自从改革开放以后，人们的生活水平就得到了翻天覆地的变化，我的家乡也同样在奇迹般的变化着。

回忆往日，家乡的人们为了填饱肚子，在院子里种满了许多蔬菜，有小青菜、西红柿、青椒，非常乱，颜色斑驳陆离，真是一个杂乱而又拥挤的院子。而现在人们不在种蔬菜，而是在院子里种花，绿化环境，每一个季节都会有花开放，春天玫瑰、月季花竞相开放，夏天花儿就更加花繁叶茂了，秋天本该百花凋零，可顽强的菊花依然在寒风刺骨中傲然挺立，冬天大雪纷飞，梅花含苞绽放。

昔日，家乡光秃秃的，几乎没有一棵树，大人们都是在门前的墙角下聊聊天，小孩子们在家扇扇子，家里闷热，家外炎热，现在路旁种满了花草树木，炎热的夏天，大人在树下乘凉，小孩子在树下打滚，玩游戏。

想起从前，人们种田的技术并不是很好，所以每次他们非常用心的去种田，还是不能提高粮食的产量，而现在的人们种田的技术越来越高了，并且种田都是机械化，不但能提高粮食的产量，而且还能种出反季节瓜果蔬菜。

曾经在我的家乡很难看到一件像样的电器，如果谁家能有一台14英寸的黑白电视，那他家的条件已经算得上很好了，而今一些普通的电器如：冰箱、空调、洗衣机、LED屏的超薄电视机，几乎普遍全村，有的人还买了私家小轿车呢！

以前的家乡垃圾满堆、河水浑浊、花草枯萎，现在家乡实行新农村，新建了垃圾池。并且，每条小路口都放着个环保垃圾桶，人们把垃圾倒入垃圾桶，再由清洁工人把垃圾运到垃圾站销毁。从此，家乡的环境起了变化，人们的生活不断提高，马路两旁变成了绿化带，花在向人们招手，河水清澈见底，鱼虾在小河里游来游去。

我的家乡是人间天堂，“上有天堂，下有苏杭”住在杭州实在是太好了。在这里，春天桃红柳绿，百花争艳；夏天接天莲叶，映日荷花；秋天金风送爽，桂花飘香；到了冬天，虽然很冷，但可以看断桥残雪，闻梅香浮动。但我的最爱是家乡的美食。

杭州好吃的东西很多，我最喜欢楼外楼的西湖醋鱼，宋嫂鱼羹，龙井虾仁，炸响铃，东坡肉……每次我嘴馋了，都会想去楼外楼。

楼外楼是杭州最老的，做菜最好吃的餐馆。它坐落在西湖边，做西湖醋鱼的鱼直接从西湖里捞出来，所以西湖醋鱼才会这么新鲜好吃。

西湖醋鱼的来历也有个故事：一个打渔的小伙子生了场怪病，久治不愈，他的嫂子从西湖里捉了一条大草鱼，先用清水把鱼煮熟，然后浇上酸甜可口的糖醋汁，小伙子吃后病愈。

西湖醋鱼又酸又甜，浇上去的糖醋汁像透明琥珀一样，而鱼是从背部剖开的，放在盘自里以为有2条鱼，鱼肉又鲜又嫩，好吃极了。龙井虾仁个个又白又大，还有几片龙井茶叶在边上，鲜得人眉毛都要掉下来，再加上鲜甜的宋嫂鱼羹，松脆的炸响铃，还有肥而不腻的东坡肉，一顿吃下来，好爽啊！

I like to see American TV series so much, because not only the plot

attracts me so much, but also I can learn the English spoken language. Recently,

“福建土楼”，你听说过吗？它可是“世界文化遗产”之一！我太骄傲了，因为我的老家就在闽西龙岩的永定，爷爷奶奶就住在这世界上独一无二的大型民居建筑群里。

盼星星、盼月亮，总算盼来了寒假，爸爸终于挤出时间开车带妈妈和我回老家过春节。我第一次看到了传说中的土楼：它好象是长方形的，有三层楼高，都是用泥土垒起来的，只有一个大门，却开着许多窗户。土楼里的楼梯是用木头做成的，上下楼梯时乒乒乓乓响，像打鼓一样。真有趣！我发现大厅的墙壁上有爸爸和我的名字，却没有妈妈的名字，这是怎么回事呢？爷爷说：“有“鸡鸡”的都可以贴在墙上，女人不行！”咳，现在还“重男轻女”？

With the harsh competition in todays society, more and more people

complain about their stress in their daily life. Stress mainly comes from our

work, study and families. When we feel stressed, we often have bad moods on the

day and cant sleep well at night. Thats too bad for our health. To help ease

stress, some good ways are suggested. Firstly, we can chat with our parents and

friends. Maybe they can give us some good advice. Secondly, we ought to do some

exercise, which can help us have a nice sleep at night. Moreover, we are

我的家乡在里商乡洞坑口村，那儿十分优美，山美，水美，山会在不同的季节绘制出不同的景色，水会在不同的季节向你展现出不同的舞姿，人们也是十分热情好客。

在我们老家，到端午节就十分热闹，每家每户都早早起了床，忙了起来。我们家也不例外，奶奶准备好了糯米、粽叶，粽绳与馅儿。依次摆好，我迫不及待想包了，奶奶看了我那着急劲儿说：“甜，别着急心急可吃不了热豆腐。”奶奶的话像定心丸我的心一下就平静了下来，我拿了两片粽叶有模有样的学了起来，可看似简单却怎么包也包不好，无奈之下我只得向奶妈求助了。

奶奶看了看我的粽子，有不对的地方，她马上给我指出。在困难的尝试中我终于包好了第一个，突然我心中有了个疑问：“为什么在端午节人们都要包粽子？”于是我问了下奶奶，奶奶对我说：“屈原是我国伟大的爱国主义诗人，他的意见不被国君采纳，反而被罢了官。楚国快要灭亡时，农历五月五这天，屈原投泪罗江自杀。屈原投江后，楚国人民往江里投好吃的食物。划龙舟驱散江中之鱼，以免鱼吃掉屈原的身体。就这样年复一年，九形成了端午节吃粽子、赛龙舟的习俗。

奶奶一边说，手中一直都没有停下过，总之就都包好了，我十分吃惊对奶奶竖起了大拇指。包好的粽子立马被放到水中，泡了一个桑拿不一会儿就好了，一股清香在鼻子中不停回味着。

我的家乡在那美丽的石门湾，那里风景优美、物产丰富，是一个旅游、品茶……的好去处。我的家乡还有“鱼米之乡”、“丝绸之府”的美赞。

那里的杭白菊闻名中外，家喻户晓。一到秋天，远远望去，好像一片白色的海洋。一阵秋风吹过，菊花泛起了一阵阵的波浪。夏天，葡萄园更是美丽，那一串串的大葡萄在阳光的照射下像美丽的珠光宝石一样闪闪发光。

在我们石门湾最有名的要数漫画家丰子恺的故居“缘缘堂”了。那里有漫画、书法和各种各样的文学作品，多得数不清。每年都有来自全国各地的小朋友和文学书画爱好者来参观。石门湾好玩的地方还有桂花村、福严寺……

这就是我可爱的家乡石门湾，一个美丽、丰富多彩，又充满了生机的地方。
