八月份菜市场买生姜，那才叫一个热闹呀!买生姜的人那是人山人海，人声鼎沸，大家伙都在不停的选生姜呀!买生姜呀!要说为什么买这些生姜呢?都是因为生姜好，所以都买个几斤、几十斤的，甚至好的让有些人不得不买几百斤分享给家人、亲友哩!

刮生姜的时候也挺有趣的。会刮生姜的老爷爷老奶奶们常常聚在一起刮，大家聚在一起边刮生姜、边聊聊家常，互相解闷，顺便让气氛更热闹一些，所以，刮生姜都非常热闹。

刮出来的生姜是白白胖胖的，像个小小的娃娃一样，生姜尖子头上面有一点儿红，真好玩呀!

现在该制作生姜了啦!制作生姜要放入材料，比如说：糖、醋、盐然后可以晾晒，但是，有些老人们都会选腌制过之后再次晾晒，因为这样口感会更好点。

生姜当然是好吃喽!生姜虽然有点辣，但是很好吃，甜甜的，吃了一口，还想再吃，而且甜味再加上辣味儿，也是非常的好吃又爽口，因为生姜腌过之后是凉凉的。

生姜除了味道很好吃，也有很多的功效，他既能强身健体，又能大开胃口，特别是给病人吃或者是在吃早餐的时候吃，更能表现它的功效。

还有就是，每当逢年过节时，走亲访友，都会送一点儿生姜，做为祝福，也增加有情。

在前一段时间，我随爸爸妈妈回到了我久别的家乡平洋。当车子驶到平洋界的时候，我不由自主的叫了一句：“诶呀我的妈呀!平洋什么时候变得这么繁华了?”映入我眼帘的是一幢幢高大的楼房，一辆辆昂贵的汽车。再也不是破旧的土房、赶集的驴车，感觉就像走错了地方。

我的奶奶住在这里，于是我到奶奶家做客。入门的那一刻，我头昏眼花、思想错乱，我以为见到的还是一张饭桌，上面放几个破碗，黑黑的灶台、破旧的土炕。但我错了，我看到的是一个干净明亮的客厅，金光闪耀的吊灯，擦得都反光了的灶台。

奶奶邀我进屋，为我打开了电视，拿了一堆好吃的，都快把我埋上了。我问奶奶：“奶奶你家什么时候变成这样了?我还以为是原来的样子呢。”奶奶笑而不语，而是又拿来了一个华为平板给我玩。我的内心被震撼了：这里什么时候这么繁荣了?原来的小道，一走一脚泥。而现在却是宽阔的柏油马路，不仅交通畅通了，而且不用担心踩一脚泥。

在我小时候生病时，我的妈妈总是抱着我“坐车”去看医生。与其说是“坐车”，还不如说是“坐蛤蟆”。这车挂档时一蹦一蹦的，连个车垫都没有，而且全都是灰，这车只有三个轮子，人们把它叫做“车”，但我认为它就是个“蛤蟆”，谁叫它挂档的时候把我震哭过很多回。现在，满大街都是小轿车，速度既快又安适，还带空调，简直就是一种享受。

我离开家乡也不过是几年而已，变化就这么大，速度快得超出了我的想象。改革开放真好，它让穷苦人民翻身，不再让工薪底层的人受欺辱。改革开放万岁!共产主义万岁!

“光阴似箭，日月如梭”，转眼间，二十年过去了。想当年，我因为到外国留学，被迫离开家乡。今年一放国庆长假，我便立刻坐飞机返回国内。

出了机场，我立刻被眼前的景象惊呆了，这还是运城吗?一座座高楼大厦拔地而起，一排排柳树生机盎然，一盏盏路灯精巧别致……我简直不敢相信自己的眼睛，仅仅过了20年，运城竟变成了这样一个绚丽多彩的城市。

我迫不及待地来到了我的母校-——逸夫小学。一进校门，塑胶操场、电动国旗台、教学大楼……让我看得目瞪口呆。我来到了自己原来读的五(二)班教室，只见一排排整漂亮、干净的桌椅摆放得整整齐齐，每个桌子上面还有一台精美的笔记本电脑，原来同学们上课都不再用纸和笔了，下课还能听音乐、玩游戏，真是太让我羡慕了。

突然手机响了，哦，原来是家里打来的，我差点忘了老爸和老妈还在家等我呢。我加快脚步，马不停蹄地往家赶，一进家门，一股扑鼻而来的香味让我馋涎欲滴，原来妈妈已经为我准备了一桌我爱吃的饭菜……

七天长假很快就过去了，我依依不舍地离开了家乡。

我的家乡有许多美丽的景点，这次我来给你们介绍一下街心广场吧!这里的春天尤其美丽，来到这里好像进入了一座大花园。

首先，从大门进入，可以看到的是一棵丁香花树，上面的丁香花竞相开放，挨挨挤挤的，它们一朵比一朵鲜艳，好像在比美。它们一个个小巧玲珑的，颜色是紫色的，叶子很像一颗颗桃心。摸起来像摸在棉花上似的。上面还有许多蜜蜂，有的在花中玩耍，有的在吸花蜜，有的在说话，有的在跳舞……

然后，我们来到广场的正中间，这里有几棵迎春花树，它们的花是四瓣的，金灿灿的花朵好像一个个金黄色的小喇叭在吹奏，似乎是专门来迎接我们的。叶子是瓜子形状的，还带着锯齿形的叶边，似乎可以把手锯破。

我感觉我的家乡这几年来变化太大了，以前土路，坑坑洼洼，车和人都很难行走，此刻好了，以前所有的坑坑洼洼的土路都变成了一条条光溜溜的水泥路了。此刻交通十分方便了，还有原先家家都是住的土房子，到了夏天一下雨土房子就往下滴水，此刻好了，家家都是砖瓦房了，夏天又不滴雨可好了，还有以前都是用水井浇地，此刻女孩子，每块地里都有一座电机井，一按按钮就能够浇地了，还省油，浇地还个性的快，还有，以前家家都是农用车，此刻家家几乎又有农用车又有小轿车了，出门的时候开着小轿车出门，要下地干活了就开着农用车，此刻学田又有了养鸡场，我的姑姥家就在养鸡，很赚钱，每年都能收入一万元，我姑姥家的小鸡可好看了，个性是在最小的时候，长着尖尖的嘴，身上长着毛绒绒的毛，养鸡场也很大，但不需要你花多少钱，因为金星村的乡政府给一家发钱。以前家家都是打电话，此刻农民都富了，此时都用上了手机，打个电话很方便，随时都能够打电话、按电话，对了还有我们的学校，你一进到我们那里就能一下子看到我们的学校，因为我们盖了四层楼房了，房子也不是以前的危房了。我们有这么好的一个学习环境，我们必须要好好学习，长大心后，来报答老师、父母，等等……长大后也必须要考上大学，找一份好的工作，
