人们总是与大型晚宴庆祝快乐的团聚。南瓜饼和印度甜点布丁都是传统的感恩节。亲戚从其他城市,学生已经在学校,和其他许多美国人长途旅行假期呆在家里。

我的家乡在内蒙古鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗。

听爸爸妈妈说，那里过去然而个贫穷落后的地方，人们都住在窑洞里。之后发现那里有很丰富的煤炭资源，国家就投入巨资把准格尔旗建设成了一个现代化的工业城市。

每当夜幕降临，准格尔旗就亮起来了，整个准格尔旗就变成了灯的海洋，光的世界。

准能公司大楼彩灯高照，铁路运输处大楼金碧辉煌，光彩夺目。准格尔旗的广场大道上，川流不息的汽车，灯光闪烁，像银河从天而降。广场四周，照明灯、草坪灯、喷泉灯、礼花灯装点着美丽的准格尔旗。

夜晚的准格尔旗，多么明亮，多么辉煌！

I have a happyWeekend.

On Saturday morning I always have English classes at school. I study hard in the classroom. In the afternoon I often play computer games. On Sunday morning I often draw pictures. Sometimes I visit my grandmother and grandfather. Sometimes I listen to music. On Sunday afternoon I often do housework or go shopping.

So I love weekends.
