First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

As we all realized that every one of us will fail during our life. Take me

for an example, I fail in my exam. In fact, failure always does appear, which

also means that failure is a daily occurrence, however, when facing the failure,

different people have different attitudes.

Some people hold the view that failure is the meaning whenever they could

not be successful. Thus, if meeting with failure, they will feel so nervous that

they have no idea what they are supposed to do. As time goes by, they become

more and more dispirited while eventually, they could do nothing well.

On the contrary, there are some people tending to believe another idea.

From their point of view, failure is outstanding due to the fact that it can

give them plenty of encouragement. Therefore, if facing failure, they will be

quite courageous and then try their best to beat it, finally, they make their

dream come true.

From my perspective, failure is neither an excellent thing nor an

appreciating thing. Sometimes, it is capable to offer us with encouragement,

however, it can also make us unconfident now and then. Thus, if encountering the

failure, never could we be scared. What we should do is to face it bravely and

never give up.

In summary, I wish when failure appears, each one of us could confront with

it bravely and beat it, if possible.

夏天的景色更加美丽。葱葱茏茏的白杨树上长着密密层层的枝叶，像一排排强壮的哨兵在放哨。南湖开满了荷花。一朵朵含苞欲放的花骨朵，好像画家的斗笔，蘸上了粉红色的颜料。开放的荷花，有的展开两三瓣，有的全部展开。粉红色的花瓣中露出一丝-的花蕊和嫩-的莲蓬。翡翠般的荷叶露出清晰的叶脉，像一个个大圆盘浮在水面。一阵微风吹过湖面上泛起一层层鱼鳞般的波纹。荷花荷叶随风飘动，好像亭亭玉立的少女翩翩起舞。

秋天到了，天气凉爽了。柳树的叶子由绿变黄了，一片片树叶飘落下来，像一只只蝴蝶在空照翩翩起舞。松树、柏树、杨树向一排排坚强的哨兵排成整齐的队伍站在秋风中，依然那样翠绿。绿油油的小草由绿变黄了，枯黄的小草在秋天种吹拂下像一块块软绵绵的大地毯。

冬天，是一个快乐的季节，是一个冰天雪地的季节。小朋友们在冬天里嬉戏、玩耍。有的小朋友打雪仗，有的堆雪人，还有的滑雪橇。雪人站在雪地上很可爱，它们高兴地看着小朋友做游戏。冬天下着鹅毛大雪，天地都变成了白色。我爱冬天。

家乡的美表现在两个地方，那就是：景色美和人的心灵美。 The beauty of the hometown is manifested in two places, that is, the beauty of the scenery and the human heart.

其实，美无处不在，只要我们细心观察，美，随处可见。我们的家乡景色很美。她美在河、山、花、地这些我们熟悉地方。河的美表现在她清澈见底，纯净无比;山的美表现在她层峦叠嶂、高低起伏;花的美表现在她万紫千红、出类拔萃;地的美表现在她生机勃勃、生意葱茏。欣赏着眼前这一幕幕美景，我陶醉了，不禁发出感叹：我的家乡真美啊!

我的家乡不仅景色美，这儿的人更美。

当我们爬上八仙岩的时候，我已经累得气喘吁吁，筋疲力尽了。我口渴难耐，心想：如果这时有人为我送来清甜可口的水那该有多好啊!正当我想得入迷的时候，亲切和蔼的声音打断了我的思路：“小朋友，快进来喝口水吧!这儿有水!”“哦，原来是一位白发苍苍、身材瘦小、脸上布满皱纹的老奶奶热情地招呼我们喝水呢!

”我们欣喜若狂，顿时活像一只精力充沛的兔子，连蹦带跳地跑向老奶奶家。我们像进村的强盗一样，一瞬间就把老奶奶家的几壶水喝个精光。看到我们这副模样，老奶奶没有责骂我们，反而热情如初：“没关系，如果还没解渴，我继续烧。”说罢，她拎起泥水壶，踉踉跄跄地去烧水了。望着老奶奶远去的背影，刹那间，泪水模糊了我的双眼：是啊，人的外表不重要，重要的是她的内心啊!此时，我觉得眼前的老奶奶是世界上最美丽的女人!

今天的寻美之旅，真值!

随着科技的快速发展，环境受到的负面影响亦颇为明显，其中西洋湖就是显而易见的一个例子。西洋湖位于黄山西路，那里扶风垂柳、青草依依，环境十分宜人，一直是附近居民悠闲散步的好去处。

然而去年暑假途径那里，湖水已经泛绿并不时传来一阵阵恶臭。寻着这股浓烈的味道，会发现水中还有多条翻着白肚皮的死鱼，大小不一的随处漂浮在湖面上，发臭的死鱼身上爬满了苍蝇，看起来甚是恶心。

为何湖面会出现大量死鱼？好奇的我问了经常在此散步的奶奶们，原来今年夏季晴热高温，长期不下雨，西洋湖水位下降了很多，再加上前几天气温和水温都较高，一些较大的鱼便因缺氧死亡了。

西洋湖除了作为休闲好去处外还主要起着蓄水防洪的作用。这次一方面是因为黄山东路雨水管网中串联的污水，另一方面西洋湖没有长效的补水机制。长此以往，水质必会出现问题。

我觉得好的环境是我们健康生活密不可少的一部分。我们要从小事做起，从自己做起，自个先当起保护环境的小卫士；另一方面，环境部门必须对身边的污染足够的重视，积极有效的采取措施。我相信，只要大家共同努力必会有一篇美丽的“明天”等着我们。

一条清澈见底的小溪，正潺潺地从村前流过，我爱家乡的小溪。 A clear stream flows from the village, I love the small stream in my hometown.

在乡下的日子里，每天听它叮咚叮咚地歌唱;每天看它缓缓地流向远方;每天和它一起嬉戏玩耍，别提多开心了。那些日子里，我总是和弟弟一起玩水逗趣，你泼我，我泼你，衣服湿掉也不甚在意，只想一直顺着溪流往前走去。有时我还会泼停在水草上有着蓝黑色翅膀的蜻蜓，喜欢看它们带着水珠飞上天空，煽动美丽的翅膀，在阳光的照射下，抖落一身晶莹的水珠，那情景极美极美。

村后，是一望无垠的农田。夏天的田野，满眼是翻滚的稻浪，还有绿油油的蔬菜，大人在田地里劳作，孩子们便在田头捉蜻蜓。当第一阵秋风吹过田野的时候，吹黄了稻子，吹红了高粱，人们这才感受到劳动的甘甜、丰收的喜悦。现在我长大了，偶尔会跟着爷爷奶奶去田里干活。

虽然没什么可以给我干，但我会采一些红的、黄的、紫的不知名的野花撒在田间的小路上，似乎想铺出一条彩虹毯。我最喜欢站在田野中间对着大山大声叫：“我是王昕颖!”听着回声在山野里回荡。奶奶就会笑着说，“小妞，小心把老虎招来哦!”“嘻嘻，这儿哪会有老虎，我看狼都没有。”乡下的夜景就更加迷人了。

夜阑人静，月洒清辉，清晰的流水声使周围显得更加幽静。如盘的月影静静地躺在溪底，洁白如玉，晶莹如镜，周围的云彩似乎放射着银色的光芒。这时整条小溪显得静谧，神秘，就像神话里的世界一样。这样的夜里，我总是搬来小椅子坐在溪边，和家人一起望着天上的明月，看着水里的月亮。有时觉得无趣，就和弟弟一起数星星，可是总也数不完。

“知了——知了——”这是乡下人的催眠曲，我爱这美妙的歌声，更爱我的家乡!

The holiday I like most is to visit Guilin with my parents .Because Guilin is one of the most attractive tourism places in China.Guilin is famous for Li River and Elephant Trunk Hill.They are the symbols of Guilin.People can enjoy the landscape on the bamboo raft and meanwhile talk to the Guilinese.People can learn a lot about the Ethnic Minorities culture there.There are also many delicious local food Guilin,such as Guilin rice noodles,Flowerbridge chilli paste.I really want to try them by my own month with my parents again .I cant wait to go there .I will go there when I have next holiday.

我最喜爱的假期是那次和我父母一起去桂林旅游.桂林中国最迷人的旅游胜地之一.桂林最有名的地方莫过于丽江和象鼻山,人们可以在竹筏上欣赏当地的景致,还可以在和桂林当地人的交谈中了解很多关于那里的少数民族文化.当地还有很多可口的饮食,诸如桂林米粉和桂林花桥辣椒酱.我真的好想和我父母一起再去那里品尝一下,我几乎快等不及了,当我下一次放假的时候我一定要和我和父母再去那里.

March 5th is my birthday.Its also a special day to memorize a great person

-- Lei Feng. This year I celebrated my birthday in a different way. In the

morning, I got up early and cooked breakfast for my parents. At school, I helped

my desk-mates to repair their broken chairs.After school, I took my birthday

cake to the home for the aged. The old men were so happy to see me. All o~ them

hoped that I would be back again.What a joyful birthday it was!
