我的家乡——溆浦是着名的“国内水果之乡”。这里不仅景色好，而且美食更好，比如牛肚炖蘑芋、龙潭腊肉、葛面……但我最爱吃的则是——小江河鱼。

小江河鱼的品种有多种，先说说干炸的小江河鱼。要准备小江河鱼一条，再准备料酒、葱、姜、蒜末、花椒粉、盐等调料。随后把小江河鱼去腮去内脏。拿一只碗，将小江河鱼用葱、姜、料酒、蒜末、胡椒粉……搅匀腌20分钟左右。然后把锅中放入适量的油，油起泡后再将腌制好的小江河鱼放入其中炸一分钟左右。然后等油再次烧开，再放入其中炸一分钟左右。干炸小江河鱼就做好了。

完工的小江河鱼色香味三样一一俱全。小江河鱼肉质细腻，辣汁渗透，韧性十足，就像是一杯滋味甘醇的美酒，让人回味无穷。所以曾有一位旅客品尝小江河鱼时，即兴赋：远来小江赏知音，旅游美景看不尽。溆水沅水恬鱼好，一路春风香满唇。

夏之百花争艳。夏季来到长生村，当你走进长生村条条小道时，首先映入眼帘的是道路俩边一望无际的花，她们挨挨挤挤，亲密无间。白色的花不施粉黛，粉色的花清纯可爱，红色的热情奔放，紫色的摇曳生姿??你瞧，村民们在道路两旁散步，置身于中，多么的悠然自得啊!

秋之果实丰盈。秋天是一个丰收的季节，也是长生最热闹的季节。玉米的叶子漫天飞舞，稻米的香气扑鼻而来，村民的笑声爽朗有致。回到家里吃上美味的水果，啊，秋天真是一个喜悦的季节啊!

冬之冰天雪地。冬天，到处是银装素裹，昔日烟波浩渺的长生村也静谧起来。孩子们在河上滑冰，个个如同在空中飞舞的燕子;大人们在自家的院子里清扫着雪，个个都活力十足。总之，冬天的长生村，并不是冷冷清清，而是名副其实的欢乐城堡!
