其实做粘豆包的方法并不难，需要的材料有：粘米面、水、红豆和白糖。做粘豆包需要先烀豆馅后和面。先把红豆放进锅里煮，等煮熟了就把它捣碎，捣成豆泥状，再撒一些白糖，就像是给大地铺上了一层白色的毛毯似的，白糖的多少根据个人喜好而定。然后开始和面，首先把粘米面和水和到一起，使它形成一个大面团。因为是粘米，所以做的时候要撒些面粉，这样它就不会粘到面板上了。再把这个面团揪成一些拳头大小的小面团，整齐地排放在面板上。接下来该把豆馅放进去了。那怎么放呢?其实很简单的，先用大拇指在小面团上按一个洞，注意不要按漏了，再盛一勺豆馅放进去，最后把它团成一个团，放到锅里蒸半个小时，刚出锅时，看着它白白胖胖的样子，像一个个雪娃娃，让人不忍心下口。当你拿起来时，香气扑鼻而来，当你咬上一口时，又甜又糯，仿佛置身于白茫茫的雪地里，欣赏着冬季的美景，让人无法忘怀。

我们常德有在腊月除尘之俗，一旦是腊月初八，十八，二八，家家户户可要忙着打扫卫生。把家里打扫得干干净净，一尘不染，以旧换新。这可是传统的卫生节。

除夕时，家家都要守岁!不过十二点不能睡觉。当然，我会买一些小小的鞭炮来放。在十二点的时候，烟花响了起来，我们站在那里观看着，美丽极了。嗨哟啊等着财神爷的到来，要到第二天早上才能把门打开。对于我来说，除夕最热闹。

“福建土楼”，你听说过吗？它可是“世界文化遗产”之一！我太骄傲了，因为我的老家就在闽西龙岩的永定，爷爷奶奶就住在这世界上独一无二的大型民居建筑群里。

盼星星、盼月亮，总算盼来了寒假，爸爸终于挤出时间开车带妈妈和我回老家过春节。我第一次看到了传说中的土楼：它好象是长方形的，有三层楼高，都是用泥土垒起来的，只有一个大门，却开着许多窗户。土楼里的楼梯是用木头做成的，上下楼梯时乒乒乓乓响，像打鼓一样。真有趣！我发现大厅的墙壁上有爸爸和我的名字，却没有妈妈的名字，这是怎么回事呢？爷爷说：“有“鸡鸡”的都可以贴在墙上，女人不行！”咳，现在还“重男轻女”？

热情的爷爷奶奶天天熬鸡汤、做芋子包、煮牛肉煲，换着花样犒劳我这个“小馋猫”。

在老家，我最喜欢和立卓弟弟一起放烟花。烟花“噼啪噼啪”的响声，五颜六色的光把许多大人和小孩都吸引过来，大家有说有笑的，土楼里可热闹了。有一次，我还逞能，用火钳把烟花夹住，塞进煤炭炉里，烟花在锅底嘘嘘响，冒出浓浓的烟，爷爷看见了，急忙喊：“快点扔掉，这样会烫手的！”吓得我赶紧一边扔，一边逃。

老家真好玩，以后我还要回去！

As we all realized that every one of us will fail during our life. Take me

for an example, I fail in my exam. In fact, failure always does appear, which

also means that failure is a daily occurrence, however, when facing the failure,

different people have different attitudes.

Some people hold the view that failure is the meaning whenever they could

not be successful. Thus, if meeting with failure, they will feel so nervous that

they have no idea what they are supposed to do. As time goes by, they become

more and more dispirited while eventually, they could do nothing well.

On the contrary, there are some people tending to believe another idea.

From their point of view, failure is outstanding due to the fact that it can

give them plenty of encouragement. Therefore, if facing failure, they will be

quite courageous and then try their best to beat it, finally, they make their

dream come true.

From my perspective, failure is neither an excellent thing nor an

appreciating thing. Sometimes, it is capable to offer us with encouragement,

however, it can also make us unconfident now and then. Thus, if encountering the

failure, never could we be scared. What we should do is to face it bravely and

never give up.

In summary, I wish when failure appears, each one of us could confront with

it bravely and beat it, if possible.

光阴似箭，日月如梭。一转眼就过去了20年。我怀着无比激动的心情回到了阔别已久的家乡——南日岛。

“哇!”这是一个原来经济落后的海岛吗?根本让人不能想，经济都是高度发展啊。

看!一座座高楼大厦拔地而起，让人数也数不尽。房前屋后，绿树繁花，花儿争奇斗艳，十里飘香。路旁一条条公路都是水泥做的，而且有十个车道呢，非常宽阔，路面上全部一尘不染。环保型的轿车来来往往，川流不息，也不会塞车。路旁的花草树木在向路人问好。一架架车子中有一种是手表型的车，它在空中飞，自动驾驶，自动刹车。

以前，路是土路，马路上是汽车，排放的尾气让人受不了。路边有许多垃圾死角，十分钟发出的臭气令人作呕。现在的车都是太阳能的，是在天空悬浮的车，非常环保。路灯十分亮，十分美，一盏盏桔黄的灯光美丽动人。

晚上，机器人把家先打扫得十分干净、华丽。让你住进家里，享受着神仙一般的待遇。

20年后的家乡，让我感到骄傲。
