。那里四面环山，群山像母亲的怀抱一样保护着我们，几条小径在山间蜿蜒而过，仿佛把群山都串联在一起了，彼此不分离。

山下还有一条清澈见底的小河。它慢慢地淌着，几乎静止，映着蓝天，尤如明镜。浅水处，有一群鸭子在里面嬉戏打闹，你追我赶，玩的甚是开心。更浅的地方，小鱼游动，“皆若空游无所依”，甚是悠闲。小鱼引起了鸭子的好奇，扇扇翅膀，踩着水，“哗哗哗”地扑腾赶来了，好像和小鱼逗乐。小鱼却吓得抱头鼠窜，魂不守舍。小鸭子玩得更欢了，把水弄得昏天黑地的，浑浊不堪。水深处，一座小石桥跨河而过。小石桥的影子倒映在水中，以水平面为分界，形成一幅完美的对称画卷，看起来毫无一丝败笔之处。

柳树、桃树、梨树，如忠实的伙伴守护着小河。这些树为小河增添了不少生机与活力。春天一到，柳树发芽了，柳枝在风中飘荡，仿佛像少女的头发一般。桃花爬上了树，远远望去像一片片灿烂的朝霞。而梨树开花时，则雪白一片，当春风拂过，花儿离开了枝头，漫天飞舞，仿佛在炫耀她的舞姿。地面、河面上茫茫的一片，像是在春天里悠然飘起的雪花。落在河面上的花瓣还随着水流打着转，调皮而可爱。好美的一幅画呀，有了这些伙伴，小河不再单调、乏味。

河畔尽头，绿油油的麦田，随风翻滚，像是掀起的碧浪。昆虫们在这里开着演唱会，小鸟偷偷探出头，叽叽喳喳，奏响了春天的交响曲……

田野里，忙碌的人们，有的在弓着腰，有的弯着背，为丰收的秋天洒下串串的汗珠。偶尔抬头望望天，满眼的希望……

最美家乡，我心所向!

I like dogs, because they are man’s good friends. They can do many helpful thingsto us, such as guarding our houses, greeting guests, helping the police, and soon. Some trained dogs can even lead the blind people and save people’s lives.So they‘re treated as our family members. I hope someday dogs will be in greatharmony with human-beings.

我喜欢狗，因为它们是人类的好朋友。他们可以为我们做很多有用的事情，如，保护房子，问候客人，帮助警方等等。一些受过训练的狗甚至可以引导盲人、拯救人们的性命。所以他们都被当做是我们的家庭成员。我希望有一天狗能与人类和谐共处。

Welcome to my hometown!

My home town is a good place .

It is near a hill. There are many big trees、beautiful flowers and nice food.

There is a shopping mall in the centre of the town.There are many shops in the shopping mall.Such as: clothes shops 、shoe shops、sports shops and KFC.It also has a park.You can go walking there .You can see green trees and lakes ,too.

There is little air pollution,because cars cant go into the centre of the town.

Peple here are very friendly and helpful .

I think my home town is a wonderful place to live.
